部屋の掃除が行き届いていないように感じました。いたるところに自分のではない長い髪の毛が落ちていて少し嫌でした。ダッシュボードの上には少し埃が残っていたので残念でした。夜はエレベーターが全然こなくて5分は待ちました。ただ、ウェルカムドリンク、アメニティーサービスはとても良かったです。

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and Disneysea. There is a Lawson downstairs and the train station is a 3 min walk away. There is the mall area also within a few mins walk. Overall, the area was very convenient for our young family. The hotel is a bit older but it is well maintained and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our children loved the lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks, especially the grape slushies and cotton candy machine. There is an entire amenity store that you can “shop” at, laundry facility, microwave area, and shuttle bus to Disney.

ロビーにて、フリードリンクとお菓子、おつまみのサービスがあり連泊しましたが2日とも楽しんで頂きました！ハロウィンの時期という事もあり、21時以降はロビーが混雑していました。チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズでディズニー行きのシャトルバスも便が多いのでありがたかったです。空港へ荷物が送れるので、観光へ行く際も荷物のことを考えず済み良かったです。

Location was great at the Shin-Urayasu station, free shuttle to the theme parks. Amenities in the room was nice. Comfortable and clean room, and there’s even free alcohol at the lounge. Would recommend.

宿泊に対しては、とても良かったです。駐車場の料金は2泊で3,500円だと思っていたのですが、当日の朝2時半に到着してからチェックイン前の料金が加算されたのか8,800円も掛かってしまった。払わないと出られないしで、高すぎてビックリしました。

We loved everything about the Oriental Hotel. The room comfortably housed 5 adults. The welcome lounge was a great bonus at night. A huge selection of amenities were provided, including pyjamas. The shuttle bus to and from Disney Resort was brilliant. We would highly recommend our stay.

They had a welcome lounge which had things to munch on and drinks (even wine and beer) which was included. Also they had an area which had toothpaste, brushes, shavers, pijamas and much more completely free, they were self serve so you could get then whenever you need them. I also like the 7-eleven like convenient store right on the property which was super useful

建物は綺麗でした。しかし客室に洗い場別のお風呂があったのですが床が赤カビだらけでとても不潔でした。連泊しましたがゴミの会社はゴミ箱に入ってるものだけで入らなかった空き缶はゴミ箱の横に置いていたのに回収されず。フロントへ確認してウェルカムドリンクもらいにいったら室内の寝衣でこないだくださいと言われました。清潔感のなさと対応の悪さにがっかりです。駅近でディズニーへのアクセスの良さだけは◎です。

ディズニーランドの前泊と後泊で2日間利用しました。ディズニーまでの無料シャトルバスが10分に1本ぐらい出ていて、立地最高。全体的にはとても綺麗でよかったです。駅直結なので雨にもあたることなく助かりました。しかし、客室の洗面所の真上にある換気扇のフィルターが、今にもほこりが降ってきそうな位ほこりまみれで不衛生だなと感じました。アメニティ施設「TIROIR / ティロワール」はアメニティが沢山あるのはいいが、一つ一つのクオリティーが低すぎて残念でした。特に歯ブラシは全然磨けないし、固すぎてしならないので歯間ブラシや自身の歯ブラシを持っていくことをお勧めします。ウェルカムラウンジは最高でした。ビール、スパークリングワインも美味しくお菓子のバイキングやわたあめは子供もとても喜びました。朝食もどれも美味しく胃袋が足りなかったので、またリベンジしたいくらいです、、ディズニーリゾートを利用する際にはまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

全体的に満足ですが、水回りが汚いオリエンタルフロアに宿泊しました、リファのアイテムがあって素晴らしかったですが細かいけどシャワーヘッドの水が出る穴、シャンプープッシュするとこの裏などピンク汚れが目立つ。わざわざ見てるわけではなくて、高い位置にあるので、自然と見えてしまいました。清掃大変ですけど、こう言ったとこも気を使っていただければ、最高ですアニメティなどは充実してて良かったです特にウェルカムドリンク(ビール)！最高です(笑)

以前ユニットバスだった部屋が改装されて風呂、洗面所、トイレが独立した造りになっていた。数名で宿泊する場合これはかなり有難い！洗面所とトイレは狭いが問題ない。お風呂場には湯船、バスチェアー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、Bソープが備えられ便利でした。

This is my new favorite hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was perfect for 4 adults. They had recently refurbished the hotel and we could tell. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The nightly reception area was comfortable with lots of drink and snack options. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to the train station, stores and a shopping mall. It was 1-stop away from Maihama and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location literally across from Shin-Urayasu station. Shuttle to Disney was also super helpful and was often. Lawson within the hotel on the main floor. Many cool toiletries provided for free and free snacks and drinks including beer every evening. Room was spacious as well, and the set up with the separate bath, toilet, and sink was very convenient when you have mutiple people sharing. Luggage forwarding also available and was cheaper than another service we used. All in all a great stay and I would go back again!

食事は夕飯にレストランを利用したが値段の割に味はイマイチでした。朝食も同様です…。滞在中、館内で結婚式が行われており、その際、子ども（1歳）がぐずって泣いてしまいました。すると、そばにいたスタッフの方から「うるさい」と言われ、大変ショックを受けました。公共の場でできる限り周囲に迷惑をかけないよう気をつけておりましたが、まさかホテルのスタッフからそのような言葉をかけられるとは思わず、非常に不快で残念な気持ちになりました。ホテルとしてお客様に対する態度とは思えず、信頼を損なう対応だと感じております。家族連れにも人気のあるホテルと伺っておりましたが、今回の件でその印象が大きく変わってしまいました。今後、同様のことが起こらないよう、スタッフ教育・指導の徹底を強く求めます。

They clean the room daily. Make the beds every 3 days. In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11. There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly! They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier . They offer free shuttle to both parks.

Room & bed were nice & comfy. The only bad point is the check-in. We had to line up for 1 hour just to check in. 2 days prior, the hotel emailed us to do online check-in which promises an expedited self check in, however when we get to the hotel none of the staff knew what self check-in was.

The hotel is very conveniently location next to Shin Urayasu train station. It is just one stop away from Mihama station where the gateway to Disneyland and Disney Sea is. There’s also a few convenient stores, an Aeon and Atre for your shopping needs. The hotel is now undergoing renovation, but the room is spacious and clean. If you are taking the airport limousine to/from the airports (both Haneda and Narita), the bus stops are also within walking distance from the hotel. Do note that the bus stops are different for from Airport to Hotel, and from Hotel to Airport. Ask the hotel staff for details.

朝食メニューは評判通り美味しかったです。生搾りオレンジジュースは２台あり込むこともなくつげました。ドーナツも美味しかったです。ハンバーガーも美味しいのですが朝から少しヘビーだったので初日のみ食べました。デザート（ケーキやゼリー）の種類があると嬉しいです。三日間滞在したのですがメニューが変わり映えしないので何か日替わりメニューがあればもっと楽しめたのになっと思いました。ラウンジは初日のみ利用しました。ホットケーキは並んでいたのでホットケーキは食べずにお菓子とジュースのみです。ディズニー帰りでは利用する気力もなかったのでラウンジを楽しみにしていましたがそこまで必要なかったかもしれません。シャトルバスはそこまで混むこともなく7時の始発便に乗れば早めにインパできたし、帰りも歩く距離が少なくてとても助かりました。オリエンタルルームで最上階の部屋でしたがエレベーター待ちで行列ができており、やっとのれても部屋に着くまで何度も止まるので時間がかかって何のための良い部屋なのかこれなら安い低層階の方が良いのではないのかと思いました。部屋自体も３人部屋でしたがテーブルが小さくて３人で利用するには手狭でした。部屋の冷蔵庫の中に飲んだ後のペットボトルが入ったままであったり、洗面所の排水が悪く水が溜まっていくので清潔感がなかったです。こどもがいるのにパジャマが大人用3枚準備されていたり、ホスピタリティは感じませんでした。部屋のお菓子はとても美味しかったです。良い所と良くないところが半々で次は他のホテルにしようかなっといった感じです。

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit inefficient (had to wait in line). Breakfast buffet is great, but very crowded at 6:30am - 7:30am, probably because of people going early to Disneyland. If your reservation includes breakfast, be careful to check inclusions as they seem to charge kids from 4 - 6 yrs separately. They incorrectly charged me breakfast for two days for my 9yo until I emailed the hotel to ask about it - after that they fixed it with the restaurant. If requiring an airport bus to Narita just note that there are limited operating times from the Shin-Urayasu station next door. If you take the hotel shuttle to Disneyland, there are many more airport bus departure times from there (the airport bus picks up right next to the hotel shuttle drop off location).

We had a pleasant stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay overall. The welcome amenities were excellent, and we really appreciated the convenient location—especially the easy access to the station and the Lawson located within the hotel premises. One disappointment was the check-in policy. We arrived with tired kids and were hoping to check in even just 30 minutes before the official 3:00 PM check-in time, but unfortunately, this wasn’t possible. A little flexibility in such situations would have made the experience much better. The breakfast had a good variety, but I would have loved to see a live egg station where eggs could be prepared fresh to order. Overall, a convenient family-friendly hotel with some excellent amenities, but there is room for improvement in flexibility at check-in and breakfast options
