I booked a three nights stay at this motel because the rooms looked clean and they advertised a pool. We got there on July 2nd and I had to clean the room myself with Lysol wipes and sweep the debris left behind table that sits between the beds. The Black woman, at the front desk, gave me a hard time when I asked for cleaning supplies; demanding I show my ID. AS IF, I would walk off the street and choose a random room to clean! What a farce! The kicker was the swamp water in the pool. It was green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. Yet, they advertised a sparkling blue pool, because it would garner bookings. That's why I booked a room. However, they should not be allowed to FALSELY advertise! I would not recommend this motel, unless some changes are made.

I booked for Super 8 ., no where did u read that Thunderbird Hotel is where I would actually be booked . Went to super 8 that front desk agent started the process then walked me over to the other other. Front desk agent there clearly training , because the process seemed confusing for her. Elevator didn’t work . I was on the third floor so that wasn’t too pleasant.

Probably the cheapest motel in the area but you get what you pay for. The whole place smells of smoke even though the whole motel is non smoking. My door frame was falling off so it was really difficult to open, shut, and lock the door - for a minute I was worried I would not be able to lock my door as a woman alone in a dingy motel off the Vegas strip! There is no overhead light so the light switch inside doesn't work and I had to prop the door open to find a lamp. The lights in the bathroom flicker badly. The room is very cold. It was overall not in good shape but not disgustingly unclean. I got in after midnight and there were several other people in the lobby waiting to check in. I'm not really sure what was going on but each check in was taking 20-30 minutes so I think I was in the lobby for 1-1.5 hours, exhausted, waiting for my room, and I already had a reservation. The people at the desk were reasonably pleasant so I don't think it was their fault but probably a fault of the system. Fine if you just need a place to sleep and your expectations are low but just don't expect anything nice.

The smell was horrible. A mixture of body order, cheap cleaning chemicals, and mildew. There was garbage and garbage bags all around the building and hallways. A poor experience as the neighbors upstairs walked and banged around all evening. Will never return

Don’t waste your time or your money with this place. Within minutes of arriving we find cockroaches throughout our room. The walls are paper thin so every footstep can be heard beside and above you. I wouldn’t trust a thing in that room. Luckily I had been backpacking so I had my sleeping bag I used overtop of the bed.

It was not up to standards, the tub was dirty, the floor had dirt on it, the first room heater did not work i had to request a second room, the keys would not hod the room # and had to be reset 4 times in 3 days. I was not a happy camper. I was not offered any type of compensation for the visit, I needed a small refrigerator due to being diabetic with need for insulin, which need to be kept cold, not available, should have picked another hotel,

You know what they say? You get what you pay for. The staff are excellent, I never had problems with the AC or television. However, one of the light fixtures was loose. I reported this, and a worker came up, but then said it just happens and not to use that light. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows barely deserving of the name. Still, when you're paying under $100 a night in a place where the average is over $200? You get what you pay for. And at that price? It's pretty good.

The location was good. The access to the building was awkward. Only one ice machine on the 3rd floor. They didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. They don't allow cooking. They had one microwave in the reception area, but I think it went out of order. The room was nice. The WiFi didn't really work well. I think there's bed bugs. I had bites on my legs, but I never looked for them. The last night I slept on top of the covers. I really hope I get my security deposit back. I don't like not being able to do cash. I don't know if I will stay there again. We'll see

Arrived 7pm for checkin, waited 35 minutes for desk manager to arrive who then took phone call from "the boss" making me wait. Could not accept Amex saying card is declined. Same for another customer. Manager was never on duty over 5 days that I stopped to 'talk'. Room was rundown, lumpy bed. Cleaning staff was polite, friendly & just fine. Had to wait 7 days for $125 security deposit to be refunded, which, shouldn't have been processed, just "held". Don't saty here. Worst Super 8 ever.

It took forever to check-in despite having reserved a room in advance. Several employees were in the office, but only one was serving the guests, and the line was out the door. It was ridiculous having to wait so long and watching as no one helped out. Checking out was the same, even though all we had to do was return the key cards.

God awful, nothing went right staff charged me for someone else’s room and gave me “fees” that Expedia doesn’t charge for. My I.d was in front of him and he still mixed me up with someone else, room keys wouldn’t work and when they did someone was already in the room changed room and then I had to deal with drug dealers outside my room, I don’t care how cheap and how much the price appeals to you RUN away from this listing asap!!!

Front desk wasn't there from 1am to 7am and left everyone who needed help during that time on their stays, people hanging out trying to call over and over all because they couldn't staff it, and not to mention the front desk lady was rude and unprofessional, but who comes here for professional i guess so my fault

In a very dangerous area, the smell of marijuana was felt throughout the building. And during the night there were a lot of fights in the rooms next to and above us. We felt very unsafe all the duration of our visit.

The breakfast is nonexistent, and I came across the country stain at different super 8 hotels, and this was the worst in that regard. Also be aware that your room is literally out on the streets and there’s a lot of homeless and a lot of prostitutes walking around the street and anyone can come into your door from the street side

The absolute worst hotel. Rooms weren’t clean, super ghetto and worn down, pictures on website do not look like it, amenities not available and do not let you know at all prior to booking or even when you call to confirm. Pool was not available due to safety reasons, which was the one thing I planned to use while staying. No food in lobby for guests for continental breakfast. Employees rude and do not care about your needs.

Shady part of town. Had to give a $125 deposit which was unsettling, they also photocopied my driver\'s license and asked for license plate numbers. This all seemed excessive and time consuming for check-in. Had to pay a non refundable $11.30 for "amenities." These amenities were: slow WIFI, a microwave that was in the main office, and stale coffee. Would not return.

I extended my stay several times requiring a new reservation that entails renewal of keys, pay daily resort fee, and 125 deposit, property would release prev. days deposit and that would be instantly back in my account, then moments later they re-charge an identical 125, this revolving-door of "release to re-charge" goes on until checking out. Problems throughout the stay- same clerk every morning. petty things- 1 day she refused to give me a bfast bag (hot sunny D, great value honey bun, granola bar) Informed me the inventory count for the day was already sent, so even with 30+ bags on the counter I was not to have one as bfast ended at 9:30 and it was 9:45. Next day saw her give out bfast bags to those ahead of me, most asked for 2 bags, she doled out w/o hassle, when I asked for 2, told me no, said it was "inventory regulated" I'm the only guest in room so I get 1 only. Very "happy to be rude, FAKE nice,passive aggressive" type. Her tactics made me ask for a receipt the last day which she refused to provide until the maid had "cleared my room for damages", waited there for 10+ min before got receipt and am assured the deposit is released, LIE. Instead slammed for a charge that's almost at the 75-buck-range! Find out she put in notes that I damaged 2 pillowcases and 1 sheet. No pics or evidence, just her "notes", an erroneous accusation to justify a fraudulent charge, a theft! Now having to dispute with bank, report to BBB! 0 STARS!
