It was walking distance to “downtown”. Small town atmosphere. Noticed the comforter had a five inch around sh!t stain on the under side. Didn’t see it until the morning after I woke up and got out of bed. After seeing that the bed almost had a puke stain on the top side. Nasty.

This place is looking a bit tired. The bed was comfortable and the room quite spacious but everything needs updating. The curtains in particular were terrible. The place was not very full but we were placed in an upstairs unit right on the road which was quite noisy. This hotel is well positioned close to shops restaurants etc.

Hard to sleep as a water pump cuts in and out every 5 minutes or so. Woken at 7.45 when someone (maybe a cleaner) came bursting into the room while we were still in bed, unforgiveable!

Our room had no hot water at all. It appeared the reception staff knew of the condition at check in time but failed to notify us on arrival. A room was provided for us to shower in. I understand that these things happen, but the fact we were failed to be notified at check in time was pretty poor service

I enjoyed the stay in the Twofold Bay Motor Inn a lot and extended my stay due to the excellent location/ both the motel location next to restaurants and the City Center and in general because Eden is a scenic and cool little town. I came by motorbike and unfortunately left my AirPods Pro in the hotel. The nice staff and the hotel manager secured my devises and just a day after to made another scenic ride back to Eden and picked it up. Thank you and have a successful season.
