Loved our stay! Everything we could’ve asked for… friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious food. Enjoyed the ferry speedboat on our doorstep into the town, great way to start and finish the day.

Stayed 3 nights

We had a quick trip into Queenstown and decided to stay at Hilton in Queenstown. It was a wonderful resort and great rooms. Service was great in hotel and daily in room also. The fireplace in the room was a beautiful extra to have and so right for Queenstown. Service in the Grill was great, and everything about our stay was wonderful.

Fantasic hotel on the edge of the stunning lake with convienent water taxi to take you into town The only fault is the hotel is rather large and confusing and the elevatora need more signage to point you in the right direction! Other than that a beautiful hotel location and holiday spot.

Stayed 4 nights

Where do I start, you’re better off staying at the double tree across the road. The service and amenities at the double tree would be better. No hot water 3 out of the 4 Nights we were in the hotel. Our night suits disappeared on night one from the side of the bed. The house keeping teams are horrible, missing towels, mats, robes, etc. No attention to detail. The breakfast was like a business hotel, when things finish they are not replenished. The restaurant staff are very friendly. The reception staff including Hyatt the Duty Manager are just focused on selling upgrades. This was our second stay and the quality has gone down dramatically. We won’t be coming back.
