It's not convenient for wheelchair or people who can't walk the stairs to get to dining area for breakfast or evening snacks of cobbler, cookies, and ice cream. There is no elevator.

The hotel is not on a real busy street They have free desert from 9P.M. to 11P.M. peach cobbler, cherry cobbler, ice cream, cookies, coffee, hot chocolate. Breakfast is from 7A.M. to 10 A.M. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, banana muffins, Orange juice, apple juice, strawberry kiwi juice, coffee The outdoor pool was nice and clean It was quite. Staff was nice and friendly. I will stay there again

This motel is not handicap friendly. They have 3 levels so if you can’t get a ground room then you’re SOL. There is no elevator!! Also the breakfast is located upstairs as well. Just thought I would share that information for people with disabilities Very quiet. The beds are a little worn. Springs in mattresses are wearing out. Room was very spacious the fridge is amazing, super cooling. No microwave. Location is great though, Not far at all from 76. Overall it was a good quick little stay.

Older property but well kept. Entrance to room is outside doors. Stairs are tye only way to get to upper floor. It was slightly off the main drag so was a short drive to main attentions. That being said it was kept up well clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked, staff was very friendly, hot breakfast every morning was good, and refreshments we avaliable every evening. Pool was crystal clear. Absolutely worth the money and would stay again. If you don't mind an older buget friendly property thus is one of the best I jave stayed in.

Owners take pride in their lodging and maintained our room with skill for a mid level motel. It is convenient to everything on the yellow route right off 76 highway. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator provided and bathroom was ungraded. Breakfast provided and ice cream snack after the shows in the evening. Slight downside is no elevator to second level for breakfast and microwave addition would be beneficial. I would definitely return.

When I checked in the clerk looked like she would rather be somewhere else. Got to the room and it smelt so stale and musty. Checked the bathroom and there was a big hole in the side of the tub against the wall!! They came to look and said they had no idea that was there even though it had been badly patched. they gave us another room and ditto it was the same stinky grubby room as before. there was the start of black mold on the shower ceiling. the pool was clean enough but the furniture was filthy and broke when i sat on it.I would recommend you DO NOT stay there.

Very pleased with our stay at Brookwood! I opened the door to the room, and “shocker”… it looked exactly like the picture online! (Many have a room pictured online they seldom rent out that always looks new and clean. What you actually get is entirely different.) The first thing I do is pull the sheets up to make sure they are clean and check the beds for any sign of bedbugs. Spotless clean! Straight back to the bathroom…check for cleanliness; raise toilet seat, and check around the base, check corners of floor, and the tub for dirt or hair; spotless! Now the mini-frig; clean. Freezer did need defrosted- but no worries. Everything in the room was in good condition and worked as it should. The breakfast area is up on the second floor; so you do have to climb stairs if you want that. It was very good! Even the juice was good, and not watered down to make it go farther. We didn't go swimming this trip- but the pool area was again spotless clean; and the manager was out there cleaning the deck as we were leaving. These people have very high standards and maintain them. We will definitely be back!

the room was clean and comfortable, and easy to get in and out and affordable, However there is a small dog on site that goes up to the breakfest bar and stares at you while you are eating, I like dogs, but do not want them in my eating area, Also Branson is an area that many elderly visit and this dog is underfoot, someone is going to fall because of the dog, it also barks at delivery guys when they come in. last I think they need to hire pest control or get them in I killed 3-4 small roaches about 1/8 to 1/14 inch in size.

BED BUGS!! We checked in to room 303 on 9/12/24 at 4pm and took a nap. At 8pm we found bed bugs in our bed!! We immediately packed up and went to the front desk and checked out! They did offer another room but we did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel with bed bugs. They are only willing to give a partial refund! Ridiculous!! I would NOT stay here ever again!! BEWARE.

Okay but not exceptional. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, or the times for breakfast, nor was the info in the room, though a call to the front desk solved that. Could be modernized as the hotel is show its age. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is older and could use some updating, including the rooms. However our room was really clean, comfortable, and quiet, all of which are super important to us! The daily rate was very reasonable too! The room had an odor, until we turned down the air conditioner and it ran for a bit. Then, it was fine. We did not use the pool, but the water looked clean. There are no elevators here, so pack light if you struggle with stairs or request a room on the lower level. The Jamaican evening service desk attendant could use some tips on being more friendly. Overall, we had a pretty good and decent experience.

Good Budget hotel. Clean. Needed some updated fixtures by the beds with charging outlets. Has to charge my phone on bathroom counter. No elevator and breakfast was on 3rd floor. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The property could use some updating. I could hear running and bumping in the room above mine. That's the only thing I didn't like. There is a dog in the lobby area which I was not expecting and the dog jumping on me. I suggest not keeping a dog in the lobby and you cook food in there and some people don't want to be greeted by a dog running and jumping on them. Besides the bumping and running in the rooms above me, it was a nice stay for one night for the price.

The front desk woman when I checked in was rude. No greeting and she talked on her phone while trying to check me in and argued with me when I told her she was looking at the wrong reservation despite me providing the confirmation number. Wow, for the price it is a gem that I would use everytime I come to Branson which is often. Leigh was amazing and very hospitable the entire evening we checked in to the hotel! She is a top notch employee!

The property is on the Yellow route which gives you easy in and out access to various areas in Branson. I did not like the fact that the price quoted to me by the property through Expedia was not honored by the property and I had to pay $6.11 more (in taxes). Yeah, it was just $6.11, but people on a fixed income count every penny; and, if a business does not honor what they advertise then customers should be wary of them. I wanted to talk to someone about the difference, but no one was available at the desk and all the checkout receipts were just left out on the desk with your room number on them for you to grab and go after you left your room key there.

Asked for first floor and and placed in room with outside stairs. All rooms below us on first empty. Old furnishings in poor condition. Found 3 inch “noodle?” bottom of orange cup after I drank it. Left after first night. Worked with Hotels.com for refund next two nights but motel management refused.

We enjoyed the nightly desserts and the morning breakfasts. The location was great and the facility itself was clean and very well kept. We only had one negative issue. The hair dryer in our room did not work. It wouldn’t turn on but smelled like an electrical fire. My husband called the front desk and was told a new one would be delivered right away to our room. We enjoyed the nightly desserts and the morning breakfasts. The location was great and the facility itself was clean and very well kept. We only had one negative issue. The hair dryer in our room did not work. It wouldn’t turn on but smelled like an electrical fire. My husband called the front desk and was told a new one would be delivered right away to our room. Somewhat disappointed. Room was ok. People at the frontdesk seemed to hide in office. Stopped by and had to repeatedly ring bell to get someone to come out. Returned late after attending a show and found that our smoke alarm was beeping. Front desk gave me a battery which I replaced. She offered to call maintenance, but being late it was easier and quicker to do myself. While the breakfast was good. The breakfast area was up two flight of steps. With no elevator. My wife has serious back issues. This should be on your profile.

Great Stay! I had a wonderful experience here. The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had the usual hotel options, but the coffee was absolutely amazing. The location was both convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th stay at Brookwood Inn, and it won't be our last. We always feel like family when we visit. The room is spotless, clean & quiet. Breakfast is hot and delicious. Best of all if the evening dessert buffet. We are already planning out next visit!

Very nice clean and quiet older hotel. Although it’s an older hotel, it’s kept up nicely. The hot breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, country style potatoes and biscuits and gravy. There were also other options such as a waffle maker, dry cereals and instant oatmeal. They also offered muffins and other food. The room was clean and housekeeping came by even without requesting. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again.

The hotel is not on a real busy street They have free desert from 9P.M. to 11P.M. peach cobbler, cherry cobbler, ice cream, cookies, coffee, hot chocolate. Breakfast is from 7A.M. to 10 A.M. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, banana muffins, Orange juice, apple juice, strawberry kiwi juice, coffee The outdoor pool was nice and clean It was quite. Excellent location. Close to the strip. Easy to get in and out of. Rooms were cleaned every day. Rooms were quiet. Never heard other guests from other rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning and yummy desserts of an evening.

Owners take pride in their lodging and maintained our room with skill for a mid level motel. It is convenient to everything on the yellow route right off 76 highway. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator provided and bathroom was ungraded. Breakfast provided and ice cream snack after the shows in the evening. Slight downside is no elevator to second level for breakfast and microwave addition would be beneficial. I would definitely return.

Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Staff were very nice and there if you needed anything. The evening desserts were great! Breakfast was not like the photos on the website. More continental style type stuff. Could not stream with my Roku because of how TV was, but, they had DirecTV.

Breakfast was terrible. Juice drinks were watery. No taste. Coffee machines didn’t seem to be hygienic clean. Other food items looked & tasted old or stored for next day. Not much choice there. Not even any fresh fruit.

The free breakfast was great. The cobbler in the evening (9-11) is a great idea after attending the shows. They ran out Saturday night after we got back from our show at about 10:30. Overall, a great place to stay for a short trip to Branson.

We were going to be checking in later than we planned. I called and spoke to the front desk. They were very friendly and let us know that it would not be a problem, and let us know where we could pick up our keys. The room was great. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was plenty cool. The breakfast was wonderful. There was hot food along with your other basics like cereal and breads. The pool was wonderful. It wasn’t cold. It was the perfect temperature. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks!
