設備は必要十分でした。 セルフチェックインアパートでしたが、1階（地上階）に常駐のスタッフがおり、チェックインもスムーズで安心でした。 ピサの斜塔にも徒歩圏内で、すぐ近く（徒歩5分以内）にスーパーマーケットもあり、便利だと思います。

We arrived at Pisa airport late in the evening. It cost about 15 Euros to the accommodation by taxi. We moved to Florence next day so it was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was basic but compact and clean. There is a kitchen which is convenient. However, the walls are rather thin and a couple of young tourists were taking rather loudly in the corridor at 11.30pm which was annoying. I had to ask them to be quiet. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation which was convenient for breakfast items. The accommodation is situated in a nice quiet location, not far from the Tower of Pisa. The host, Francesco, is very helpful and communicative. He responded more less immediately to questions we had before arriving which was very impressive.

Tout est parfait. On reçoit les instructions la veille pour la remise des clés, l'hébergement est très bien, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre. Je recommande si vous allez à Pise.

La chambre était propre mais vieillissante (beaucoup de traces d’usure dans la salle de bain). Au prix de cette nuitée (135€) je pense que l’on peut se permettre d’espérer mieux. Le point noir est pour nous le bruit. Nous étions la chambre proche de la porte d’entrée principales desservant toutes les autres chambres et collées à la cuisine, c’était vraiment trop bruyant! Nous avons été réveillés par les gens qui parlent fort, la vaisselle qui claque dans tous les sens, la porte principale qui n’a pas de frein et qui claque très bruyamment. Même si il nous a été fortement conseillé par l’établissement de laisser minimum 9 en note ( ils considèrent que en dessous ce sont de mauvaises notes ) je préfère d’être honnête pour les futurs voyageurs.

CAUTION ⚠️ This property had a terrible sewer smell. I assume the odor was coming from one or more of the drains but not sure. When we arrived the unit had a strong smell of a deodorizer, so the owner must be aware of the smell. The deodorizer smell was soon overtaken by the sewer odors. Is a really rough night. My wife was so disgusted she couldn't even drink water. The unit is below ground which is somewhat negative, but would be fine if not for the horrendous odors.

We were really happy here. It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall. The rooms were comfortable and had air con and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. They also booked a taxi for us when we checked out. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you

Good communication with host through whattsapp. Although never saw anyone in lerson they were easy to get in touch with. Room was a good size, well maintained and clean. Wine was a nice touch. Only complaint was it was a little noisy, as we were over stairwell doors and people coming up stair late into the night.

It was hard getting used to not checking in without a real person present, but this location was easy to find and directions were easy to follow. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent neighborhood, and we felt so safe walking around the area at night.

The property is very cute and convenient walk to old town. The people went out of there way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable. We had a daybed and a double bed. Both seemed to be a matress on slats. The daybed leaned forward. I thought I would fall out. Both were very squeaky and hard. We had a really bad nights sleep. But the place and people were so great, I hate even saying this.

Agréable séjour. L’hôte a été flexible pour l’arrivée autonome. Chambre de bonne taille mais il faisait très chaud (difficile de faire fonctionner la climatisation). Légèrement excentré des lieux d’intérêts (25 min à pied de la tour de Pise). Quartier calme, pas de bruits.

Rent og pænt nyere istandsat værelse, og meget hjælpsom vært (via whatsapp). Ligger perfekt i forhold til seværdigheder. Nemt at checke ind og ud. Der er meget lydt, og et par ørepropper kan forbedre nattesøvnen:) Kan absolut anbefale stedet.

The owner thought of everything to make a stay more enjoyable. He was very friendly and helpful. Location safe and convenient for the centre.

We were really happy here. It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall. The rooms were comfortable and had air con and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. They also booked a taxi for us when we checked out. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you

Overnight stay on way to Florence. Location was easy walking distance to shops and bars. About 20 minute walk to tower. Excellent communication with Francesco regarding check-in and where to find cafes. Clean and pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location in central Pisa, very walkable into the city centre and only a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Hotel is secure and clean, with easy check-in/check-out. Bed is comfy and the bedroom is spacious. Parking on the street available if required. Hotel can be loud when other guests are leaving their rooms but overall a great experience

Good communication with host through whattsapp. Although never saw anyone in lerson they were easy to get in touch with. Room was a good size, well maintained and clean. Wine was a nice touch. Only complaint was it was a little noisy, as we were over stairwell doors and people coming up stair late into the night.

Prijs/kwaliteit is goed, het ligt misschien niet in het centrum van Pisa maar daar kies je zelf voor als je deze prijs voor een appartement betaald. Het appartement is netjes en schoon en hadden een flesjes wijn staan omdat het onze huwelijksreis was, leuk dat ze daaraan denken! Communicatie is ook goed, kregen netjes van te voren via Whatsapp te horen waar we konden parkeren, waar je lekker uit eten kan en nog wat meer informatie. Er werd ook snel gereageerd als je een vraag had!

A great little place with 5 or 6 rooms with a shared kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and had aircon. Very good bathroom and shower. Street parking outside for €4.50 a day. 10-15 minute walk into town - we went on the old city walls for €5-€6 each which was lovely and takes you right up to the Campo dei Miracoli. Recommended

The only thing is that the property doesn’t have a security box, but overall everything was beautiful and good that also left a house wine bottle that was so nice we appreciated.

Bien qu’un peu excentré du centre ville. L’hôtel est accessible facilement à pied ou en bus. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif. Les instructions d’arrivée sont très claires. Le gros plus sont les volets roulants pour être dans le noir.

It was a very comfortable stay and the personal touches were really appreciated. The service and assistance was excellent and I highly recommend staying here - easy to find from the station and a nice walk to the tower.
