Room was very nice, very good breakfast, stag was excellent. Typical Best Western Plus stay. Alaska great!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. However, I asked if the pre-made western omelette had meat in it. As, I stated that I do not eat meat. I was told there was no meat in it. After taking a bite into it; I discovered the pieces of ham. I showed the staff. They said, “sorry that happened to you.” I hope that they will gain more knowledge about the foods that they are providing their guests. I could have gotten sick or had an allergic reaction. And, a simple sorry would not have resolved that.
