ホテル、スタッフ、備品等は良かったです。秋田駅周辺は少し寂しかったです。車で行ったのですが、ホテルの裏に駐車場があるのを知らず。有料パーキングに停めたら2700円とられました。ホテルスタッフから駐車場の案内はありました。皆さまお気を付け下さい。ホテル駐車場も有料ですが格安です。一点だけトイレの便器外側にに汚物が付着していました。その点だけが少し不快でした。

ノースウィングツインに宿泊。口コミにありましたが、洗い場のあるお風呂の浴槽が大きく足を伸ばして入れます(身長164cm)。お部屋は広くはありませんが綺麗でインテリアが素敵、郷土の玩具手毬やイタヤ細工の馬なども飾ってあり、アメニティも充分。バスソルトまであったのはゆったりした浴槽の満足感を高めてくれました。また窓から電車が見えて説明と見られる時刻のシートが置いてあり、鉄道好きやお子さんには喜ばれるだろうと思います。部屋の外の音も気にならず快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。

スムーズなチェックイン&アウト、スタッフも笑顔で丁寧に応対を行い感じが良く、駅の隣にあるという立地も満点。24時間営業のコンビニもあり、とても便利でした。アップグレードしてくださったおかげもあり、部屋も広く清潔で、アメニティやパジャマ、衣服消臭剤やズボンプレッサー、部屋で化粧ができるスタンドミラーもあり、冷蔵庫にフリーのペットボトルの水も入っていて、大変快適でした。また利用させていただきます。
