The hotel is close to the Kennedy park, air conditioning works fine, front desk staff don t smile a lot and don t make you feel welcome, but the rooms are ok for the price.

Great staff. Great in the summertime. A/C. Fridge and microwave included. Near Park Kennedy and walking distance to many activities. Due to the fact that it doesn't get brutally cold in Lima/Miraflores no heating system. It does stay relatively warm inside and they give you extra blankets.

I have stayed in this hotel several years and it has been a great place to stay in Lima. Breakfast is great and the staff very helpful and nice.
