Apparthôtel très bien...chambre spacieuse et propre...côté cuisine tout est au top...climatisation un bonheur...parking gratuit...bémol si changement de serviettes pendant le séjour ce sont des frais supplémentaires ..ceci dit je recommande et j'y retournerai volontiers

Koselig plasserte stoler nede ved elven. Trang dusj. Ikke moderne rom, men helt OK. De hadde ikke noen kjente sorter brus til middagen. Enkel bevertning. Noe avsidesliggende plassering på hotellet, men bra utgangspunkt for inngangen til Pyreneene. Parkerte foran hotellet.

Estuvimos encantados con el hotel, admiten mascotas sin ninguna pega, está a la orilla de un río perfecto para bañarse, las habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas con una pequeña cocina y nevera grande. El personal muy amable. Las pizzas del restaurante están muy buenas para salir del paso y cenar un par de noches, el buffet de desayuno aunque poca variedad todo muy bueno y fresco. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaríamos para unos días de desconexión ya que está en medio de la naturaleza. Los pueblos cercanos bonitos y pintorescos

Sitio ideal para respirar en la naturaleza. El sonido continuo del río a su vera, el bosque, las vistas, la cercanía tanto a Amelie les Bains como a Arles-sur-Tech, las zonas comunes sumamente cómodas hacen del Castel un sitio único en la zona que no te lo puedes perder!

Convenable, en depannage pas plus de 2 jours. Pas d'attention particulière... Mm pas une bouteille d'eau...Gel douche aux embruns de thanatopracteurs... Parking avec qqs places d'ombres. Presentation de l'hôtel laisse attendre du fois gras AOP au final on a eu du pâté Henaff...

Un grand merci à l’équipe qui sont d’une grande gentillesse, un remerciement spécial à Anthony pour son accueil plus qu’extraordinaire. We've been in many french chateaux but this one is far from autentic and urgently needs refurbishing. Rooms are big but cold,the hallway is even more depressing with dirty carpets and the outside of the hotel needs painting. If you're looking for a romantic hotel, look for other options. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the river next to the hotel is nice. To have a ( warm ) diner, you need to take the car, hotel only serves cold meals and snacks.

Un lugar tranquilo, bien comunicado, una habitaciones correctas, limpias, un magnifico espacio exterior para descansar, bañarse en el rio, etc. No recuerdo si en la anterior ocasión ya nos ocurrió, es el tema del servicio de habitaciones, es un aparthotel y entiendo que no me hagan la cama, pero si creo que deberían de cambiar las toallas, y más en verano con el calor que hace y que se utilizan varias veces en el mismo día. El resto es perfecto y seguro que volveremos, tanto en la primera ocasión como en esta, hemos estado bien, un personal muy amable, una estancia correcta.

Cadre magnifique Hôtel et service de qualité Petit bémol pour les chambres sans frigo ni cuisine et la Clim que l’on entends beaucoup trop fort Je reviendrais très certainement mais je prendrais une chambre supérieur… et surtout pas en été à cause des moustiques pour ceux qui comme moi sont sujet à les attirer A part ça rien à dire

Beautiful building with a gorgeous flowering almond tree on the front terrace. The sound of the Tech river from my balcony is magic. Excellent bed and linens. The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service.

Très bel accueil d'Antony et de Jean-Christophe avec le petit maitre des lieux Obelix ! C'est un endroit charmant et retiré où le calme règne avec en bruit de fond la rivière Le Tech. Le concept du soir plancha de charcuterie ou de fromages locaux est très sympa. La décoration faite avec beaucoup de goûts et de soins rend ce lieu encore plus chaleureux ! A réserver sans hésitation ! Merci 👌

Très bel endroit au bord du Tech, personnel adorable (le patron est sur tous les fronts pour vous satisfaire). Très bien situé pour découvrir la région. (Appart'Hotel est situé à Amélie les Bains et non à Arles sur Tech)

Verry terrible service! No flexibility if you arriving late due traffic... i don't recommand this accommodation to anyone who travels from far. The solution was very simple, but the guy who works at the reception was very grumpy. I will also cancel my reservation in august on my way back to the Netherlands, because it was very stressfull for us..

Excellent accueil. Chambre parfaite. Calme . Tres bon petit dejeuner. Par contre la rue n'est pas répertoriée sur les GPS. Difficulté pour trouver l établissement.

Très bel endroit au bord du Tech, personnel adorable (le patron est sur tous les fronts pour vous satisfaire). Très bien situé pour découvrir la région. (Appart'Hotel est situé à Amélie les Bains et non à Arles sur Tech)

Très bon séjour, nous avons passer un bon moment dans l'établissement Castel Emeraude avec ma mère ainsi que mon chien. Les chiens sont les bienvenus dans cet établissement avec même un petit plus à notre arrivée. L’emplacement de l’hotel proche de la rivière est tres appréciable, lieu tres calme nous recommandons.

Koselig plasserte stoler nede ved elven. Trang dusj. Ikke moderne rom, men helt OK. De hadde ikke noen kjente sorter brus til middagen. Enkel bevertning. Noe avsidesliggende plassering på hotellet, men bra utgangspunkt for inngangen til Pyreneene. Parkerte foran hotellet.

Sitio ideal para respirar en la naturaleza. El sonido continuo del río a su vera, el bosque, las vistas, la cercanía tanto a Amelie les Bains como a Arles-sur-Tech, las zonas comunes sumamente cómodas hacen del Castel un sitio único en la zona que no te lo puedes perder!

Parenthèse agréable au calme, au bord du Tech, et non loin du centre pour s’y rendre à pied. Studio équipé pour y cuisiner mais nous nous sommes laissés tenter le soir par les splendides et délicieuses planches de charcuteries et fromages. Que du local. De même, nous avons opté pour les petits-déjeuners complets tout aussi délicieux avec des produits de grande qualité.

Très bel accueil d'Antony et de Jean-Christophe avec le petit maitre des lieux Obelix ! C'est un endroit charmant et retiré où le calme règne avec en bruit de fond la rivière Le Tech. Le concept du soir plancha de charcuterie ou de fromages locaux est très sympa. La décoration faite avec beaucoup de goûts et de soins rend ce lieu encore plus chaleureux ! A réserver sans hésitation ! Merci 👌

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again!

We've been in many french chateaux but this one is far from autentic and urgently needs refurbishing. Rooms are big but cold,the hallway is even more depressing with dirty carpets and the outside of the hotel needs painting. If you're looking for a romantic hotel, look for other options. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the river next to the hotel is nice. To have a ( warm ) diner, you need to take the car, hotel only serves cold meals and snacks.

Estuvimos encantados con el hotel, admiten mascotas sin ninguna pega, está a la orilla de un río perfecto para bañarse, las habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas con una pequeña cocina y nevera grande. El personal muy amable. Las pizzas del restaurante están muy buenas para salir del paso y cenar un par de noches, el buffet de desayuno aunque poca variedad todo muy bueno y fresco. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaríamos para unos días de desconexión ya que está en medio de la naturaleza. Los pueblos cercanos bonitos y pintorescos

Très bon hôtel. Le studio permet de déjeuner sur la terrasse. L accueil est sympa et Obelix le petit cavalier King Charles a accueilli mes 2 chiens avec bonne humeur. Il sont pet friends. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Avec nos chiens 🐕

We travel extensively and rarely have we been to such a beautiful hotel set in the most fantastic location. Our room was clean and comfortable, our meals in the restaurant superbly presented by cheerful and helpful staff, and the young male receptionist so very friendly. We would normally have given the property full stars EXCEPT we were very unhappy with the fact that a dog was allowed to roam around the serving and seating areas whilst guests were having breakfast. Too unhygienic for us! It appeared to belong to a member of staff who was not at all concerned that the dog was wandering around, sometimes taking food from diners. This was so wrong!
