Er werd ons een upgrade aangeboden: de kamer van de voetbalclub trainer van Leverkussen. Prachtige grote kamer en slaapkamer. Bad en douche. Er is betaald parkeren, maar datvoor betaal je maar één keer € 8.00. Het ontbijt is ook overvloedig en goed verzorgd.

Minibar inklusive Kaffeemaschine war inklusive, günstiger Aufpreis fürs Parken. Ruhig, aber trotzdem gute Verkehrsanbindung. (Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da nicht mitgebucht.)

Parking charge isn’t clear because there seemed to be no street parking so the 18 euros is unavoidable. Also expected a fitness room on-site but it’s a 10min walk outside. Rooms are good. Food quality was great.

Had an amazing stay at the Kasino Hotel, Leverkusen. The building is spacious and modern. Welcomed in at reception for late check in and the receptionist was able to explain how to access rooms and advised to order uber eats as the restaurant was closed. Room was top quality and loved the auto lights functionality. Large Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Air Con works perfect especially for the summer months. Large shower space as well. When our food was delivered, the driver forgot to include utensils, so by phoning and going down to reception at night, security was kind enough to get some forks from the restaurant. Next morning upon checking out when to the restaurant for a cup of tea and the waitress was very friendly. Restaurant also stunning with garden patio and wine cellar. Staff also speak English which helped us. Would definitely stay again for longer.

The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt

Excellent, spotless, chic hotel in Bayer Chempark In Leverkusen. Lovely staff. Very impressive place. Excellent value. Some minor niggles - the automatic lights in the room are very annoying when one partner needs the loo and the other needs to sleep. Only soap in the room was in the shower - none by basin or bath.

Etwas außerhalb, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (S-Bahn) von Köln aus gut zu erreichen. Bis 22 Uhr fährt ein Bus, die S-Bahn-Station ist aber auch nur etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Köln sind, schauen wir wieder wegen Verfügbarkeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war super schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, der Service war eher genervt.Beim Check-In am 15.11.2025 abends, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, das einzige Lächeln welches man vom Personal im gesamten Haus bekommen hat.Das Personal im Restaurant Löwe war nicht wirklich freundlich(bis auf der ältere Herr)und man hat sich überhaupt nicht Willkommen gefühlt, die Teller wurden ohne Worte einfach abgeräumt, der zugewiesene Sitzplatz war direkt an der Kasse, obwohl so viel Platz überall noch frei war. Der Check-Out am Sonntag den 16.11.2025 war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, die zwei jungen Frauen an der Rezeption waren total überfordert, kein Wechselgeld vorhanden, wir haben angeboten unseren Parkplatz mit Karte zu bezahlen, sie wollte unbedingt das Geld wechseln und kam zurück und hat dann noch unsere Fünfzig Euro in die Kasse gesteckt und nicht mal gemerkt, dass es unser Geld war. Erst auf zu sprich wenn wir mit Karte zahlen hätten wir gerne unsere Fünfzig Euro zurück. Die Gäste vorher haben sich massiv beschwert, weil die Rechnung falsch geschrieben war und man hat gemerkt, dass sie das total aus dem Konzept gebracht hat. Ich muss sagen dass ich für ein vier Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet hätte. Dennoch war das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis wirklich richtig gut, für das Zimmer und das Frühstück.

Ich war echt überrascht, denn vor vier Jahren war das Hotel Kasino noch recht altbacken. Nach der Renovierung sind die Zimmer super modern. Bequeme Betten, riesiges Bad mit toller Dusche. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

The property had an overbooking so the same evening I was told that they could not accomodate me. Expedia relocated me and found me an alternative hotel very quickly and saved my night. But the staff at the hotel wasn't helpful at all.

Dieses Hotel hat mehr als nur 4+ Sterne verdient! Es war einfach alles perfekt! Der Innenarchitekt hat nichts dem Zufall überlassen und ein supermodernes und schönes Hotel erschaffen! Ein extra Lob an das Personal - egal wen man traf: alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit! Professioneller Service kam auch aus der Küche vom hauseigenen Restaurant. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für Entspannung und wer übernachtet sollte unbedingt den großen Park hinter dem Hotel genießen und den japanischen Garten besuchen! Dieses Hotel ist ein echter Traum!

Das Zimmer war super schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, der Service war eher genervt.Beim Check-In am 15.11.2025 abends, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, das einzige Lächeln welches man vom Personal im gesamten Haus bekommen hat.Das Personal im Restaurant Löwe war nicht wirklich freundlich(bis auf der ältere Herr)und man hat sich überhaupt nicht Willkommen gefühlt, die Teller wurden ohne Worte einfach abgeräumt, der zugewiesene Sitzplatz war direkt an der Kasse, obwohl so viel Platz überall noch frei war. Der Check-Out am Sonntag den 16.11.2025 war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, die zwei jungen Frauen an der Rezeption waren total überfordert, kein Wechselgeld vorhanden, wir haben angeboten unseren Parkplatz mit Karte zu bezahlen, sie wollte unbedingt das Geld wechseln und kam zurück und hat dann noch unsere Fünfzig Euro in die Kasse gesteckt und nicht mal gemerkt, dass es unser Geld war. Erst auf zu sprich wenn wir mit Karte zahlen hätten wir gerne unsere Fünfzig Euro zurück. Die Gäste vorher haben sich massiv beschwert, weil die Rechnung falsch geschrieben war und man hat gemerkt, dass sie das total aus dem Konzept gebracht hat. Ich muss sagen dass ich für ein vier Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet hätte. Dennoch war das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis wirklich richtig gut, für das Zimmer und das Frühstück.

Excellent, spotless, chic hotel in Bayer Chempark In Leverkusen. Lovely staff. Very impressive place. Excellent value. Some minor niggles - the automatic lights in the room are very annoying when one partner needs the loo and the other needs to sleep. Only soap in the room was in the shower - none by basin or bath.

Dieses Hotel hat mehr als nur 4+ Sterne verdient! Es war einfach alles perfekt! Der Innenarchitekt hat nichts dem Zufall überlassen und ein supermodernes und schönes Hotel erschaffen! Etwas außerhalb, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (S-Bahn) von Köln aus gut zu erreichen. Bis 22 Uhr fährt ein Bus, die S-Bahn-Station ist aber auch nur etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Köln sind, schauen wir wieder wegen Verfügbarkeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Tout était parfait ! L'hôtel est extraordinaire, les chambres sont magnifiques et les plats au restaurant sont délicieux. Le petit déjeuner etait parfait aussi , il y a beaucoup de choix et tout est très frais. Franchement, quand nous retournerons à Cologne, on saura où retourner pour dormir !

Had an amazing stay at the Kasino Hotel, Leverkusen. The building is spacious and modern. Welcomed in at reception for late check in and the receptionist was able to explain how to access rooms and advised to order uber eats as the restaurant was closed. Room was top quality and loved the auto lights functionality. Large Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Air Con works perfect especially for the summer months. Large shower space as well. When our food was delivered, the driver forgot to include utensils, so by phoning and going down to reception at night, security was kind enough to get some forks from the restaurant. Next morning upon checking out when to the restaurant for a cup of tea and the waitress was very friendly. Restaurant also stunning with garden patio and wine cellar. Staff also speak English which helped us. Would definitely stay again for longer.

The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt
