Ok, I could not get here on the day I was to check in before midnight and called. Told them to hold my room. They did not. Arrived at 6a.m. I had to get a room and wait till 3 p.m. Two fire alarms. The laundry items quit working. The two eye stove top tried to catch on fire. Problems with the heating and air. The door card quit working randomly. Creative accounting because what you owe changes by the day. April the 11th, power goes out. Emergency light and door locks are not working properly for 30 mins. Fire alarms sound at around 10:30 p.m. There is a gas smell. A room on the 4th floor is on fire 🔥 with the window open. Water is rushing out of the bottom 4 doors. Water line broke and water heat ruptured. Water not restored to the building till 9p.m. on April 12th. No hot water as of 11:30 p.m. April 12th. Everyone on the first floor were sent to other hotels. I could not get to my room, police were blocking the hallway one night.

Very run down hotel, especially for what is supposed to be a “long term stay”. It is missing a lot, and apparently going through renovations, the floorboards were all ripped up. There is a gym and pool listed, but do not exist. There’s a “kitchen”, but no pots, pans, silverware, etc. There is not even an ice machine. The staff was super nice, the property just lacked basic things that it says it includes. It did not even come with shampoo and soap like any other hotel would. The pet fee is $200 and then $10 a day which is ridiculous. The rooms are cleaned every 14 days, and if you want new sheets or towels, you have to take the old ones to the front desk to replace them, take take new ones back yourself. 0/10 would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, it wasn’t so bad. It has a lot of potential if they would just put some money and time into it. The room was very plain, which was fine for us. The pillows were flat, which made it difficult to get comfortable. We didn’t like how the outside doors were left cracked open. It also smelled like urine outside the door, which didn’t surprise us when we saw some of the people hanging out.

The pictures on Hotels.com were deceptive. The entire hotel was like transient housing. The common areas were dirty and usually smelled of pot smoke plus no amenities. The room carpet was actually sticky on your bare feet, baseboards were ripped off, the bathroom door and water handles were all broken. For an efficiency hotel with a stove and fridge there were no dishes or silverware or coffee maker. Also no hair dryer in the bathroom for the ladies. I will not be staying with this place or brand again. Regret reserving it.

Nobody was at the front desk and the key machine was broke. We had to use a phone to call someone to let us into our room. There was about 6 kids running up and down the hallway all night which made guests come out and say something to them.

I didnt stay and was told i would get a refund. I have the cancelation papers. It seemed unsafe. Half the ceiling was missing. The floorboards were gone and you could dsee the holes for (i guess)when they get put in.

Need to be contacted. Bottom floor had flooding and the lady at the desk basically talked me out of staying there. Stating their rooms are not up to date and I should check before I pay for the room. Really unpleasant need a refund. Didn’t even stay there

I stayed in room 225, this room should not be rented out until the construction inside it is completed. Bathroom door, toilet, missing wall decorations, light switches, slightly off smell.... The 1st floor stairwell, outside door hotel key pad didnt work, 1st floor door was not work. The elevator smeeled strongly of Body odor and marijuana. I will do my best to nit stay at your properties again. Good luck.

No tissues, no table lamps. When we got there an ambulance was taking a person away. Lot's of smoking. I didn't realize when I booked it was a extended place of stay. Didn't sleep well...pillows and bed were little to be desired.

Was not in the room for more than an hour and roaches started crawling on the walls. I left immediately, and was told I was going to need to call back on Monday because the general manager would not be back until then to talk about the possibility of a refund. if I find bugs I should I have to talk about the possibility of a refund. The refund should be automatic. Disgusting hotel and abysmal service.

My room wasn't ready at 1500hrs at check as stated it would be! So I had to take a first floor room. Sheets and Blanket was dirty with hair! After I told the on duty staff worker or Manger about the sheet and blanket. they wanted me to change the bed sheets!! I asked the staff member are you serious staff member. I stated that I didn'T WORK HERE!! The floor was sticky, VERY OLD BED! The pillows were so flat had to ask for 4 total, and still the pillows were flat!!! No room service for the weekend was performed, Toilet was broken...Very Small room for the price paid. VERY UNACCEPTABLE hotel room!! Will never stay here again!! Glad I only had two nights! The manager of the hotel needs to have an overhaul of the entire hotel!! Not enough staff to perform duties and give proper service to your guess!

The manager she was great. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I did have ants in my room however the guy downstairs came to spray for me and cleaned it up real good and i didn’t see anymore. Now the other lady check out was at 11:00am and at 10:20 she knocked on my door and walked right in before i could say anything. Meanwhile i didn’t have clothes on. She stated she was checking to see if i was checking out however it had not passed the 11:00 time. I was very disappointed and checked out the following morning.

On the early morning of check out I along with other guest on the 4th floor was wakened from our sleep due to a very long altercation with guest arguing and fighting. This went on for a good 30 minutes. Those people left them came back up and continued to carry on some more. I called front desk several times and did not get an answer more a call back. I was very displeased by this.

I was about an hour away and I got a call THE DAY of that they can’t accommodate me as they are “full” check in was at 3 and it was 330. The lady on the phone was very rude about it. I am pregnant and caused unneeded stress to rush and find another hotel as I live 8 hours away in Ohio. Not friendly.

The clerk refused to check me in! I know she was mad that I checked in at 11:20 even though I called multiple times and left multiple messages saying I would not be able to check in until after 11:00 when the lobby closed.

We stayed for one night with our two toddlers and Great Dane. There so many restaurants options that are within a super super close walking distance. Very safe and quiet area, right outside of military base. The staff was friendly and respectful! Especially the lovely two African American ladies that work there at the front desk. Definitely will be staying again to visit our family who live on base. Would recommend it to others, 10/10!!!

The greeter was very great. The only thing I did not like that they did not have contaminant breakfast and they did not have extra washcloth and towels that did not sit right with me so I will never reserve this hotel again.
