It's a roadside motel. But the rooms are mostly set back, and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast available for a fee, but we chose to drive 5min to a restaurant for better selection and pricing. A good affordable place to sleep (important!), but not much else.

The motel is an easy walk accross parkland to the main street of Tamworth which has lots of dining and shopping options. Rooms are spotless, spacious and tasteful, Good bathroom, wardrobe space, iron and board, kettle etc. Very helpfil and friendly owner. Multiple outdoor areas and a pristine swimming pool. Would book again.

The room was very clean, well equipped and quite comfortable. However, the shower floor was slippery and there was a step down into the actual shower recess which was not immediately noticeable until my elderly husband stepped into it and almost fell. Non slip tiles or surface would be good. Apart from that, we were very happy with everything and would recommend it.

He took extra time to tell us about Tamworth. We were impressed by the cleanliness and order - even in the storage area! It is within an easy 15 minute walk to the town centre and excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!
