Stayed 4 nights

This seems to be another hotel that doesn't understand that people like a quiet environment to sleep. On the 6th floor, we could easily hear cars out on the street so they clearly opted to not soundproof the windows. Also, they seem to think it's a good idea to have a club that exits into the main area of the hotel. So, not only do you get to listen to loud drunk people leaving but also the staff cleaning up. That means clinking silverware at 2 in the morning. Again, in a hotel. For somewhere that's supposed to be a luxury brand, I've stayed at much cheaper hotels that did a much better job at doing the fundamental job of being a place for people to sleep.
