1st of all they gave us a handicapped room and it wasn't a very nice one. They told me they gave that to me because I booked thru hotels.com. in the bathroom there was a drain in the floor near the bathtub. The tiles around is were not flush and cracked so we had to cover it with towel so we wouldn't cut our feet. When we were in bed getting ready to sleep someone was trying to get into our room. I went to the door and there was a family of 4 with a key to our room. Then the clerk who gave us this room came up and wanted to know why we were in there and we told him cause you gave us this room. I would not recommend this micro tel to anyone.

The hotel itself seemed safe, but the neighborhood around it seemed just OK. Not necessarily dangerous, but not one I would feel safe walking too far away from the hotel in. Toward that, we didn't feel all that comfortable using the outdoor pool. The room was clean and comfortable enough. No complaints there. The breakfast was below average by mid-price-hotel standards, and they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner, which was odd. Nothing necessarily wrong with this hotel, just not a lot of positives to it.

When we arrived shortly after 3 for our check in everything at check in was going good. Given our keys to the room then get upstairs to Our room which wasn’t ready. The cleaning lady didn’t seem to speak much English but understood well enough to tell me what I already knew she wasn’t done cleaning the whole floor. As I go down stairs I am met at elevator to see Julie the nice lady that checked us in about to bring me new keys to a different room. After such a long drive it was just sad to see that the hotel didn’t have the room originally supposed to be for us ready. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I don’t know about other people but I don’t like microwave eggs . So we only had breakfast there one day.
