Großzügige Zimmer und (im Sommer) schoner Ausblick auf die Grünen Skipisten. Das Hotel liegt wenige Autominuten vom Nationalpark Jaques Cartier entfernt, was für uns der Hauptgrund der Buchung war. Restaurants gibt es nur wenige, fußläufig erreichbar ist keines. Der Outdoor-Pool ist klein, aber nett.

Großzügige Zimmer und (im Sommer) schoner Ausblick auf die Grünen Skipisten. Das Hotel liegt wenige Autominuten vom Nationalpark Jaques Cartier entfernt, was für uns der Hauptgrund der Buchung war. J’étais juste un peu déçue pour les enfants que la piscine était fermée je ne savais pas et que le resto bar aussi à côté mais je comprends qu’en hiver il y a bcp plus d’achalandage pour le restaurant . Et ça serait bien petit déjeuné . Mais on a bien aimé c’était parfait et les lits sont tres confortables(peut être 2 oreillers de plus par lit et un vrai couvre matelas et pas un draps .

Stoneham Condos & Hotel...beautiful spot. Quiet country area (like where I'm from) with beautiful views of the mountains. Pool was pretty much empty so the kids could enjoy it without a ton of people in it...so it was almost like having your own pool. Only 20 mins from the main waterpark, with a quiet country drive to it. Couldn't beat it. It was an excellent stay!

Nos impressions sont mitigées par rapport à cet hébergement. En fait, le prix a été la raison de cette location, alors nos attentes n'étaient pas très grandes. Propreté mitigé des installations, mauvaise odeur dans le corridor et l'ascenseur. Certaines installations mériteraient des rénovations, comme les vieux tapis et les vieux bains dans les chambres. En même temps, rien n'était trop grave au point où on n'aurait pas eu envie de rester. Le lit était confortable. Donc, une chambre juste pour dormir, c'est parfait pour le coût.

Les lits étaient très confortable. Malgré qu'il y a du tapis, mes enfants et moi n'ont fait aucune réaction allergique, ce qui veut dire que le sol est propreté. Salle de bain serré, mais au moins il y a de l'espace pour les lits et le reste. Ça respire. Avec la porte patio on peut ouvrir et profiter de la brise du matin et regarder les montagnes.

We’re from a place with no real hills, so the drive and the surrounding area were truly impressive. We really enjoyed that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the hotel room didn’t have a sliding door or window that could be opened for fresh air. There was no proper air conditioning either—just a single fan coil that circulated the indoor air. The sliding door to the French juliet was screwed shut, so it couldn’t be opened at all. A more serious concern was the room’s key card door. It was broken and could be opened from the outside just by sliding the handle down—no key or card needed. I reported the issue to the front desk. They mentioned the same problem had occurred with this room just a few days earlier and that it had supposedly been fixed. However, we experienced the exact same issue, which suggests it was never properly resolved. They also mentioned that this room is typically only used when no other options are available. This made us feel quite unsafe. We had to rely on the door guard to secure the room while we slept.

Bien mais pourrait faire une petite mise à jour de leurs chambres(moderniser…) air clim à bouton sans option d’être en continu donc on se réveille à chaque fois qu’elle part… salle de bain mur de douche qui décolle un peu et peu d’espace côté toilette pour une personne assez carré (6pied 350lbs) mais malgré tout c’était très bien.

Les chambre ont pas été nettoyer et les serviette n’ont pas été changer ,le réceptionniste est monter dans la chambre pour nous demander des frais supplémentaires pour le nettoyage de chambre alors quel n’a pas été nettoyée ,le réceptionniste n’est pas agréable ni professionnel, il a fait peur à nos fille et c’est même pas excuser pour son comportement.il nous dit aussi de plus revenir en bref un équipage raciste

La chambre était propre et avait une bonne grandeur. Le service au comptoir en arrivant était un peu ordinaire. En posant la question pour vérifier s'il y avait d'autres disponibilités de chambres je me suis fait dire que je n'avais sûrement pas assez d'argent pour payer les autres chambres par exemple. L'hôtel a besoin d'un entretien ou rénovation en général. Les vues sinon sont incroyables et on a beaucoup aimé le restaurant situé très proche de celui-ci.

The design is a little dated, but still in good shape and well maintain. The view is awesome, so close to the slopes and the main chalet. Totally worth the price. We could hear the BRs working on slopes between 3 and 5am, so I suggest light sleepers to carry ear plugs. Only one out of three heard them tho.

We were there for the first snowfall of the season! Not for skiing obviously, but given the fact that it's surprisingly close to Quebec City (under half an hour), it's a very nice place to stay if you're visiting the city outside ski season! And its surroundings are very beautiful.

You must have continuous access to the as there’s no nearby dining places. I wish they had a restaurant so that I could enjoy the scenic views while eating as I checked in the late evening and checked out in the morning.

Großzügige Zimmer und (im Sommer) schoner Ausblick auf die Grünen Skipisten. Das Hotel liegt wenige Autominuten vom Nationalpark Jaques Cartier entfernt, was für uns der Hauptgrund der Buchung war. Restaurants gibt es nur wenige, fußläufig erreichbar ist keines. Der Outdoor-Pool ist klein, aber nett.

J'aurais aimé un petit dejeuner continental, muffins, fruits, même si le IGA est proche c'est bien d'en avoir deja sur place au cas où. Avoir la possibilite de commander de la pizza, ca aurait ete pratique de manger chaud a l'hôtel 😊. Merci et bonne soiree. Chantal

L’hotel aurait vraiment besoin d’être rénové. La chambre a l’air de sortir des années 80. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité durant l’été. Le personnel est toutefois vraiment gentil et accomodant. Toujours souriant avec le soucis de répondre á nos besoins. On a garder nos vélos dans un endroit sécurisé. Bien apprécié

Nous avons bien aimé nous avions 3 chambres une chambre de 4 et 2 chambres de 2 personnes C'était propre, tranquille et la nature c'est super ce que je trouve qu'il manque cest de pouvoir manger le matin je trouve que c'est plaisant le matin de ne pas courir après le déjeuner
