Overall it’s a really unpleasant experience to stay there! I have never experienced such rude hotel staffs especially in Japan, which is well known for its hospitality and services, hotel staffs got annoyed with questions asked in English!! The room is dated and not very tidy, facilities such hot spring are not impressive, food is subpar and expensive! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even it’s a ski-in-out resort as it claims!

the shuttle to and from the train station was great and being able to ski from the resort was fantastic. The room was adequate - sheets were surprisingly rough unfortunately.
