This hotel has a prime view out over the stunning Riazor beach. Pay extra and get a view out over the ever changing turbulent Atlantic. The reception and bar are both large marble spaces meaning they are impressive but rather sterile. The bar is also the dining area which means there is a conflict of interest with one day there being a social gathering and when there are diners you cannot sit at the seaview tables. The rooms have stunning views with large glass frontage. The beds are comfortable but the organisation of the rooms is odd with little storage space and empty spaces. Breakfast seemed ok but service was not very friendly or helpful.

PRO's: Hotel muy bien ubicado para ir a cualquier parte andando o en bus o en coche, personal muy agradable, moderno, sin problemas para aparcar en zona azul por las noches, con parking asequible (14€/noche) justo debajo, buen tamaño de habitación y baño, buena calidad/precio. CONTRA's: ventilación de habitación y baño mejorable, ausencia de escobilla (o alternativa para no dejar el derrape pegao). CONCLUSION: VOLVERÍAMOS.

The first room on the 7th floor was super noicy, we could hear everything from the rooms surounding us, including the toilet and people using it.. After asking for another room, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor without any view but not so noicy anymore, propably because not many stayed on that floor. The room was clean but had only very small pillow, so after asking for larger once, we got them one day later. I would not recommend to stay there, especially not for the relatively high rate we paid. The only good thing was the central place the hotel is situated, parking was not possible at the hotel and we had to park in another underground parking for €14.- per day.

Está muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la playa, me disgusté un poco porque en la reserva ponía habitación con vistas al Mar, y si, pero si te asomas y giras la cabeza a la playa, si miras de frente desde la habitación solo ves un troncho de edificio…para mi si no se ve desde cualquier punto de la habitación no son vistas al Mar, es engañoso, no le di mayor importancia porque quería tener un fin de semana tranquilo, pero pagué por ese tipo de habitación. Por esta razón no quisimos dejar más dinero en el restaurante o en el desayuno del hotel, si queréis comer increíble hay un restaurante llamado “Yerba” donde y os tratan de lujo. Aparcamiento no hay, también tienes que buscar uno de pago, a la vuelta del hotel hay un parking donde 24h son 14 euros. Viajamos bastante y siempre nos quedamos en hoteles, nunca pisos turísticos, de este hotel salimos con la sensación de sin más, hemos dormido.

Problems with water supply, water from taps dark brown, reception stated we could have extra bottled water but when we came back refused as said water had been fixed but who would like to use it after what we saw! Also BEWARE, we paid extra for sea view but photos and description do not show a big pillar in the middle of the room which blocks the sea view from the bed!

Nos quedamos en el Hotel Riazor en septiembre y nos encantó. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el desayuno tipo bufé riquísimo y con buena variedad. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. Además, las vistas a la playa son preciosas. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

nice location for the hotel, we didn't have the view, but walking out and to go to the beach, was excellent, good distance to the shopping area and the restaurants, very easy. however the bathroom didn't have the toilette brush, neither bidel, and a few long heir in the shower room, so the cleaning was not 100%, a part of that, good but not for 4 stars.

Lovely hotel and staff - we had a room on the 7th Floor with views across Riazor beach and the whole bay! From that height you can clearly see the 2,000 year old working lighthouse right around to the other headland. Seemed to spend ages just looking out at the beach, sea, and the lovely sunset.

O quarto era ótimo, grande e limpo. O hotel meio barulhento, devido a paredes "finas". O café era bem bom, mas a reposição dos produtos muito demorada. Algumas coisas do café ficavam sem reposição por mais de 15min. A recepção, o check-in foi ótimo. Pessoal muito gentil e fizeram esforço para que nossa chegada fosse confortável.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Check-in was easy and efficient after a long a stressful travel day. Despite being on the 2nd floor, there was a break in the trees across the street allowing a beautiful view of the bay. Don’t know if the rooms either side of me had as good of a view. I watched the waves for hours, especially as a storm rolled in. Location was nice and central, and the bed was comfortable. Despite being right on a busy road, room was well-soundproofed. I would definitely stay here again.

Due to my health issue, I had to change my schedule to A Coruna and asked the hotel to change the booking to next day. I am aware of the fact that it was a non refundable booking but hotel can make exception as I was not canceling and also I am a platinum member. This hotel did the same during COVIT period when there was a travel restriction although the hotel in Madrid refunded without any problem. Hotel Riazor is a very non cooperative property even when I stayed few times. Even there is no attendant in the breakfast room and staff are not friendly. I will never choose this hotel in future

We stayed at this hotel, the second night, while diong the walk to Santiago de Compostela, using the English way. Our first night in Ferrol was at a different hotel. After walking stage, one, we had a taxi pick us up in Neda and bring us to this hotel. Everything I can say about the service and the hotel itself were outstanding. Their price is so good that it was even $10 cheaper than the hotel we stayed at the night before also in Ferrol. Indeed, the service was so good, that they helped get us dinner earlier than what is usually the Spanish standard, they prepared the meal for us by 7 PM. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, comfort, cleanliness, and very modernized. My partner says that the fish he had was outstanding, and I had pork it was also very good..

Great stay. Lovely room just found it weird to only have three pillows and not four so we could have two each. We also found the pillows uncomfortable, but the bed was great and really comfy. Amazing breakfast choice and great friendly staff. Will absolutely stay again
