Its okay, but flaws such as: - bug in our room - hair in the blanket (seems like it was not replaced from the previous occupant, hair was blond and we're not) -AC not working properly (we were told that its fully booked and they cannot transfer us to another room, good thing it was cold) - no actual staff in charge of checking the breakfast items, you have call the reception to request for refill, we even found hair in the apple juice I knew that we booked a budget stay, but we have been with other budget hotels and i've been to other Ibis location but its not like this one.
