Parfait pour une nuit. Le jeune garçon à la réception parle français. La dame ne parle pas français et un peu anglais. Le chauffe-eau de la piscine est brisé donc l'eau est froide et l'eau est un peu sale. La chambre est propre et les lits confortables. Décoration et meubles un peu vieillot. La douche est très étroite. Personne à l'accueil pour le check out. Une note indiquait de laisser les clés dans une boîte aux lettres.

Very clean hotel, hospitable owners. We had a jacuzzi in our room which worked really well but caused quite a bit of condensation. We would definitely go back. The location was amazing.

The kitchenette suite has everything you need for a family. Nice little town with lots of great places to eat. Reasonably close to Mont Tremblant for the price. Would definitely come back.

Stayed 7 nights and beds were never made, nor towels changed and ran out of toilet paper. Trash was never emptied and had to ask twice as we had 2 toddlers with dirty diapers! Would not book again for a long stay.

Service à la clientèle vraiment décevant. Nous avons réservé une chambre fumeur. Quand nous sommes arrivé, la personne a l'accueil nous a dit qu'il avait donné notre chambre a quelqu'un d'autre et qu'il ne restait plus de chambre fumeur. Personnes nous a appelé d'avance, ni envoyé de courriel. Il nous a pas offert de dédommagement juste un ''désolé'' et c'est tout. De plus, il n'y avait prèsque pas d'eau chaude pour le bain et la douche. Le robinet du bain coulait a peine. L'internet se déconnectait souvent.

Stayed over March break 2023 for one night (Thursday) room 35 with my two kids. It was okay for the price. You aren't getting "nice" accommodations: the room and furniture is old and worn out, the carpet looked kind of gross with some stains, the toilet seat was somewhat melted(?) and stained, etc. But the room was clean for the most part, and had a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The room's heating system ran well. It served its exact purpose: a night's rest between ski days. I would consider it again as a budget friendly option if staying in the area

No hot water at -27’C outside. Had to leave tap on for 20-30’ before warming up Did not answer many calls to office for help. Finally went inside office to ask for toilet paper and was told I could only have one roll for 3 people after arguing with me about need for 2, not just 1 roll of toilet paper Rude, uncaring, disrespectful. We will be making a serious complaint to the Radisson group. This property should be closed

Pour le prix c'était correct, sans plus. Il y a eu un effort de rafraîchissement des lieux, côté peinture, mais ca manquait nettement d'amour à l'extérieur. L'employée a l'acceuil fut gentille et pleine de bonne volonté, mais de toute évidence n'avait aucune connaissance du village.Je lui demandais une place pour déjeuner qu'elle ne connaissait nullement ,alors que j'ai trouvé le coeur du village à 2 mins du motel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. But when dropping off the room key, no one was at the counter and no sign saying to leave the at the counter. I found a maintenance worker of the motel outside, and gave it to him. Even tho he only spoke Chinese, when trying to explain to him, that no one was at the front desk.

Nous sommes venus pour une escapade entre amies. Le motel est bien positionner proche des sentiers de Val David et de la rue animer de commerce. Très facile de se rendre à st adele des monts également. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et la literies était vraiment bonne ! Nous avons dormis comme des bébés! I've had a great stay at Radisson. Friendly staff, quiet place and nice place around the hotel ( trees, playground for the kids,pool etc.) The room and hotel in general was clean and it was really great to have platea,glasses, ustensils and accessories for cooking in the room. I recommand it
