The OneFive Fukuoka Tenjin

The positive aspects of this hotel are that it's a good price and is in a good central location. The staff are polite and friendly. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The rooms didn’t feel entirely clean, not because of the cleaning staff, who seem to do their best, but because the facilities are somewhat worn down, with visible damage to furniture, walls, and fittings. While the mattress was comfortable, the bedding type slipped off easily and often touched the floor, which felt unhygienic. Checkout is at 10am instead of the more common 11am, which is not great, and the lack of luggage storage service which is standard in every other hotel but not this one made it even more inconvenient. Lockers are available, but they come at an extra cost of 500 yen for medium size and 1000 yen for the larger ones that would fit a commonly carried large suitcase. Unfortunately, there are only four large lockers, and they were all occupied when we checked out, forcing us to make alternative arrangements and cutting into our final day in the city. Additionally, there is no designated smoking area. Guests must request an ashtray from reception each time, which wasn’t ideal for privacy or convenience.

트윈룸으로 하루 숙박했습니다 모든어메디티가 갖춰져있어 편했습니다 돈키호테까지 15분정도입니다 수화물보관은 유료입니다, 코인락커에 보관합니다 호텔앞에서 담배를 피우는 공간이 있으나 재떨이는 프론트에서 깡통같은걸 빌려줍니다, 피우고 반납하면되요 숙박하면서 우리팀 제외, 한국관광객중 단 한사람도 제외없이 재떨이를 사용하지않고 바닥에 침뱉거나 재를 터네요. 매너를 지켰으면 합니다

The hotel had zero amenities, no laundry you were not able to ship the bags. The hotel was also not cheap and looked very outdated. The front desk staff that was JAPANESE was very nice, the others ones weren’t so kind.

荷物預かりサービスが無く、フロント前のフリースペースへ置いているだけで常にスタッフがフロントに常駐してる感じではなかったので、高い宿泊料金も払っているのでそれくらいあってもいいのでは無いかと思いました。

荷物預かりがフロント前に置くだけで誰でも自由に手に取れる感じが不安だった。 出来ればバックヤードで管理して欲しいし、せめて荷物にはタグを付けてタグと荷物を交換する方法にして欲しい。 それ以外は問題の無い良いホテルだった。

とても過ごしやすかったです。窓が2箇所あり明るかったのもよかったです。 チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらえるのはとてもありがたいですが、フロントの見えるところで何があっても自己責任だったのが少し残念でした。

天神中心部から近くて便利な場所にあるが、ホテル周辺はとても静かで過ごしやすい。スタッフのサービスがとても良い。洗濯機があれば完璧だと思う。

地方好細，乾淨，附近好多停車場， 天神區一入夜就靜，再選會住博多區 物資齊全，毛巾本身房有，lobby可再拎， 拖鞋，牙刷，即磨咖啡，洗面，沖涼液，洗頭水，護髮素，過夜需要既都有提供

The staff are nice and helpful. But the facilities of the hotel may need for improvement. For example, there is no coin laundry service or payment laundry. You need to walk 15 mins away to have one. The staff will provide the color may for you. And also there is no internal phone in the room, if you need any service, you have walk out your room to have public phone to dial-in to the hotel staff.

清掃が行き届いてないです。 お風呂場に誰かが使ったキズパワーパッドが置いてあるし、髪の毛は沢山落ちてるしとにかく汚かったです。肌寒いのに暖房は聞かない。 お水やお茶などサービスはなし。もう少しサービスがあっても良いのではとおもってしまいました。従業員ほとんどが外国人でした。

天神に近くて何事にも便利。ホテルは新しくきれい、清潔。お湯も豊富に出る。

The rooms are worn out, lots of scuffs on the wall and stains on the carpet. The cleaning wasn’t great either… found hair from previous guests and when you look closely around the bathroom sink or shower you see mold and old dirt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

お値段もお手軽でお部屋も清潔でよかったです。

床に髪の毛が沢山落ちていて不愉快だった 部屋の換気も弱くて乾燥もかなりひどい

That was the most terrible experience. The hotel staff were unfriendly, the equipment was old, and the cleanliness was awful. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, don’t hesitate… TURN AND RUN!!!

清掃がイマイチなのか浴槽が薄汚れていたり、写真ではわからないような細かいところの汚れが目立った

Dislike that they don't provide daily room cleaning. Stayed for 8 nights but only offered to clean the room thrice.

連泊でしたがタオルやゴミ箱は部屋の外に出しておいてくれとのことでした。新しいタオルはフロントにて自身で持っていきます。部屋の掃除は無しです。 チェックアウトはエレベーターの中の箱に入れるようになっていました。 これは楽ですね。 冷蔵庫に水もなくて残念でした。

かなり部屋は狭かったですが、ホテル自体はキレイだし、立地もすごく良いです。 寝る時ですが、部屋の電機が明る過ぎて、調整できると良いです。

壁が薄いので上下左右の音に注意をしたいが、設備や立地、清潔さはよかった。

This is a very basic hotel—a hostel. There is nowhere to sit down, and you can't even find a place to open your suitcase in the minimal rooms.

宿泊費の割には部屋が狭い

部屋が想定以上に狭く、値段に見合っていない。

位置可以接受，鄰近購物區，但是客房比較殘舊。

アクセスは良いが他の宿泊者が非常にうるさい。廊下や隣のドアの音がうるさすぎて寝れなかった。

必要なのは全てあり狭いですがリノベーションされていて快適です。フロントの外国人スタッフもとても笑顔で親切ですね。

チェックアウトがエレベーター内にカードキーを返すだけでいいのがラクでいい。 1階で無料でいただけるコーヒーが美味しかったです。 夜まったく音がしなくて静かでした。

Very convenient! - 5-min walk from Tenjin Station - 1-2 min walk to the area full of restaurants and shops Room was room and safe.

余計なものがないのでシンプルで快適でした♪ 飲み物は自販機もあるのでコンビニに行かないですみます。 ロケーションも駅近で1本入った通りにあるので静かでよかったです。

숙소 주변은 조용한 편입니다만, 텐진이나 다이묘의 중심지와는 거리가 있는 편입니다. 텐진역으로부터의 접근 성은 좋습니다. 다만, 숙소 주변에 즐길거리가 별로 없습니다. 편의점은 가깝습니다.

Good location, near Tenjin subway station (6-min walk) and shopping area. The hotel is great facilitated and clean but just the room is not big enough.

방이 조금 좁긴 하지만 난방과 온수도 잘 나오고, 특히 관광지로 이동하기에는 호텔 위치가 정말 좋았습니다.

위치가 텐진에서 쇼핑하기 딱 좋은 위치예요~ 애들이랑 가는거라 위치가 1순위였는데 좋았어요~ 미니텐진이랑 백화점들이랑 소도시여행도 끼여있어서 버스타기도 좋아서 잘 지내고 왔어요

スタッフの対応も良く、全体的にはとても快適でしたが、浴室の部屋干し臭のような匂いが気になりました。

ウェルカムドリンクがコーヒーしかなかった。コーヒーが飲めないので、紅茶や緑茶のティーバッグがあったら良かった。 ハンガーなどももっとあると良い。2泊したので足りなかった。 便座も冷たく、暖房便座がよかった。 スタッフは常在してくれていたのは、安心感につながったので良かった。 部屋も狭く、総じて、値段の割に良くなかった。

酒店離天神站數分鐘就到，而入口位於小巷，但都不算太難找；拐個彎就有便利店，再前1、2條馬路就有餐廳、居酒屋，地理位置相當不錯。 員工非常友好，而前台除到茶包、咖啡，亦有基本的補給，如浴衣、牙刷、洗面、潤膚霜等，非常貼心。 推薦酒店準備的單張，有介紹天神附近好玩的、好食的餐廳，可以參考一下。 唯一不太好的，就是馬桶，第1天晚被馬桶無間斷的流水聲影響睡眠，但第2晚就沒有了。

天神の駅が近くロケーションは良い方だと思います。食事施設が無いので宿泊のみであれば全然問題の無い施設だと思うます。

外観、お部屋、お風呂も綺麗！ ツインで お部屋の広さは無いですが 安くてとても良かった！ コーヒーのサービスがあったり、立地も最高でした！！ また利用したいです！

空港や主要な場所に便がよく、スムーズに観光を楽しむことが出来ました。また、施設サービスとして、アメニティの充実と、コーヒーのサービスがあり、くつろぐことが出来ました。また、福岡に来た際は利用させてもらいたいと思います。

アメニティ等があり荷物を減らせて良かった。 販売機のドリンクの値段も普通で助かりました。
