オーシャンビュー側の眺望は最高。部屋も綺麗。スパからの眺めも最高でこれだけでも来る価値はある。また送迎なども柔軟に対応してくれて白浜周辺で遊ぶだけならレンタカーはいらない。レストランでの食事やホスピタリティもよい。一方で気になるのとは・ガーデンビューだとプールやレストランから部屋が丸見え。・朝のチェックアウト時間前から掃除道具や片付け中のリネンが廊下に散乱していて見苦しい。せめて10時以降に始めて欲しい。・ルームサービスがない割には部屋でアルコールを楽しみたい時の食べ物が売店に少ない上記何か対策が打てればより良くなると思います。あと、白浜町全体的にタクシーが捕まりにくいため、夏季だけ町内の周遊バスを増台するなど町の取り組みも必要かなあ。
