The manager checked us in, he was very efficient & professional. Secure parking in the basement. The 2 bedroom apartment was luxurious & amazing in every way possible. We swam in the lovely pool watching the sunset, which was great for my kids on our last day in Australia. Wonderful Hotel.

Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again. The unit is huge and well equiped with everything that you need. The views from the balcony are outstanding and a WOW factor. Walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Also a lovely restaurant downstairs which is convenient.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We booked a Oceanview room which meant we had a beautiful balcony to overlook the ocean and Morton Island. Only issue we had was because we booked during public holidays. There was no servicing of the rooms which wouldn’t have been an issue if we were able to get fresh towels as per the letter we received on checking. This was not the case because they ran out of towels and all they were able to supply us with was a bath mat. If we’d known this in the morning I would’ve run the towels through the washing machine and dryer so that on return from the beach, we would be able to have a shower with a dry towel. The reason we were unable to reuse our towels was because the shower and bathroom floor was so slippery we needed to cover the floor with towels to ensure we did not slip over. We were in a disabled room. I don’t know whether this was a factor in the floor slippers. This was the only negative factor of the whole hotel. Everything else was wonderful. The little restaurant bistro downstairs was great and and there are a number of eating and cafe options within a very easy stroll. Would highly recommend this as a location.

Great room great staff but there is building works going on within the building and outside the building. Parking was good. Pool is not heated. Convenient for dinner and breakfast. Was a one night stay for 2 couples we would stay again

Property is becoming quite dated. TV's need to be updated as they must be over 10 years old. The furniture also needs updating and the carpets were stained. There was a great clump of someones hair left in my shower that was not cleaned - luckily i had a second shower.

This is my second stay. First apartment was great and is why I returned. This apartment however is in serious need of a makeover. Dank smell from old and dirty carpet. Furniture is in terrible condition. The bed is two singles pushed together. This apartment would not pass as 4 star. Honestly they should lock the door until it’s upgraded. If you get offered unit 904 run for the hills

We have family in Mango Hill and saw this place in Expedia. Apartment is located in Redcliffe. The place surpassed my expectation as far as how big it is. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are very convenient for our family of four offering privacy and space for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and helped us save from eating out or ordering takeaway. There is a grocery store 2 minutes from the apartment. We had a partial view of the ocean and it was amazing! There are a lot of restaurants close by. The downsides with this place is there was construction right across our apartment and the bathrooms smelled like sewage. It was not too terrible and just more noticeable when coming back to the apartment after a day of exploring. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Very noisy as there a building works going on outside my window. It seems I’ve been put in a room for a disabled shower where the screen is open and water goes everywhere. Also, my room has a double entrance to the room next door, which means whenever the first door opens You can hear it opening and closing as you can with the Next Door‘s room. Unsatisfactory for a peaceful stay. Also wasn’t made aware of this or of the shower facility.

Good Stay, wifi was a bit hit and miss, and they limit 3 devices per room. As we had a two bedroom apartment with 4 people, the limit of 3 seemed ridiculous, given all of us had two devices each (phones and laptops).

We had a wonderful stay, lovely facilities, beautiful location with beautiful ocean views. Big thank you to Erin who quickly sorted out an issue when our door lock malfunctioned and surprised us with an upgrade to a larger suite. We absolutely loved our stay ❤️

Overall I enjoyed my stay and the place was nice and in a great location, however, the only thing that brought down my rating was the person that was on and done my check in. I was clarifying some things and I felt that she was a little rude towards me. I'm not sure but can only assume that it may have been because I called the number to check in as the reception was unattended and it was still early but after calling the caretaker number a couple times I found out she was on her break. I understand that she needs to have a break but there was no sign and I still deserve the same customer service as any other paying customer. The checkout process was simple and easy and it was a total different vibe that I got a total different vibe by the person working the morning shift which had me leading feeling better than the check in staff.

This was the only “ apartment “ we stayed in during the trip .. we were in the Stamford Plaza Brisbane , the Shangrila Cairns , the Grand Mirage Gold Coast and all those hotels were top class .. the Oaks room had a lovely ocean view , but the room smelt of drains .. we think it was the shower but it permeated the whole room .. one lady on reception didn’t care at all when I raised the issue and said they were sold out so could only change us to a room with faulty air con .. as this would have been intolerable , we stuck with the smelly room . Apart from the unhelpful lady on reception , their was another lady , Rebecca who came up with air fresheners and some drain cleaner to try and help .. this did have a temporary effect and as we were there for a one night stop over , we put up with it .. by late evening the smell was back .. room 502 certainly needs the plumbing looking at before letting out to anyone else .. otherwise , the Mon Komo has a move restaurant and bar on site and is walking distance to lots of choice eating places .. so a great position .. it overlooks Moreton Bay and I’m sure is lovely if you get a nice room .. top marks to Rebecca for trying to help , and a black mark for her unhelpful colleague

Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again. The unit is huge and well equiped with everything that you need. The views from the balcony are outstanding and a WOW factor. Walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Also a lovely restaurant downstairs which is convenient.

Bit of a disappointment for a getaway staycation weekend as we thought we were getting a seaview room as pictured on hotels.com but we had a view of the city. This should be clearly advised upon booking and check-in (and wasn't) as it makes a huge difference to the quality of the stay. Also signage and getting to the place and finding it was a nightmare. They need to decide on ONE brand and stick to it. Signs variously referred to Komo, Mon, and Oaks all separately. The Komo is a tavern, and the Oaks has both residences and the guest rooms, and I have no idea what Mon is supposed to be, but finding the entrance is a real task given the signage uses these words all over the place. One of the staff - a lady of Japanese ethnicity - was particularly friendly and helpful and helped us navigate all the confusion. The others were more interested in telling you the 'rules' and processes and not so interested in your happiness. Room was a typical 3.5 star hotel room, clean and adequate. But make sure you check if you have views before paying!

An amazing find right in the heart of Redcliffe. Walking distance to everything, dining, drinking and lots of fun things for the kids to do. Hours of play and swimming at the Settlement Cove Lagoon, the pies and fish and chips for lunch. Afterwards a cold beer and wine for the adults back at the hotel. We lucked in with the Redcliffe Markets being on Sunday morning, what a gem, food and snacks galore.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We booked a Oceanview room which meant we had a beautiful balcony to overlook the ocean and Morton Island. Only issue we had was because we booked during public holidays. There was no servicing of the rooms which wouldn’t have been an issue if we were able to get fresh towels as per the letter we received on checking. This was not the case because they ran out of towels and all they were able to supply us with was a bath mat. If we’d known this in the morning I would’ve run the towels through the washing machine and dryer so that on return from the beach, we would be able to have a shower with a dry towel. The reason we were unable to reuse our towels was because the shower and bathroom floor was so slippery we needed to cover the floor with towels to ensure we did not slip over. We were in a disabled room. I don’t know whether this was a factor in the floor slippers. This was the only negative factor of the whole hotel. Everything else was wonderful. The little restaurant bistro downstairs was great and and there are a number of eating and cafe options within a very easy stroll. Would highly recommend this as a location.

Somewhat disappointed.. last stay I was allocated a great spacious 1 bedroom room with living area , settee, kitchenette , table and chairs .. on 7th floor .. this time we were allocated 2nd floor facing back, with a thin desk and 1 office chair .. for a couple for 3 days it wasn’t comfortable !
