Het hotel is mooi. We hadden van in het begin geen wifi op de kamers (3 kamers) wanneer we dit signaleerden was alles zogezegd normaal, maar toch geen wifi. Wanneer we s avonds iets in de bar wilden drinken, was er te weinig personeel. De eerste avond hebben we nog ons drankje gekregen, de tweede avond , is men ons, na 2 x te zijn gaan vragen waar onze bestelling bleef, en na meer dan 1 uur wachten komen zeggen dat het personeel geen tijd had. Voor de prijs die we hier per nacht hebben betaald echt niet ok.

The hotel was noisy and next to a big car park, making it look like an industrial area. The reception staff were unfriendly and quite rude to my colleague when he asked them to borrow a pen. I wouldn't recommend it as a hotel and will not stay there again.

No fridge in room. No coffee making facilities in room. Water in room not replaced. Room too hot, not possible to open windows and aircon not working. Only one lift working leading to waits. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Isolated location, no local bars restaurants etc.

Ich Frage mich wie man solche Zimmer im Jahr 2022 zu solchen Preisen auch wenn eine Messe zur Zeit Anstand anpreisen kann. Ich hatte ein Economy Zimmer gebucht. Leider waren über die App der Zustand dieser Räumlichkeiten nicht ersichtlich. Sonst hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Das Economy Zimmer scheint mir 20 Jahre alt zu sein. Man kommt rein und ein alter Geruch kommt einem entgegen. Die Gardinen wurden mit Sicherheit seit über 5jahren nicht gewaschen. Die Klimaanlage bringts auch nicht mehr richtig. Die Lüftung im Bad ist auch out of order sodass die Fugen schon anfangen zu schimmeln. Die Spur im Klo war das krönende Highlight. Auf Anfrage eines anderen Zimmers wurde mir das gleiche eine Etage tiefer gegeben. Gleiche Probleme nur eine Etage tiefer. Das Frühstück geht so. Das Rührei kommt aus der Verpackung und ist nicht frisch. Die gekochten Eier wurden lediglich 5 min. Gekocht und sind damit noch roh. Sowas kann man als 2 Sterne Hotel im Ausland anbieten aber nicht als 4 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland. Traurig dass man solche Hotels noch findet.

The hotel was noisy and next to a big car park, making it look like an industrial area. The reception staff were unfriendly and quite rude to my colleague when he asked them to borrow a pen. I wouldn't recommend it as a hotel and will not stay there again.
