시설이 매우 노후했지만 위생은 괜찮은 느낌. 노천탕이 있는 대욕장이 매우 좁아 처음 들어갔을 때 당황하긴 했지만 온천수는 좋았습니다. 객실은 관리가 잘 되어있고 다다미방으로 예약했는데 침대방이 따로 있고 원하면 이불을 깔아주었어요. 직원은 매우매우 친절해서 불편함이 없었고 지옥계곡이 아주 가까웠으며 배차간격이 넓긴하지만 종착역이나 다름없는 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 노보리베쓰역으로 내려가는 버스를 타기에 편리했습니다. 석식 조식 맛 매우 훌륭. 외국인에게 설명은 다소 부족합니다.

温泉はすこぶる良かった。平日宿泊だったので温泉が貸切状態だった事もありチャックアウトまでに6回も入浴した。

A generally clean but dated accommodation which could need some touch-ups. The service was excellent, the room ok, though no A/C and might become hot in summer. The one sore spot was the bathroom: the shower curtain was full of black mould spots - the rest of the bathroom however was ok. As I have only seen this the last morning - I was using the onsen the other days, it made no sense to complain to the front desk. However, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place as this was not a hidden spot but very obvious. Another disappointing thing, not the fault of the property though, was the limited availability of restaurants as many were closed in town.

다른 호텔들보다 깊숙히 위치해 있고 버스 정류장에서 좀 많이 걸어야합니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었어요. 밥은 간이 좀 쎄서 저에겐 짰습니다. 그리고 석식때 푸딩 음식 위에 노란색 고무줄이 올라가있어서 살짝 청결에 대해서 걱정했지만 그냥 빼고 다 먹었어요. 야외 온천은 오후 9시 30분부터 남탕으로 바뀌어서 밤이나 다음날 아침에도 야외 온천을 즐기고 퇴실하고 싶었는데 너무 아쉬웠어요

職員很有禮貌，服務很周到。是比較舊的旅館了，但是打理得很乾淨，這種古早味還蠻好的。我住了三晚，職員已經提醒過我不要開窗，因為最近比較多蟲子。我沒有開過窗，但房間裡面還是會抓到五六隻那種小小的甲蟲🐞。其餘的設施我都覺得可接受。因為是溫泉旅館當然要泡湯囉，女湯是10:00am-9:00pm可以泡，有室內和室外池可選，室外池比較有氣氛，總體來說不錯！

Booked two rooms for my family and they upgraded us to two bigger rooms. The property is a little antiquated and small, but still well maintained in spite of its age, and retains quite a bit of charm. Location wise it is slightly further away compared to the other properties, so requires abit of uphill walking. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen. I enjoyed the quietness and calm of the propert the most - it was very healing.

가성비 숙소로 추천합니다. 굉장히 오래된 일본 료칸입니다. 현대적인 느낌이 아닌 전통의 료칸을 경험하고 싶다면 강강강추입니다. 다만, 세월의 흔적이 많이 남아 있기에 이 점을 감안하셔야 합니다. 그 세월에도 불구하고 이렇게 유지되고 있다는 점은 관리를 정말 정성스럽게 잘해온 것이라고 생각합니다. 단, 오래된만큼 가끔 고장나는 것들이 있습니다. 저의 경우 체크아웃 날 냉수가 나오지 않아 약간 곤란했지만, 이것도 추억이라고 생각합니다. 온천은 오전 오후 9시쯤을 주기로 남/녀 칸이 나뉩니다. 노천온천이 하나 뿐이라, 돌아가면서 사용한다고 보시면 됩니다. 온천은 정말 좋기 때문에 여기와서 온천을 경험하지 않는다면 큰 손해입니다. 가이세키는 석식보다는 조식을 추천합니다. 석식은 근처에 있는 식당을 방문해 보세요. 주변 구경도 하고 좋습니다. 모든 직원 분들이 한 분도 빠짐없이 친절합니다. 프론트 데스크를 제외한 직원 분들은 일본어만 가능하시니, 그 점 감안하시기 바랍니다. 기본적으로 유카타가 제공되는데, 이게 생각보다 편합니다. 특히 남성분들이 더 좋아하더라고요. 창문을 열어두면 끊임없이 흐르는 혼천수의 소리(냄새와 더불어)를 들을 수 있습니다.

Staff is excellent. The building is a bit dated but good enough and clean for us. The suit (2 rooms) is so spacious. We have a choice to sleep either on the “tatami “ or bed. We had the Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner) definitely worth for the money and experience. The hike in the surrounding area was excellent. Recommend strongly 😀

다른 호텔들보다 깊숙히 위치해 있고 버스 정류장에서 좀 많이 걸어야합니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었어요. 밥은 간이 좀 쎄서 저에겐 짰습니다. 그리고 석식때 푸딩 음식 위에 노란색 고무줄이 올라가있어서 살짝 청결에 대해서 걱정했지만 그냥 빼고 다 먹었어요. 야외 온천은 오후 9시 30분부터 남탕으로 바뀌어서 밤이나 다음날 아침에도 야외 온천을 즐기고 퇴실하고 싶었는데 너무 아쉬웠어요

Booked two rooms for my family and they upgraded us to two bigger rooms. The property is a little antiquated and small, but still well maintained in spite of its age, and retains quite a bit of charm. Location wise it is slightly further away compared to the other properties, so requires abit of uphill walking. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen. I enjoyed the quietness and calm of the propert the most - it was very healing.

Great place to visit Noboribestu onsen areas and also to enjoy lovely onsen in the hotel. We could spent 2days 1 nite fully with gentle staffs all the time. HOWEVER, we as three Korean girls needed to walk to parking lot in the rain when departing while other guests were served with satff's driving cars in front of hotel...We felt discrimination badly. That experience ruined all good memories unfortunately. Please don't do that any more.

Staff is excellent. The building is a bit dated but good enough and clean for us. The suit (2 rooms) is so spacious. We have a choice to sleep either on the “tatami “ or bed. We had the Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner) definitely worth for the money and experience. The hike in the surrounding area was excellent. Recommend strongly 😀

A generally clean but dated accommodation which could need some touch-ups. The service was excellent, the room ok, though no A/C and might become hot in summer. The one sore spot was the bathroom: the shower curtain was full of black mould spots - the rest of the bathroom however was ok. As I have only seen this the last morning - I was using the onsen the other days, it made no sense to complain to the front desk. However, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place as this was not a hidden spot but very obvious. Another disappointing thing, not the fault of the property though, was the limited availability of restaurants as many were closed in town.

職員很有禮貌，服務很周到。是比較舊的旅館了，但是打理得很乾淨，這種古早味還蠻好的。我住了三晚，職員已經提醒過我不要開窗，因為最近比較多蟲子。我沒有開過窗，但房間裡面還是會抓到五六隻那種小小的甲蟲🐞。其餘的設施我都覺得可接受。因為是溫泉旅館當然要泡湯囉，女湯是10:00am-9:00pm可以泡，有室內和室外池可選，室外池比較有氣氛，總體來說不錯！

確かに施設は古い感じがしますが接客態度も良く、温泉はとても良い泉質でした。食事も個室で楽しくすませることが出来ました。久しぶりに静かに過ごせる旅が出来ました。

Nice place to stay if u want to get out of the city for some peace and quiet. Dining is not easy to find. Many places are closed when we were there. The hotel service staff were excellent but while the onsen was good, it’s very old and run down.

I will not order Wagyu and Crab dinner again. There is nothing special at all. You can have hair crab with 5000 yens only, this hotel is not cooking it in special way but chopping it in half and boiled the body only and use legs to make sashimi which amazingly TASTELESS. I regret to pay like 20000 yens for one night dinner. The service is not good and I don't feel respected. They put dishes on desk like hammering the table. I was sitting in the middle and she placed dishes on the right edge. The hot spring is the best part.

Location: Great, just about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, and right on the loop (shortcut path #2) of the thermal valley. Food: Generous, about 8/10. Rooms and facilities: This is an older hotel. It shows its age, but it adds to its charm of a bygone era - think the 80s. Rooms are large, the hallway to elevator is also large and long. The onsen could use some TLC, but I have no issue with it. Carpet, elevator, decoration, everything is old, but clean. Staff: The manager, male staff at the front desk are very helpful. I can see that they try their best, some English limitations, but nothing we couldn't understand each other. The female staff who work the room and the meal are absolutely lovely. Attentive and very efficient. Pricing: This is the very reason I gave it a 5* despite of the old, very old facility. I don't need a $500 USD / night when this ryokan also does the job beautifully. It hits all the basic requirements for a ryokan. Not a luxury stay by all mean, but I'm very fond of this kind of old establishment, with visible efforts from staff to keep it afloat. I hope they can stay in business.

前日にホテルまほろばに宿泊しましたが、スタッフの質、食事内容など圧倒的に劣っており落胆しています。食事も部屋食ということで期待しましたが、日本語があまり通じないスタッフが配膳され食事の内容説明も何もなく部屋食の醍醐味もなし。食事の質はまほろばのバイキングのほうが数段上でした。また、外出時に鍵をあずける際、受付の日本人男性年配スタッフの無愛想さ。無言での鍵の受渡しや、質問しても無言。ホテルから戻って部屋番号を伝えても無言。研修中とかかれた日本語があまり通じない外国人スタッフに1人で配膳させたりスタッフ教育は大丈夫かと思いましたが、経験のありそうな日本人スタッフがそのような様子であり、私は海外も含めてかなりのホテルに宿泊しましたがこんなにホスピタリティに欠けた場所は海外にもあまりありませんでした。少なくても、まほろばホテルと比較すると夜と朝の食事の質は10点満点中3点、スタッフは10点満点中1点です。10年前はそこまで印象は悪くなかったですが、2度とお世話になることはないです。

前日にホテルまほろばに宿泊しましたが、スタッフの質、食事内容など圧倒的に劣っており落胆しています。食事も部屋食ということで期待しましたが、日本語があまり通じないスタッフが配膳され食事の内容説明も何もなく部屋食の醍醐味もなし。食事の質はまほろばのバイキングのほうが数段上でした。また、外出時に鍵をあずける際、受付の日本人男性年配スタッフの無愛想さ。無言での鍵の受渡しや、質問しても無言。ホテルから戻って部屋番号を伝えても無言。研修中とかかれた日本語があまり通じない外国人スタッフに1人で配膳させたりスタッフ教育は大丈夫かと思いましたが、経験のありそうな日本人スタッフがそのような様子であり、私は海外も含めてかなりのホテルに宿泊しましたがこんなにホスピタリティに欠けた場所は海外にもあまりありませんでした。少なくても、まほろばホテルと比較すると夜と朝の食事の質は10点満点中3点、スタッフは10点満点中1点です。10年前はそこまで印象は悪くなかったですが、2度とお世話になることはないです。
