Spacious rooms (considering the price point and location). Clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Bath/Shower and standard toilet all very clean. Very helpful and welcoming staff making check-in a breeze. Was able to drop off luggage early as we ventured out to Hakata for more food and shopping. The hotel was just around the corner from Hakata Station taxi stand so made it very convenient for us as we left at 6am to start heading over to the airport. Smooth self-check out process at the machines (it takes your room keys back and makes sure no outstanding charges). There was a vending machine, microwave, and coffee machine in the lobby (we also had a coffee machine in our room, but not all the rooms had one). Will definitely consider this hotel for future stays again!

Location is great and the reason I picked this one. Across the street of the Hakata station and Toyota rental. Check in process is the same as every other hotel. Check out is also quick. Room is clean. Microwave you can use at the lobby along with the bar chairs and lounge.

Great location just next to Hakata Station. Lots of shops and food nearby. Taxi stand is a stone's throw away, or you can try to flag one down just outside on the main road. Room for three is a little cramped due to the third bed being placed right in the centre, but we worked around it for just one night. Each bed could possibly sleep 2 smaller sized people, but if you are bigger built then one person to a bed is necessary. Check in was easy. There is a complimentary hot drinks machine on the ground floor with covered take away paper cups. Overall a good deal.

This hotel is conveniently located near hakata station and also close to a car rental place. Great base to do your exploring of Fukuoka area. Our moderate healing room was compact but the massage chair is a great perk in the room, albeit the chair is quite worn. I was looking forward for a bath (hotel provided bath salts) but there’s some mould/dirt build up on the bath hardware, so cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel is ideally located just outside of Hakata Station, Chikushi exit. There is also a Family Mart convenience store immediately next door. There is also a back entrance to AMU EST (food department store) within Hakata Station and a Yamato Transport within AMU EST for those with shipping needs. There were no views from my room on the 4th floor facing North toward the next building's fire exit which made it difficult to bring some daylight into the room vs. privacy.

위치:좋습니다. 하카타역 바로 앞이에요. 객실:상태는 나쁘지 않은데 좁긴해요.... 일반 더블룸 기준 18제곱미터...좁더군요 그리고 화장하기 힘든 수준의 조명입니다... 어두워요 소음:없었습니다. 수건이나 어메니티 요청이 쉬웠습니다. 그리고 요금 지불할때 숙박세 800엔을 요청하시더라구요. 지금 후쿠오카는 다 내는것 같았습니다.

Friendly, couteous and helpful staff..including cleaning staff. Room was roomy and clean with unexpected and wonderful ammenities such as massagers,etc. Loved it. Our first time at a Forza but will definitely include the Forza when visiting Japan again.

Overall enjoyed our stay for a few reasons. Very good location - just next to main Hakata Station and close to a lot of shopping. Reasonably quiet rooms. Size of rooms is what you’ll expect from Japanese hotels in cities. Only issue I had was that the aircon and WiFi broke down on the first night. Had to sleep with the window open (thankful that weather was cool) No service recovery by hotel.

Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi - Guchi1 is our go to hotel in Fukuoka. It conveniently located next to Hakata Station where you’ll find everything. Buffet breakfast is good and there is unlimited coffee. Rooms are small but not tiny. I was however surprised when we were checking out and the front desk reception told me we could leave our bags which was unusual. Days before a lot of people had left their bags and we were expecting to do the same. I had to insist with the front desk reception saying we are a frequent customer of the hotel and who the reluctantly took our bags for safekeeping, initially insisting we come back for it after 2hours when our flight is still in the evening. The hotel eventually took our bags. One guest hurled bad words at the front desk lady who was insisting that their bags be kept at the train station pay locker. Unusual for a hotel. No reason for initially refusing to keep our bags. Maybe they can revert with a response on why they were refusing to keep the bags.

我們幾個家庭一行12人，很幸運能訂到這間就近博多車站的酒店。6房4晚，可惜遇上酒店前台一位男士經理（？），服務態度全無待客之道。我們沒有日本電話號碼，請酒店前台代致電已選好的餐廳訂枱，但被拒絕。到住宿最後一晚詢問能否存放一兩個行李喼，回覆亦是給決絕地否定。該位酒店僱員不是不懂英語，但面如鐵灰，只是拒絕。到翌日早上我們再詢問一次，因考慮到可能酒店當天行李存放位置存放量或有減少或可容納我們一件半件行李，可惜這位先生仍不動如山，只是維持原判。在我朋友們努力往租車中堆疊12人大大小小的行李喼時，我見前台那位男經理（？）已經不在，見站崗的兩位年輕女職員面有笑容，便上前詢問。這兩位態度溫和，還耐心解釋不能幫忙原因，是我們翌日不再回頭入住，酒店便不予方便，未能通宵儲存行李。如果男經理回覆態度如下屬般溫和說理，我們的入住經驗評分在服務質素一欄就不致大扣分數了。我們當中不少都多次訪日遊玩，從來未遇上這樣的經歷。我自己兩次入住不同但都在博多站附近的酒店，該兩所酒店都讓我們過夜存放行李。我們離開Forza酒店後自駕去了佐賀。佐賀那酒店服務讓我們身心愉快，熱心幫忙打電話到餐廳訂枱。迊訝送車一如日本故有的禮儀。我們明白人情厚薄確有城鄉之別，但作為立於福崗門戶受港人鈡情的其中一所酒店，Hotel Forza如因一個鐵面僱員的表現而失禮人前，是否可以加強培訓或提升管理位置人員，畢竟前線服務面的領袖不是應該比下屬們更有質素？

Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel. Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like. But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good service.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the facility, the area are all excellent. Many different dinning options, a minute walk to the train station and plenty of taxis. Staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. Also assisted with booking a resevation for a long distance transportation and even assisted with luggage. Extrmelly happy. Will be back in two weeks.

博多駅からすぐで、ビジネスホテル的な中では清潔感があり気に入っています。ただチェックインアウトがタッチパネルということもあり、フロントの応対があっさりしていて素っ気ないのがたまにキズでしょうか。またレストランが禁煙でないこと。浴室で便器前に立った時には背の高い人であればタオル掛けに頭が当たるのも改善していただければ嬉しいです。

Hotel Forza Hakata-Eki continues to be our go to hotel in Fukuoka. It’s right across the Hakata station making transport very easy all across Fukuoka. We like taking the bus and the terminal is just a quick walk.

Very convenient location (next to Hakata station), good price, comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean I have stayed here many times so I know how to enter the hotel building but very difficult to find since (the sign is difficult to find (see)).

Hotel Forza was a great value. It was clean, and the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent, and I found myself using the convenient coffee machine in the lounge many times. The location was outstanding, very close to the train station, convenience stores, and a range of dining options. The room size was not very spacious, but adequate.
