Very large resort w/ onsite dining. Enjoyed having a kitchen so we could cook our own breakfast & lunches. Disappointing that the pool was being renovated while we were there. Not many properties in Korea have pools available for guests, so it would have been nice.

잔디밭에서 산책하기 좋고 조식은 보통이지만 석식도 맛있고 숙박비에 당연히 포함되어 있겠지만 수영장과 사우나가 무료에 키즈 카페도 무료에 책도 빌릴 수 있고, 유아전동차도 탈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 아쉬운 점은 건물 외관이 폐건물이 아닐까 싶을 만큼 너무 낡아보여서 페인트를 다시 칠해야 할 듯 합니다. 그리고 1층 복도에서 전기 방향제의 향이 너무 강해서 머리가 아플 정도였어요.

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 섭지코지하고도 가깝고 산책로도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만.. 마지막날에 짐정리후에 아주 큰 바퀴벌레를 보는 순간... 호텔 청결면에서 신뢰도가 급하락 해버렸네요..ㅡㅡ 위생에 좀더 신경을 써주셨으면 합니다.

오래된 건물이기에 시각적인 면은 좀 떨어지지만 이용하는데는 아무런 불편함이 없습니다. 주변에 볼만한 구경거리가 도보 거리이므로 너무 좋습니다. "로얄 오션뷰" 선택했지만 옆동내가 다 볼 것 같아서 커튼을 치고 보냈어요. (속상) 결론은 좀 저렴한 방 선택하고 주변 구경 실컷 하세요.

시설들이 너무 노후가 되어 리모델링을 통한 개선이 필요 한 것 같습니다. 이런 상태로는 다음에 다시 이용 할지를 고민 할 것 같습니다. 특히 싱크대의 수준은 좀 심한 것 같고 마루도 너무 낡아서 움직일 떄 마다 발에 걸리는 문제는 지급으로 개선이 필요 할 것 같습니다.

Very friendly staff, they helped in arranging all transportation to move around in Seongsan. The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.

거실이 통유리창이라 탁트인 느낌이고, 날이 어두워지며 잔디 곳곳에 라이팅 되는 것을 보기에도 좋았습니다. 아이가 아파서 호텔분들께 급한 요청을 몇번 드렸는데, 신속하고 흔쾌히 도와주셨습니다. 호텔 부지내의 민트 레스토랑은 세번째 방문인데, 음식도 뷰도 모두 강추이고, 식사 후 산책 코스로도 정말 좋았습니다.

We did not enjoy stay for many reasons. Breakfast is expensive. 5 start price but 3 star buffet spread. We thought we booked for 2 days breakfast for 5 pax but they insisted that we booked for only 2 persons for 2 days only. Why would we buy breakfast for 2 when there are 5 of us? The room did not come ready with bath towels. We had only face towels. Last but not least, the Korean restaurant only served set meals and insisted we order a set each when we are 5 small ladies with small appetite.

전체적으로 신경을 안쓰고 객실을 내준 느낌이엇어요 ㅠ 이전에 묵었을때 기억이 좋아서 다시 방문했는데, 에어컨 청소도 안되어잇고 고장도 나있는 방을 점검없이 그냥 내어준 건 좀 아닌것갘아요. 물론 방을 바꿔주시김 했지만 아쉽네요. 더불어 라운지 마감이 11신데 9시 50분쯤 가서 주문하니까 싫은 티를 팍팍내면서 아주 불친절하게 응대하더라구요. 매우 불쾌했습니다.

Only small towels (face towels) were provided when we first came. We had to request for big towels on the Phoenix chatbot. Chatbot was quite difficult to use as everything was in korean so we had to use a translator to communicate. The place have signs of wear but room was spacious. If you dont have a car, better not get a room here. The nearest bus stop is 15mins walk from the hotel and the buses there are very irregular, expect to wait 30mins to 1.5hr. Taxi drivers will pass by the bus stop to try to get customers. Tried the breakfast once and it was average. Do note that there is a separate bulding for checking in called 'Check in Centre' which is not known to taxi drivers and is not shown in naver map. Check in staff was helpful and tried their best to communicate in english, although they struggled. Only advantage of booking this place is that Seopjikoji is only a few mins walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the scenery.

Facilities were dated, staff was scarce. The one person who was very helpful was in the check in office, he was very accommodating. I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help.

Only small towels (face towels) were provided when we first came. We had to request for big towels on the Phoenix chatbot. Chatbot was quite difficult to use as everything was in korean so we had to use a translator to communicate. The place have signs of wear but room was spacious. Very friendly staff, they helped in arranging all transportation to move around in Seongsan. The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.

We did not enjoy stay for many reasons. Breakfast is expensive. 5 start price but 3 star buffet spread. We thought we booked for 2 days breakfast for 5 pax but they insisted that we booked for only 2 persons for 2 days only. Why would we buy breakfast for 2 when there are 5 of us? The room did not come ready with bath towels. We had only face towels. Last but not least, the Korean restaurant only served set meals and insisted we order a set each when we are 5 small ladies with small appetite.

잔디밭에서 산책하기 좋고 조식은 보통이지만 석식도 맛있고 숙박비에 당연히 포함되어 있겠지만 수영장과 사우나가 무료에 키즈 카페도 무료에 책도 빌릴 수 있고, 유아전동차도 탈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 아쉬운 점은 건물 외관이 폐건물이 아닐까 싶을 만큼 너무 낡아보여서 페인트를 다시 칠해야 할 듯 합니다. 그리고 1층 복도에서 전기 방향제의 향이 너무 강해서 머리가 아플 정도였어요.

never again... swimming pool is really small and icredibly dirty... dont be fooled by the photos. building is really old, and nobody cares, inside the building is really moldy and smelly... it is really noisy when someone speak in the isle, you hear everything in your bedroom... kids playground is really small as well and no proper activity, they play music only for 20 minutes at 9pm and thats it. barbeque area is not working properly. coin laundry is really expensive compare to other shops nearby. you can not get clean towels unless you contact the front desk, there is no room phone... no amenities in the room, only soap and body wash... With such price I think it is overpriced... I wanted to change my hotel but they did not accept a refund from pheonix island... once you book it, you must endure it until you finish. only good thing was very overpriced breakfast...
