サービスにはたいへん不満です。大浴場があることで予約しましたが、湯温の管理ができておらず「ぬるーいお湯」で、風邪を引きそうです。こちらから指摘して、ホテル側は初めて湯温の異常に気がついたのですが、、、管理システムがないことには驚きです。チェックインの際のスタッフの対応もなっていません。まったく笑顔もなく無機質な対応で、感じが悪いことは言うまでもありません。接客=ホスピタリティを基本から指導する必要かあります。

Overall a great hotel with fun pool vibe, great breakfast options, and nice amenities (public bath, laundry) the bed was very firm, which is expected at many Japanese hotels, but too firm for me. However everything else made up for it and I would definitely go back. Parking is in a different area, two options. They didn’t provide adequate instructions the first time and I parked first in the wrong lot and second in the right lot but did it incorrectly (you need to tell them explicitly you are staying at that hotel). Also received incorrect information about picking up the car. But the staff are kind and still helpful.

Location is excellent, close to all transits, shopping, restaurants and convenient stores. The beautiful easy entrance is located on the ground floor. We love the breakfast buffet. All staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when we had trouble to take a taxi to airport during peak hours, one of hotel staff came out to help us to get on a taxi. Our room is clean and big enough to open our luggages. We swam in the swimming pool but we hated some young men played in the pool. We will stay if we go to Okinawa again. We both love Okinawa♡

If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well.

客室が清潔で気持ち良かったです。設備も新しく快適でした。シャワーとお湯はりを同時にしても勢いよく出てました。また、立地が神でした！国際通りの中にあって、周りにはコンビニ3つ。カルビーショップまで1分でした。部屋のカードキーが不思議で沖縄らしさがありつつもハイテクでした。もちろんフロントさんも気持ち良かったです。フロントを通らないと部屋に行けない作りなので安心でした。今回弾丸だったので、またゆっくり泊まりたいです。

A little bit noise from the pools when you can hear people talking and laughing badly and it's finally go away after 11pm. Room is good and clean. Hotel location is perfect near food, shopping, Makashi station. Parking is limited.

We have stayed in rooms at the main building as well as the Ram building. The latter is much better. If just for it, I will give higher ranking (4 or even 5, depending on items). But the room in the main building is very dated. It’s also not so clean. A total difference between the two.

沖縄の那覇国際通り沿いのため、食事や交通の便で不便が無いです。また、大浴場や、子供連れには嬉しいプールまで付いており、とても楽しませて頂きました。欠点を挙げるとしたら、Wi-Fiが、接続数の関係なのか、たびたび接続が切れてしまうので、それだけが改善して頂けたら、ありがたいです。

家族で宿泊させて頂きました。施設内はとてもキレイでスタッフの方の対応も良く、朝食も美味しかったです。国際通りのいろいろな所へ徒歩で行けるので、観光目的だととても良いと思います♪ ただ、夏場でエアコンを使用しましたが、エアコンに埃がたくさんでエアコンをつけた時から、鼻炎持ちの家族のクシャミが止まらなかったです(>_<) それ以外は、ホント良かったです。また機会があればぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

If I visited Okinawa again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The shower/bath was so spacious. It was Japanese-style with the shower next to a bathtub. Breakfast was delicious and the items changed daily. The pool area was fun with live music on some nights. The location was amazing, 5 minute walk away from the monorail station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

今回は4階の国際通り側の部屋に3泊しました。低層階という事もあり夜中に若者達が酔っ払い大声を出したり歌を歌ったりと大変うるさかったです。全く安眠出来ませんでした。国際通り側の部屋に宿泊はやめた方が良いと思います。

The size of the room was not that large considering its location at the center of "Kokusai-Dori", the room was clean and also had bath tub. Close to the monorail station within 5-minute walk. Very convenient location, so that you can find almost anything in a walking distance.

二泊しました。設備は問題なく、フロントの方達も皆、丁寧に接客してくれました。朝食も2日とも色々な種類があり楽しくいただきました。レストランのスタッフの方々もよく気がつき、部屋に食後のコーヒーとデザートももっていけて、出発まで部屋でもゆっくりできました。フロントで荷物を送りたいと聞いたら、すぐ送料と大きさも調べてくださり、とても助かりました。また、沖縄に旅行する時はこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Add on the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Okinawan cuisine as well as other foods that would be familiar to a western palate. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis to various places, and answered questions that we had. They had staff that spoke English. It was very clean. They also had coin operated laundry facilities. It made our 2 week stay very enjoyable and convenient.

Location is excellent, close to all transits, shopping, restaurants and convenient stores. The beautiful easy entrance is located on the ground floor. We love the breakfast buffet. All staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when we had trouble to take a taxi to airport during peak hours, one of hotel staff came out to help us to get on a taxi. Our room is clean and big enough to open our luggages. We swam in the swimming pool but we hated some young men played in the pool. We will stay if we go to Okinawa again. We both love Okinawa♡

今回は4階の国際通り側の部屋に3泊しました。低層階という事もあり夜中に若者達が酔っ払い大声を出したり歌を歌ったりと大変うるさかったです。全く安眠出来ませんでした。国際通り側の部屋に宿泊はやめた方が良いと思います。

The size of the room was not that large considering its location at the center of "Kokusai-Dori", the room was clean and also had bath tub. Close to the monorail station within 5-minute walk. Very convenient location, so that you can find almost anything in a walking distance.

二泊しました。設備は問題なく、フロントの方達も皆、丁寧に接客してくれました。朝食も2日とも色々な種類があり楽しくいただきました。レストランのスタッフの方々もよく気がつき、部屋に食後のコーヒーとデザートももっていけて、出発まで部屋でもゆっくりできました。フロントで荷物を送りたいと聞いたら、すぐ送料と大きさも調べてくださり、とても助かりました。また、沖縄に旅行する時はこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Add on the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Okinawan cuisine as well as other foods that would be familiar to a western palate. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis to various places, and answered questions that we had. They had staff that spoke English. It was very clean. They also had coin operated laundry facilities. It made our 2 week stay very enjoyable and convenient.

Honnêtement pour le prix payer je ne m’attendais pas à cela, cet hôtel dépasse mes attentes. Bien situé, propre, personnel accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, tout était parfait. Our stay here was lovely. The room was clean and cozy. The area is perfect, steps away from the action and great eating spots. We stayed on the very top floor and did hear some music from the street below at night, something to know if you’re a light sleeper. But otherwise, great hotel.

Room is very small but clean and decent. Room does not have much lighting and I asked for a table lamp. No closet space, clothes keep in your luggage and roll under the bed.
