Lobby and dining hall ambience was great. Food served at the dining hall was good. However, the room was a little dated and could do with a refresh.

We had a fantastic two nights in October. The staff were incredibly helpful and in particular the manager was wonderful after our car broke down - and helped us out brilliantly. We had a lake view room which was brilliant and the rooms are wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Lake Akan is also beautiful and wlel worth a visit ! 5 Stars

The buffet was excellent! We had a wonderful view of Lake Akan from our room. The staff was very friendly. An Ainu village was about12 minutes walk away. One issue we had was the bathroom. It was very small! I am petite and even it was tight for me. Otherwise, everything was great! We like the hotel very much!
