Smallest room I ever stayed in. When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night.

We have a great stay, there is hot water / cold water dispenser, green tea . They also have Japanese pj option. There is smoking area behind and also washer and dryer. The room is clean, the only con the breakfast area is too small, and if come late there is no more replenishment of congee. Overall great place to stay.
