Très beau séjour à l’Auberge Parasol. Bâtiment bien entretenu, de style motel avec entrée extérieure. Très bel emplacement avec vue. Chambres confortables et spacieuses, rénovées en partie. Bon resto-bar Le Sunset avec musique un peu forte mais menu diversifié et complet. Jolie piscine creusée avec chaises longues et tables. Idéal pour les vacances d’été!

Le deuxième jour, on nous change de chambre : la WiFi ne fonctionne pas, la chasse d'eau fuit et n'assure pas son rôle, le détecteur incendie couine à qui mieux mieux. La réception est intervenue à 2 reprises pour ces problèmes dont le débranchement du détecteur. A noter que ce motel est très bruyant du fait qu'il héberge essentiellement du personnel avec pick-up partant travailler à partir de 5h30 du matin. Enfin la chambre n'a pas de Vmc et il est difficile d'aérer suffisamment. Le recours au climatiseur très bruyant n'est pas une solution. Ce n'est pas un hôtel qui devrait être présenté aux touristes. C'est un relais de camionneurs. Le seul point positif est la très grande amabilité et serviabilité de la personne à la réception

Great location and amble parking. Beautiful view at the top of the mountain. Rooms have had a facelift but if you look closely you will see paper peeling and a little rough around the edges. However it was clean and attractive. Little fridge and a keurig were useful. Evening man was lovely and supportive of me trying to speak French.

The hotel was clean although I did notice that some areas were a bit outdated. However, it’s evident that the owners are making efforts to renovate which is commendable. The service was excellent! A warm and welcoming staff. They make you feel right at home and their friendly demeanour was much appreciated. My only minor concern was that we didn’t always receive coffee pod refills and accessories unless we specifically requested or fetched them ourselves. The food at the restaurant was good and service just as good. The hotel has a lovely homey ambiance. The fire pit area outside on the lawn is a wonderful extra. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy lunch, read or take in the surroundings. The view is just absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Kudos to one of the owners - Vincent! His continuous presence on site and interactions with guests made the experience even more special. I would recommend this Auberge.

Beau bon pas cher! Pas le plus beau secteur de la ville. Aucun contrôle le chauffage (chauffage centrale géré par l’aubergiste). On a eu très chaud. Rien pour faire sécher nos habits de neige et mitaines. Les lieux sont quand même propre et matelas confo.

Très beau séjour à l’Auberge Parasol. Bâtiment bien entretenu, de style motel avec entrée extérieure. Très bel emplacement avec vue. Chambres confortables et spacieuses, rénovées en partie. Bon resto-bar Le Sunset avec musique un peu forte mais menu diversifié et complet. Jolie piscine creusée avec chaises longues et tables. Idéal pour les vacances d’été!

The hotel was clean although I did notice that some areas were a bit outdated. However, it’s evident that the owners are making efforts to renovate which is commendable. The service was excellent! A warm and welcoming staff. They make you feel right at home and their friendly demeanour was much appreciated. My only minor concern was that we didn’t always receive coffee pod refills and accessories unless we specifically requested or fetched them ourselves. The food at the restaurant was good and service just as good. The hotel has a lovely homey ambiance. The fire pit area outside on the lawn is a wonderful extra. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy lunch, read or take in the surroundings. The view is just absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Kudos to one of the owners - Vincent! His continuous presence on site and interactions with guests made the experience even more special. I would recommend this Auberge.

C'était très propre et le personnel est vraiment amical. Pour le déjeuner, wow nous avons eu un service digne d'un grand restaurant. Malheureusement je n'ai pas le nom de la personne qui nous a servi. C'est notre deuxième fois à cet endroit et nous sommes enchantées.

I chose this hotel partly because it had a restaurant. It was closed the night of our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast there in the morning. The flowers were spectacular and the bed very comfortable.

Bel endroit, lit super confortable la seule déception le resto était réservé pour un groupe privé nous avons dû aller au centre ville pour souper. Nous avions choisi cette hôtel à cause qu'il y avait un resto pour ne pas nous déplacer. Sinon tout est parfait

Since I don't have Videotron TV service at home , I didn't know how to turn on the TV , because by using the remote control ONLY it was impossible to turn on the TV . I went to the front desk reception and the lady came up to my room to show me how to turn on the TV , first by pressing the power button on the cable box below the TV and then pressing a button on the bottom right side of the TV itself , only then was the remote control able to work on the TV . She told me that I wasn't the only person who needed help to turn on the TV , likely they were customers like me , who don't have Videotron service at home . There were an incredible amount of channels to watch , both in the English and French language .

Tout était merveilleux! Autant le personnel de l'accueil que ceux du resto-bar, la propreté les chambres rénovées au goût du jour. On nous a même upgradé sans frais supplémentaire. Grand choix de nourriture autant pour déjeuner, dîner ou souper. La carte des cocktails, vins, bières etc est très variée. Nous y reviendrons à notre prochain passage dans la région.
