We have visited Bali (including Sanur) many times and decided to try the Holiday Inn for four nights. It was excellent. The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The rooftop pool was somewhat cold. Many years ago, there wasn't much at this southern end of Sanur but that has changed and there are lots of shops, restaurants and massage parlours nearby.

Konnte leider nicht überall die volle Punktzahl geben da es doch das eine oder andere gab das mir nicht so gefallen hat! Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig! Man hört wirklich alles. Jedes Stuhlrücken selbst das anstellen der Dusche und den Wasserablauf. Zudem kann man keinerlei Fenster öffnen. Der Pool ist sehr schön leider keinerlei Schatten vorhanden. Wenn schon keine Sonnenschirme gehen dann müsste wenigstens ein Sonnensegel installiert werden! Die zwei Pool Leitern sind wirklich gefährlich, diese sind so wackelig das man sich gar nicht traut sie zu benützen! Für ein Hotel das gerade mal ein Jahr alt ist muss da dringend nachgebessert werden. Jetzt das positive. Extrem nettes Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt.

I booked this hotel for the usage of the gym. The treadmill was out of order. I was given a pass to use the hotel next door and 2 out of 3 treadmills didnt work, so had to wait when someone else on it. No wipes in that gym to clean equipment. Aircon was barely on. No toilet to use.

Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter sowie schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Leider ist der Pool etwas klein und es sind nur wenige Liegen verfügbar. Das war bei mir kein Problem, aber dennoch ist der Poolbereich auf dem Dach eher klein für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Room was comfortable but we had two issues with the lights during our stay - some could not be turned off unless using the master switch - however, these were fixed promptly after reporting the next morning. Only 8 loungers at the rooftop pool, and the (only) two pool umbrellas blow over in moderate winds.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, 2 mins walk and also very close to cafes/ restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the hotel stand out. Buffet breakfast was delicious each morning. Ideal hotel if on business or for people who have day trips booked. Pool looks lovely offering great views but the seating area is small with very limited shade. Only 10 lounges in a row. The rooms don’t have balconies and the lobby was always roasting hot. The only area to sit outside is the walled garden which is beautiful but also offers limited shade and was always so hot. Should be able to offer day passes to beach hotels.

Pros: very good location 3 mins walk to beach, mini mart, spas, ice cream shop & restaurants. Rooftop pool is small but lovely and cool as breezy with sea view. Great selection of european & asian options at breakfast with cook to order eggs waffles & pancakes. Excellent service from staff, always smiling & helpful. Cons: bath towels rough & regularly damp smelling (except ones at pool). Small bugs in room crawling on desk & shelves & in our case, they moved us after 2 nights to higher floor. Not enough deck chairs at pool when it gets busy. Overall would stay again as had positive experience.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good. The shower pressure is great but towels need to be replaced as they are already getting old and show how much they have been used. Breakfast buffet and options available very good especially the Healthy Bowl.

Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the daily house keeping was great, even changing our sheets daily! I would 10/10 stay here again. I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day.

Great location in Sanur - a bit off from the central area where all cafes/ bars are surrounded but got some great selection of cafes, restaurants and beach bars nearby. Very close to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here if you were in Sanur. But cleaning would need some improvements like bed sheets and towels! (one of my towel was worn out..)

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel room was great, could do with a little more storage for suitcase, but manageable. Staff members Dwi and Boa were our favorites, but all staff were super helpful. 1 adult, 2 kids 8 and 14.

The property looks very new. The rooms are nice, good AirCond. Only part not great was the confusing light switches. 15 light switches for a bedroom and bathroom is way too much and confusing. Shower was big with plenty of hot water.

The breakfast had tons of options to choose from. gf has gluten allergies and they had g f bread and many options for her too. Our room was on the ground floor and facing the back alley so it was noisy at times with the traffic. Room was clean shower was great had an adjustable shower head and a rain fall shower. We didnt have a chance to use the pool view of the ocean in the background was really nice.

Although Expedia mismanaged our room booking for the hotel. In essence despite numerous confirmations there was no room available for us at the Holiday Inn and the hotel had no evidence that Expedia had contact with them about our booking. Everyone at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond their duties to successfully accommodate us at the Inter Continental Hotel while the error in communication was sorted out. The next day we were effectively and efficiently transferred to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our stay. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff there and the level of service could not be improved on. A five star thank you to all members of staff at the Holiday Inn😁😁😁😁😁

Giving shout out as the service was amazing with the front desk went above and beyond including finding my iPods four days after I had left the hotel and saving them for me when we came back. Front desk amazing!!! Food was very nice including the best BLT I have had in a long time. Hotel felt new and fresh ....kudos to management

Property was welcoming the moment you arrived. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property was in a great location and easy to get to all areas. Property itself was a smaller size hotel but facilities were wonderful, very well maintained, and very clean. Breakfasts are very very good Highly recommended .

I rarely leave reviews but I have to say my stay at the holiday inn was truly incredible ! The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The breakfast in the mornings was lovely. Everyone was very friendly, always greeting hotel guests with a smile. Staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience.

Good hotel connected to the Intercontinental. Great service and very clean, but the street to get to the hotel entrance is congested and not clean same as the beach in front of hotel. We walked to the beach a couple of blocks. Many restaurants in front of the beach close by.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Bali Sanur and had mixed feelings compared to Holiday Inn Canggu. While Sanur has a nice location and friendly staff, the breakfast and room experience fell short in comparison to what we got in Canggu. • Breakfast: The buffet at Sanur was underwhelming — the selection was modest, hot dishes were limited, and the quality didn’t impress. (Some guests have called it “a bit of a disaster” for breakfast.)  • Room: The room was clean, but simpler and less refined than the rooms we experienced in Canggu, which offered better amenities, more modern features, and a more satisfying overall ambiance.  Overall, Sanur was acceptable, but if breakfast quality and room comfort are priorities, you may feel it falls behind what Holiday Inn Canggu offers.

Good central sanur spot. Not normally what we book. Hotel style rooms in corridors etc but staff were excellent and roof top pool in nice. Breakfast vast selection and you can eat inside (ac) or out by garden.

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel room was great, could do with a little more storage for suitcase, but manageable. Staff members Dwi and Boa were our favorites, but all staff were super helpful. 1 adult, 2 kids 8 and 14.

Well kept modern hotel great breakfast - ogi great service. Great location minutes from front beach ⛱️ very private roof top pool with fantastic views over ocean and happy hour daily btwn 4 - 6pm. Wonderful selection of restaurants along board walk

The breakfast had tons of options to choose from. gf has gluten allergies and they had g f bread and many options for her too. Our room was on the ground floor and facing the back alley so it was noisy at times with the traffic. Room was clean shower was great had an adjustable shower head and a rain fall shower. We didnt have a chance to use the pool view of the ocean in the background was really nice.

Had a room that clearly AC was “unhealthy” giving out peculiar smell making things unpleasant almost unhealthy. Persisted for three days so escalated to Hotel who immediately arranged to change rooms for us. Technology little aged trying to watch streaming services needing corded mouse. If you want a ‘sit by the pool’ resort this is not your hotel, however if, like us, you want to be out all day and want a hotel that is clean in a good location to rest your head - this is perfect. Good location, clean rooms, lovely staff. A wee bit noisy. Fitness centre is small but functional with well maintained equipment. Good room service.
