If you want a good price don't book direct. Breakfast was fabulously presented at 7am but nothing was left by 9am - the hot food wasn't always that hot. The lobby bar isn't a bar The rooms were big but my queen bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets Lights were out where they should have been working in the room. The towel heater didn't work because it was still summer! It was in a good location I think there are better options in what is a really compact city. There were 2 staff members that were really lovely and treated us incredibly well

I would definitely come back to this place because of the breakfast. Not only because of the breakfast, but truly—believe me—it’s amazing. I’ve never seen an included hotel breakfast with this level of class and quality. Don’t miss out on it. Parking was very easy as well. There were staff members taking care of the car, and whenever we needed it, we could simply call and they would bring it to us. The same level of assistance applied to our luggage, so we didn’t have to do any heavy lifting at all. The reception staff were very professional and kind—truly wonderful people. Thank you, Hotel Cubo, for providing us with such an amazing experience.

The hotel is clean and modern, in a great location. The staff were fabulous, so helpful. Very comfortable bed. There was a mobile phone with data available in our room. They have though of everything. Breakfast was great - they even made sure we had our 'vitamins' aka plates of fresh fruit. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful room, very modern and stylish rooms. Staff were always providing an excellent service. Gym, bar and room service available 24/7! Also the location is perfect, you'll be directly in the city center.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast, though a la carte, offers a variety of choices. The only downside is that the gym is small and very dated. Price was not cheap but maybe since we traveled in the peak season

We like everything about the hotel except for two things: 1. There was a miscommunication regarding breakfast. We were told that breakfast was included so we had breakfast at the hotel everyday. At checkout, we found that our room didn't include breakfast. We paid for all breakfasts that we had at the hotel. No issues but had we known this, we would have taken the opportunity to try out the cafes around the area on some mornings. Breakfast however at the hotel was very nice. Good value. Service at breakfast was exceptional. Luca brightens up the place when he's there. There was one day that he had a day off and the place noticeably was missing his smiles and bright personality. I still would recommended this hotel to friends and family. And even if not staying at this hotel, try out their breakfast. 2. The walls of our room had marks on them. A lick of paint on the affected areas would have made a huge difference.

Reception demanded a smart phone to download a QR code which would act as room key. I am not adept with QR codes and did not wish to pay the daily roaming charges that this would entail, eventually got my way. The bedroom was well equipped- the large shower with 3 glass walls, jutting into the room was exotic. Breakfast was structured to be fancy, but the food was only average.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Note that our room had a "see-through" shower such that the shower was in a glass stall in the main room so anyone in the room could see the into the shower. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue if guests weren't close. Note that all rooms are not like this.

This is a really nice modern hotel located just a block or so from the main squares in town. The rooms have everything you need and we had zero complaints. Breakfast was excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants you can walk to from the hotel.

I loved the location. The people were nice and the property was very clean. The room was very small and the bathroom had a super slippery shower with nothing to keep one from slipping. I did see a long red string with a button on it to call in case of a fall. It would be much better to prevent falls in the shower by having mats than to come to help people AFTER they fall. When I asked for a rubber mat they were very nice and brought one to me quickly. The bed was very hard/uncomfortable.

When I say this hotel went above and beyond, I mean it. I screwed up my booking and arrived a day early. They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. And that was just the amazing staff! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I can’t say enough good things!

A lovely hotel for a visit to Ljubljana. Rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. A 5-minute walk to the river and old town Ljubljana, restaurants and museums. The breakfast is wonderful, many options and very good coffee and food. The bed is comfortable, the shower a delight, air conditioning excellent. Highly recommended.

Hotel Cubo was close to all the sights. All the staff are so nice and helpful from check-in to check-out. It is really a beautiful property.
