Was our first time to Rome and first time out of the states. First the room was cute but very small. This is not the properties fault but it is still small. Bath/sink area are a decent size but to me the shower was very small. But again not the properties fault. You are maybe 20 min from the colosseum. 50 min walking from piazza del popolo, the people’s square and about 1hr 10min walking to the Vatican City. Several places to eat are close, GREAT lasagna. There are several mini mrkts 15 min away and a full grocery store about 20-25 away. The B&B has a Community kitchen with complimentary snacks, sink, stove and smalll refrigerator available. Don’t forget to mark you stuff in refrigerator as others may take it. We did have a wonderful time and this was partly due to the motel. Next time will look for a bigger place. Don’t forget your converters. And the tv does have an English option which helps for some channels.

Very nice b&b located on the second floor of a quiet building that’s about four blocks from the Colosseum and a relatively easy walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast probably could have used a little fruit and cereal or yogurt, but no complaints since there are at least four markets within a few blocks. Federico was incredibly helpful in giving us directions. He was always accessible by text.

This was a bed and breakfast near the colosseum. Great cafe next door. There are only a few rooms, and it was quiet. There is a kitchen with pastries and coffee. The elevator worked well. Walkable to the bus stop to train station.

It was a good place to stay. It was easy to get around by walking, using buses, and taking taxis. We took a taxi to St. Peter's Square, but very easily walked back. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Having coffee in the morning was delightful. The elevator made dealing with luggage easy.

Perfect location to tour the colosseum. The suite was very comfortable for 3 adults. Nice to have own space and bathroom. Shared kitchen had all we needed. WiFi was terrific allowing us to call a cab for tour of Vatican. Highly recommended!

I love the location. It is a 7-minute walk to the colosseum. There are many restaurants in the street with good food and prices. The only thing is that the kitchen is shared with all the rooms.

We stayed at the family apartment. The property was clean and easy to access to bus and metro. Various type of restaurants and cafes were nearby. The door key was tricky and had some difficulties to unlock. There was no users' manual of IH cookingtop, but the staff was very helpful to let us know the kicks by chat and mail.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Kitchen area was clean. Bed very comfortable after being awake more than 24 hrs. Hot shower. Walkable to and from Termini. Plus the coliseum and other touristy parts of Rome are close to walk to.

Great location. Clean and quite. Walking distance to coloseum and near multiple bus routes. Host was very helpful with car service and things to do and places to eat. Travelled with family so the suite was just right amount of room.

Overall we enjoyed staying at the location for Feliz in Roma as it was away from the busy tourist section of Rome and was set up in a safe environment. We had good communication from the hosts and they left a honeymoon gift to us of prosecco and chocolates in the room to welcome us which was thoughtful. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we had multiple aspects of our bathroom and towels in the room not cleaned properly. When we reached out about it they were quick to provide a solution of getting new and clean towels which we appreciated them to accommodate. If you’re looking for a stay away from the busy tourist area but close enough to main sights of Rome this was a fun location!

Apartment itself is very simple. Owner communication is decent. Location is absolutely perfect and in close proximity to the Colosseum. A major problem is the strong odor of mildew/musty environment which is present throughout the apartment and strongest in the bathroom.

I contacted the owner via texting and emails only. We never spoke or met. They seemed nice and responsive to arranging for transportation from the cruise ship to his BnB and then to the airport for departure. When we arrived, our rooms were still not serviced by the housekeeper despite advance communication of our arrival time. All the soiled/used beds, linens, and towels were still there from the previous occupants. We ended up leaving the property for a couple of hours to give the housekeeper time to clean up. The shower drain started backing up gradually with some odor by our 2nd day there. I informed the housekeeper. She appeared to understand and told me in Italian that she would take care of it. That night after returning from a long day of sightseeing, my 8 yo son took the first shower. But then the shower drain was completely clogged up and water backed up without even slow drainage. I tried texting the owner via whatsapp, but he did not respond till after I found a plunger under the kitchen sink. I tried for about 30 minutes to unclog the drain without success. Eventually, I was able to do so and my 2 daughters and I were able to finally take showers before bed. I did hear back from the owner with an apology. He also offered to take care of the city tax fees of 21 euros that I would have had to leave behind in cash upon our departure. The common kitchen was very basic with a small fridge containing milk and juice bottles. Breakfast was suboptimal.

The key is a little bit tricky, need to shake it a bit to open the door. The apartment is recently renovated, only partly. there are some furnitures not replaced. The sofa bed is just unprepared, there is hair, dust on it. We finally dont want to use it. Generally speaking, it is ok to stay but not impressive at all.

I expected more. No AC in that apartment, eventhough the owner was nice enough to waive the city tax, still it was too hot. The sofa bed and linens dirty and a lot of hair. I booked for 4 people the apartment was for 2 with no air circulation in the apartment the smell was anything but. Finally we made the best of it enjoyed the food, the historical sites and alot of walking. Thank you Feliz in Roma, this is my honest opinion.

The B&B is in a great location. You can see the Colosseum when you walk out of the building. Only 10 min walk to get there. There are shops close by to get a few groceries and there are cafes and restaurants close by as well. The room is small but we weren’t in it much because we were sightseeing. The bed is also not comfortable. But it was nice having coffee and a few snacks available for breakfast. The owners are super friendly, helpful and respond immediately. They also let us stay in our room longer until our ride to the airport showed up which we greatly appreciated especially since it was raining out the day we left. We would recommend this place because of the location and how friendly and helpful the owners are!

Hosts were very kind and location was convenient. My family and I had some issues checking in since it was a self check-in process. Main issue was poor phone signal in the building if not connected to WiFi. We stayed for two nights and on our last day, the WiFi was not working. We tried to reset it but it did not help. Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the host. I don’t believe this was the hosts’ fault, but I just wanted to explain our experience with the building.

Our room was very clean throughout, the apartment was always well maintained. Lots of communication from the owner and everything was very smooth from stay, to guiding us to good locations etc. Would 100% recommend it to others especially if you visiting in the heat the apartment was always cool with air con in both rooms.

The apartment was clean and well-kept. It is within a short walking distance of the Colosseum. The area felt very safe—we walked around with kids even at 10 p.m. The shower was a bit cramped, but this is not uncommon with most European accommodations.

Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the host. I don’t believe this was the hosts’ fault, but I just wanted to explain our experience with the building.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Owner sent advance information, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had (even some silly ones!!). The location couldn’t be more perfect, with a view of the coliseum hitting you as soon as you walk out the front door, and easy access to the metro for visiting other areas of the city. Great choice of bars and restaurants also in easy walking distance. Have already recommended to several friends, and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we returned to the city.

We highly recommend this Hotel, great location a few steps of the Coliseum. Check in was easy. Very clean, conformable and personnel very friendly and helpful. Federico gave us good recommendations for our trip and always attentive to our queries. We felt safe walking at night, lots of options for eating and drinks.

I contacted the owner via texting and emails only. We never spoke or met. They seemed nice and responsive to arranging for transportation from the cruise ship to his BnB and then to the airport for departure. When we arrived, our rooms were still not serviced by the housekeeper despite advance communication of our arrival time. All the soiled/used beds, linens, and towels were still there from the previous occupants. We ended up leaving the property for a couple of hours to give the housekeeper time to clean up. The shower drain started backing up gradually with some odor by our 2nd day there. I informed the housekeeper. She appeared to understand and told me in Italian that she would take care of it. That night after returning from a long day of sightseeing, my 8 yo son took the first shower. But then the shower drain was completely clogged up and water backed up without even slow drainage. I tried texting the owner via whatsapp, but he did not respond till after I found a plunger under the kitchen sink. I tried for about 30 minutes to unclog the drain without success. Eventually, I was able to do so and my 2 daughters and I were able to finally take showers before bed. I did hear back from the owner with an apology. He also offered to take care of the city tax fees of 21 euros that I would have had to leave behind in cash upon our departure. The common kitchen was very basic with a small fridge containing milk and juice bottles. Breakfast was suboptimal.

Excellent stay! The owner contacted me very quickly after reservation, arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport (nighttime) and send me recommendations about restaurants and sites to visit. The room was as good as we expected, very nice and really close to Colosseum. Breakfast was slim, but normally at this price you don't get any breakfast so we were very happy with this. The day before our departure owner offered us a possibility to use the room on the last day as long as we like, for free! 10/10 would recommend this accomodation to everyone!

Great location. Clean and quite. Walking distance to coloseum and near multiple bus routes. Host was very helpful with car service and things to do and places to eat. Travelled with family so the suite was just right amount of room.

I don't think you'd find a better located stay at this price! The Colosseum is literally 12mins by foot. The street is full of restaurants and supermarkets. You have multiple options for public transport. Highly recommended.

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like snacks and a coffee maker—perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the kindness of the property manager. We accidentally left our jackets behind, and they were incredibly helpful in getting them shipped back to us. Small gestures like that really leave a lasting impression. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

The B&B is in a great location. You can see the Colosseum when you walk out of the building. Only 10 min walk to get there. There are shops close by to get a few groceries and there are cafes and restaurants close by as well. The room is small but we weren’t in it much because we were sightseeing. The bed is also not comfortable. But it was nice having coffee and a few snacks available for breakfast. The owners are super friendly, helpful and respond immediately. They also let us stay in our room longer until our ride to the airport showed up which we greatly appreciated especially since it was raining out the day we left. We would recommend this place because of the location and how friendly and helpful the owners are!

El sitio está muy bien. Buena ubicación, limpio, muy silencioso. La cama es muy cómoda. El único punto en el que falla este lugar es el desayuno. Muy escaso, no ofrecen frutas, ponen unas pocas rebanadas pequeñas de pan industrial y algo de mermelada y mantequilla. De hecho se acabó la mantequilla, avisamos para que repusieran para el día siguiente y no lo hicieron. Es cierto que el propietario contesta pronto ante cualquier problema.
El sitio está muy bien. Buena ubicación, limpio, muy silencioso. La cama es muy cómoda. El único punto en el que falla este lugar es el desayuno. Muy escaso, no ofrecen frutas, ponen unas pocas rebanadas pequeñas de pan industrial y algo de mermelada y mantequilla. De hecho se acabó la mantequilla, avisamos para que repusieran para el día siguiente y no lo hicieron. Es cierto que el propietario contesta pronto ante cualquier problema.

We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz in Roma. Check in was simple and quick, owners were communicative and the room was comfy and a good size. Location is excellent, walking distance from the colleseum and forum and has easy transport links to termini, Vatican city and Trastevere if you do not want to walk further. Also plenty of restaurants on the street/nearby. Breakfast could be improved as it was dried breads and packaged cakes. I understand it is difficult without a staff member present to prepare foods but it would be nice to have some non-dried bread, fruit, yogurts or cereals to choose from in the fridge for self-service.

Wij verbeven in de kamer 'Chic' (de 'lila' kamer). Heeft n fijn bed, een goede douche en is heel schoon! Goede en snelle respons van de eigenaar. Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. The B&B is very close by the Colosseum and other attractions. The room is as pictured and the host is very responsive. The is no fancy breakfast but there is coffee, tea, milk, breads and spreads. Both us and our kids had breakfast there. I recommend this place to those visiting the city.

The apartment is in a very good location for visiting the Colosseum, Forum and many of the old Roman ruins. Access to the apartment was straightforward with the details sent to me a couple of days before arrival. The apartment itself was very nice, and generally quiet. Cleanliness was generally good, although the oven did not seem to have been cleaned for a while. The shower head bracket was broken but otherwise the shower was fine. There were some snacks and coffee in the apartment. The documents indicated there would be a charge for these, but we could find no price list so didn't touch them. None of these minor issues spoiled our stay which we enjoyed very much. There is a good little little cafe/restaurant just outside the building which was great for coffee and breakfast, and a number of others close by. Trattoria Luzzi was recommended by Frederico (along with some others) and was particularly good for evening meals. The food there was good and the house red or white wine was only 6 Euros/Ltr!

Friendly host that also provided some sightseeing tips. Kitchen is fully equipped and air con is available for hot days. Location is great, not far away from Termini. Apartment could be cleaner though, there was a lot of dust and the shower requires a deep clean.

It’s not bad but could use some improvements, for instance we asked for an iron and they could not provide one. They did not even have an electric kettle in the room. When we asked they just responded with, your room rate does not include this and that.
