Great location, plenty of parking, check-in was easy. Booked 2 rooms, 3 months in advance with a request of rooms close to each other, but they couldn't make it happen unfortunately. Both rooms balconies just overlooked the parking lot, which was fine since it was cold and didn't use them. The hot tub and pool area was great , felt so nice after a day of hiking. I would skip the breakfast vouchers, just go into town. I was first in line one morning and it took a long time to get our food. Our friend got ticket #8 and we waited a half hour for them to get their food. Overall, I was happy with the huge rooms and great location and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the property and the rooms were very nice and spacious. The amenities were great. Has a cute patio outside room and pool. Parking was easy and convenient to our room. Restaurant had a good breakfast and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and unique facility. No elevator, so carrying your suitcase to second floor rooms can be a challenge. Balcony was a nice touch and pleasant. The cafe was great, good food and friendly staff.

We expected something a bit different and enjoyable given the reviews. However, the hotel was even better than we expected in every sense. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was great with bags of space, comfy bed and good kitchen facilities. Breakfast offered a good choice (especially as I'm coeliac so need gluten free). Facilities included guest laundry, which we needed after 4 days hiking, pool and hot tub, with really nice towels and water provided. The barista in the coffee shop clearly loves coffee and the cappuccinos were amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - stay here if you ever visit Moab!

A fun kitchy place to stay that feels like an apartment complex that has been converted to a hotel. Check-in was easy minimal language barrier. Had put a 3 star review for check in and received a all from the property owner 20 minutes later in the hotel room asking me if there was anything they could do to increase the rating. Received vouchers for $14 dollars for breakfast but only for the cafe that was in the old apartment rental office but was only open from 7 to 11. Turns out there was only 2 breakfast items under 14 dollars all else had to be paid for in addition which is fine but irritating. There is no kitchen everything was cooked on what appeared to be a 4 burner camping stove with only 2 people working one to take the order the other to make espresso, cook and do everything else so be patient. The pool area has an outdoor speaker that cannot be changed to music and was still on loudly after the pool closed and had to be called to turn off at 11pm. I would stay here again happily just be aware that they seem very overeager and almost invasive. Also please be aware that cactus jacks dumpsters are outside on the road right by where one would walk to get to main street so it stinks like restaurant garbage. Not a fault of the hotel just fyi for walkers. Also the headboard was metal and the toilet paper holder was a metal pipe for an industrial vibe. Felt dangerous for late night bathroom trips.

Very bad experience. Upon arrival the room was not completely serviced, 3 pillows without covers, nor fuñly clean. The safe did not open, the bed was soft not by design but extensive use.

The hotel was great- However, I have caution for you We stayed in rm104, and the noise from above was LOUD. Turns out there's a walkway above 103 & 104, and you hear ALL the walking. The positives; Extremely clean room & bathroom. Decorated nicely. Included breakfast is adequate, on a voucher system. Overall the staff & place is really nice. Friendly staff.

The property seemed a bit tired, worn, and dirty. Location in downtown Moab is fine if that is what you are looking for. The room was ample size but the trade off is a tired property which, in our car, smelled of pets.

We were there for almost a week and it was our second stay this year. All of staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The Gonzo is pet friendly and we are able to go from our suite to a nice area to walk the dogs. The included breakfast is made to order restaurant quality and not a buffet. We are not pool or hot tub people but could see it was well maintained and ready to use even though it was off season for those amenities.

The hotel was great, clean and staff friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on arrival which is nice. It is located in a very convenient location with plenty of food options around. The only thing was that the little soaps/shampoo bottles provided seemed to have been used by a prior customer which felt a little cheap (but I believe it is a honest mistake).

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything you need on main st and the staff is exceptionally nice. We arrived well before check in and eventhough we didnt mind they put a rush to get our room ready early. The cafe attached is very convienient for a quick breakfast, coffee, or lunch. Walls are thin for sure but hostly by 7pm everyone was quiet so we didnt hear much and the hotel was packed our entire stay. Hot tub is small so we only enjoyed it one day as it was busy the rest of the time but it was a great time.

Our family of four loved our recent 4-day stay here. Our king suite room was quite large - plenty of space for two adults and two kids and all our gear. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity. The Inn's location is very walkable and in a fun town. The included breakfast vouchers every day were the cherry on top and helped get us a good base for our national park adventures. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonably-priced accommodations with lots of special features.

Clean room but thin walls. Could hear people showering in other rooms. We stayed in room 109 and the rug in the bedroom/under the bed was curled up and we tripped over it numerous times. A/C units difficult to operate particularly in the bedroom which made it a little stuffy. Otherwise, great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

This is a great hotel. It appears to be converted apartments, so we had a bedroom and a living room with a small dining/kitchen area. The room was very clean and the walk in shower was amazing. This is the only property I will stay at when returning to Moab.

This hotel is quirky in a good way. We enjoyed clean rooms and having a hotel close to but not on the Main Street through town. We were less than a block away and could walk to most shops & restaurants in town. The rooms seemed on the small side and the walls were thin so we could easily hear our neighbors. But the decor was a bit different from a standard chain hotel and we had a nice personal patio overlooking the walking path with comfortable chairs so we could enjoy our morning coffee & tea.

This hotel was so cute!! The front desk called because they are staffed to 10 pm and we wouldn’t be arriving until 2am - their instructions and follow up were so helpful and the wine in our room put us to sleep

Well I booked it on Hotels.com and paid for it when I booked it on July 1 st. I checked in on September 21 st. Everything wasd fine until I opened up my Amex app and they had charged me a second time. I showed them the charge and they said that they would look into it. When I was leaving I told them that they needed to correct the error and they said that they wanted to talk about it and I said that I had to leave to get home and I showed them the charge from July 1st and that they need to correct it. I also called Amex and told them when I saw the charge on my Amex app and showed them the charge and asked them to reverse the charge. When I got home I saw that they had charged me $343.54 on the day before they charged me for the hotel room a second time. I called them and they did not answer the phone so I left a message about the 2 extra charges and that I would write reviews about them and dispute the charges if they did not call me back by 5 pm. Well they called me and asked if I was going to write bad reviews and I said yes if they di not correct the charges and they hung up on me. I have learned a valuable lesson to not stay at a hotel that is privatly owned and I will only stay at hoetl chains where they are professional.
Well I booked it on Hotels.com and paid for it when I booked it on July 1 st. I checked in on September 21 st. Everything wasd fine until I opened up my Amex app and they had charged me a second time. I showed them the charge and they said that they would look into it. When I was leaving I told them that they needed to correct the error and they said that they wanted to talk about it and I said that I had to leave to get home and I showed them the charge from July 1st and that they need to correct it. I also called Amex and told them when I saw the charge on my Amex app and showed them the charge and asked them to reverse the charge. When I got home I saw that they had charged me $343.54 on the day before they charged me for the hotel room a second time. I called them and they did not answer the phone so I left a message about the 2 extra charges and that I would write reviews about them and dispute the charges if they did not call me back by 5 pm. Well they called me and asked if I was going to write bad reviews and I said yes if they di not correct the charges and they hung up on me. I have learned a valuable lesson to not stay at a hotel that is privatly owned and I will only stay at hoetl chains where they are professional.

All the staff were so nice and helpful. We had reservations and were driving from out of town, the front desk called to check on us as we were running behind for our check in. They were very accommodating so we didn’t have any problems getting to our room. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The Gonzo Inn was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, close to the main strip but far enough away to feel a bit secluded. Our suite was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Cafe Italiano served a wonderful breakfast right onsite. The Gonzo beats the chain hotels all day long!

Everything about this place was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast cafe was perfect. Pool and hot tub was clean. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to go to MOAB!

This hotel is quirky in a good way. We enjoyed clean rooms and having a hotel close to but not on the Main Street through town. We were less than a block away and could walk to most shops & restaurants in town. The rooms seemed on the small side and the walls were thin so we could easily hear our neighbors. But the decor was a bit different from a standard chain hotel and we had a nice personal patio overlooking the walking path with comfortable chairs so we could enjoy our morning coffee & tea.

Loved my stay, 3 nights this past week and it was perfect. Easy walk to all the restaurants. Safe and quiet location with a beautiful patio looking out to the grass and trees. Awesome location. Will be staying there every year for my annual mountain bike trips!

I had to argue with desk staff to get my breakfast tokens that were charged to my bill by hotels.com. Do not pay for $14 breakfast during booking. It was a total hassle. Just pay cash for your breakfast. There is no benefit to opting in to the breakfast pmt.

Great location, plenty of parking, check-in was easy. Booked 2 rooms, 3 months in advance with a request of rooms close to each other, but they couldn't make it happen unfortunately. Both rooms balconies just overlooked the parking lot, which was fine since it was cold and didn't use them. The hot tub and pool area was great , felt so nice after a day of hiking. I would skip the breakfast vouchers, just go into town. I was first in line one morning and it took a long time to get our food. Our friend got ticket #8 and we waited a half hour for them to get their food. Overall, I was happy with the huge rooms and great location and would definitely stay here again!

We had a suite-like room with an enclosed patio space. It was a bit off the main street, so fairly quiet and walkable to quite a few restaurants and shops. The breakfast place in the lobby was a bit slow, so allow enough time as you are planning your day. The pool was refreshing and the amenities in the room were nice.

The breakfast is not free, we received $14 voucher per person which covered only price of my omelet, I had to pay$3 for coffee and the waiting time to get your breakfast is two long. The guy at the hotel desk wasn’t pleasant either. You can see tip jar at the front desk, I have no idea why. Never stay in this hotel even if the price drops by 50%.

We loved the Gonzo Inn and will definitely stay again. It has such a nice vibe. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a patio. It is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose it. Be sure to have breakfast at the cafe in the lobby. Our reservation included breakfast- which was made fresh and was delicious! ( we got a voucher for $14 each). I had the breakfast panini and my husband had the American breakfast. We loved chatting with the staff during breakfast. Thank you for your kindness.
