I’m traveling alone with my son. We arrived so very tired on our way back to Lisbon (heading back to LAX) exhausted. We arrived at 10am had breakfast and Rachel the front desk attendant came up to us and gave us keys to our room around 11. She must’ve noticed how tired we were. After we had a nap, she got us a taxi and told us where to go. I wish we were staying longer here. Absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean, pool and view amazing.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there is an exit directly to the promenade by the sea, and a very short walk (5-6 minutes) to the nice beach. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, breakfast was good.

Perfect location if you don’t want to stay in the “big” city but still have access to main roads, smaller city amenities, and the coast! The hotel was well-kept and the rooms/beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked with traditional breads, pastries. Meats. Cheese as well as some hot eggs, bacon, “sausage”. 3 minute walk to two decent bar/restaurants. 10 minutes from airport, but no disturbing traffic. Pool and jacuzzi were clean (although 5”they keep the jacuzzi cooler at 92-94). Beautiful views of ocean/coast! Would definitely stay if back on Terceira!

The hotel was everything I expected from the sea side location to the hospitality of the staff. The breakfast staff Malfalda greeted us with a warm smile every morning along with the others. The desk staff Vasco, Natasha were very accommodating when we needed anything. The room was always clean and ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Praia de Victoria.

3 nuits dans une chambre vue mer. Dommage nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie. L’hôtel n’était pas complet et pourtant nous avions une chambre près de la réception donc très bruyante d’autant plus qu’elles ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, nous avions l’impression d’être dans la même chambre que nos voisin. Sinon accueil parfait, on nous a réservé une table au Pescador pour dîner. Nous y sommes retournés un autre soir car c’est probablement le meilleur restaurant de la ville.

This is a nice boutique hotel with amazing views. The jr suite is very spacious. It had a little kitchen and sitting area. The staff were very friendly, including the people who worked in the breakfast area. But the best part is watching the sunrise. If this isn’t your thing they do have blackout curtains. They are also on the walkway along the ocean that goes into town. They are about a 5 min taxi drive from airport. I would recommend taking day tour vs renting a car. I would recommend and stay again.

Welcomed by a lovely lady on the desk who checked up in the shortest time. We booked a sea view junior suite but we were upgraded to a duplex suite with lounge and kitchen upstairs which was amazing. This is a modern hotel and everything has been done for the modern traveller such as 3 usb ports and 2 main sockets on each side of the bed for charging tech. The breakfast and eating area was inviting and the service excellent

Went to the Hotel a few days before arriving the lady at the front desk was very polite she told us we could check in on the day that we booked a little earlier if we wanted to use the pool. It happened that we didn't check in earlier on the day of arrival we checked in at 2:00 pm like it said on the computer when I booked it . It said check in time was 2:00pm so we got there at 1:45 to start checking in process the front desk told me that the room was not ready and still needed to be cleaned. I was very upset because we had to still wait for the room to be cleaned.after waiting a while we checked again which it was after 2:45pm and they finally told us we could go to ower room. we were a little upset and annoyed for the inconvenience. I'm glad we did not go earlier like the other receptionist had told us we could. These room should be ready by check in time. Not after but after that everything was good.

Our 3rd stay. Staff are great. Check in was very fast. Good breakfast. wonderful seaview room. Walking path from the hotel along the ocean right into Praia da Vitoria. Bus top right in front of the hotel to take you into Angra do Heroismo. Easy drive from the airport. 2 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

the property was great, staff excellent, breakfast excellent. I didnt like that no food is available after breakfast. Due to the festival, nearby restaurants were closed and any restaurant or groceries were >1.5km walk away. I wish that was clear in the booking.
