We were looking to stay in Horsham and this was the only place available in town. We were skeptical from the pictures at first but decided to book after reading such raving reviews. After checking in, we really couldn’t figure out what people were raving about. It’s very outdated; some curtains and things could benefit from being replaced and we could hear all the comings and goings outside. The car park is shared with other businesses and there aren’t enough spots for all guests so that was a bit anxiety-inducing when you come back and all spots are filled or when you’re trying to leave and there are cars blocking you in. No one was ever at reception when we peeked in to get assistance. We temporarily parked on the street when the car park was full and ended up getting a bloody ticket. The shower drained very slowly so you’re inevitably going to be standing in a deep puddle for half your shower. The location was a quick walk to shops which made it convenient. We would visit Horsham again but would not book in here again. Their are hotel chains just a short drive away for a slightly higher rate that we regrettably didn’t book because we thought we’d be frugal and closer to the centre but we would’ve much rather paid for the consistency in knowing what to expect when you book a room there.

Friendly little guest house with welcoming helpful staff. Great advice about where to park and eat locally. Clean and in handy location. There is limited parking through very narrow entrance but our host was accommodating and you can also park on the road ovrrnight until 9am. If you have an electric car there is EV charging a few minutes walk away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean. Our room was on the ground floor and opened onto the Car park, so to have any privacy it was necessary to close the curtains. The tap on the sink in the bathroom only turned one way. It was impossible to have a sink of hot water for my husband to shave. We had to use water from the kettle. The hot water pressure in the shower was low. We have always had an upstairs room here before and had no issues in the past.

We received a call the day before so that the host knew what time we would be arriving, and she was looking out for us on our arrival. The room was bright and clean with plenty of storage. Breakfast was nice too and served quickly. We only stayed a night to attend a family barbecue, but would have been happy to stay longer.

Really lovely B&B in the heart of Horsham. Great welcome and lots of info about the locality. Only a few minutes walk to a great variety of eating places and the town centre. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size with a comfy bed. Really great breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely be back 😊

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it does not dissapoint. The host rememberd us and upgraded our room. She was friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. Even down to breakfast everything is thought about to make it a fabulous stay. We will be back and I recommend to anyone staying in this area to look them up

We stayed at Springfields as we were going to a wedding. The church was across the road from the hotel, so a perfect location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too, and set us up for the day. We'd definitely recommend Springfield

We stayed at Springfields as we were going to a wedding. The church was across the road from the hotel, so a perfect location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too, and set us up for the day. We'd definitely recommend Springfield

Really lovely B&B in the heart of Horsham. Great welcome and lots of info about the locality. Only a few minutes walk to a great variety of eating places and the town centre. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size with a comfy bed. Really great breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely be back 😊

We had a lovely stay while attending a wedding. Very comfy room and bed, a nice quality full English breakfast plus use of a sewing kit for repairs to a wedding outfit was much appreciated.

The hotel as well situated just a short walk from Horsham town Centre. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good ensuite. Perhaps the best thing about this place is the staff. They’re so friendly and kind. If you need somewhere affordable and handy to stay, then this is the place.

Dropped a point for mould on the shower mastic. Other than that my stay was excellent. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good (full English). Limited room numbers and the car park is shared with a nursery at the back...so parking spaces are at a premium. There is one disabled room on the ground floor. The rates are reasonable and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is less than 10 minutes to the shopping centre and the town centre. Score out of 100 = 98%

We'd stay here again given its closeness to the urban core and access to the surrounding areas. The staff were great as well! What needs some attention are room temps. Even on the cooler summer weather days, the rooms were overly hot which made it difficult for sleeping. While AC would have been nice, an easy upgrade would be to get in/out exchange fans into the windows. The hotel simply needs more air exchange and this small addition would reduce room temps pretty significantly.
