Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton, MA

The pool was horrendous, the hot tub was filthy. This is why we booked this location too! We stayed two nights and it was gross.

Very spacious room with kitchenette. Great if you're staying for an extended period. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub. I find it very helpful after a full day of travel. I had even called before booking the room to make sure it was open. I understand things can happen that require special cleaning, but it was still disappointing. Otherwise a good stay

The suite was very clean. The property had a great breakfast, the pool and hot tub looked great even though I didn't have a chance to use them. The property is located conveniently near the highway. There were 2 gas stations at the end of the road. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was perfect for my big family the kitchen was a bonus! The only one thing I will say is that I stayed here with my small children and the swimming pool was the a big deal they wanted to be in it every night. However the floor to the pool was so rough it felt unsafe also the chlorine was so strong I had a headache from watching my kids swim. The jacuzzi seemed a little old and not maintained also the tiles and flooring were super rough like you were walking on cement.

We made the reservations as a team hoping our kids could swim in the pool. The pool heater was "broken" and had been for over a month. The pool was still open but the room was freezing cold. If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else. We were not offered a discount for that. Also, the free breakfast was so packed they were running out of food and hour before it ended.

I booked this hotel in hopes to take my son for a swim for his 5th birthday. The pool was ice cold because the heater was broken. Some gentlemen let us know beofte a e opened the pool to the door.... not when we booked or when we checked in. Anyways, hot tub was way to hot for him so that kind of set the tone for our night. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was not helpful. Not going to get into every detail but i did simply ask for a couple things of butter and he said no. They do breakfast and im sure it wouldnt of been too difficult to accommodate that request. So i give it 3 stars. Very disappointed. :(

Went to celebrate a birthday check in, was bad person on just didnt seem to want to be there very unfriendly. The room was nice, wish there were simple things like bowls to put food in fridge or a measuring cup. Shower had no hot water had it turned all the way over and was luke warm at best. The beds were horrible flat, hard, and stiff. And pillows so soft they went flat. Gym and pool area was amazing. Nice they offered a grill area to use.

The Irish pub next door definitely worth a visit - super atmosphere and great food and drink. Nice pool

The hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for—especially the hot tub! The staff were so friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The woman who works the weekend shift was amazing. She checked in with everyone, helped out those who needed it, and made conversations with us that felt meaningful (even if they were brief). We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in since Covid 19 began. This hotel has not let down their guard for Covid 19. Wipes in hallways, dishes put in dishwasher locked, loaded, cleaned and dried with sticker stating dishes are clean. Rooms are immaculate. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful as I had arrived tired and needed takeout that would deliver to my room. She presented menus from surrounding restaurants in a minute. Breakfast was amazing. Omelets, sausage, roasted potatoes, muffins, cereals, fruit, juice and of course coffee and teas. Highly recommend this hotel!

The shower hadn’t been cleaned. Hair that didn’t belong to me was everywhere…shower gel was nearly empty and the tissue box should’ve been replaced. Ended up just using bath tissue instead after using about 5-6 tissues. I was staying two nights so a refresh would’ve been much appreciated. Staff was not very friendly. Bland and mediocre. No one seemed happy, friendly or even pleasant. It was a little depressing.

Bought snacks in the lobby, staff member took pictures of what I ordered and charged us double the amount. He said he didn’t have time to take my cash in the front for everything. The hallways also smelt like dirty trash, as well as the refrigerator in the room smelling dirty as well.

The whole staff is very nice & friendly, especially Ella who runs the breakfast! She's very sweet and engages everyone, talks to every kid. The shower pressure is not great but the water gets super hot which is a bonus! Rooms are spotlessly clean.

The shower in my room had mold, it was not safe for my family. Especially as I had children with me. Spending over $300 for one night with a space that had mold was disgusting.

I literally checked out right after checking in for finding blood all over the mattress, the room dirty and holes all through the walls

Was fine but got a room next to utility room and did not get any sleep due to a generator /pump going off every 2 minutes!!

We made our reservations online for two nights but then had to call to inquire about changing our stay to one night. The woman that we spoke to recommended that we wait until we check in before deciding to change our reservation since they were booked and would not likely be able to get a reservation for a 2nd night if we needed to. In spite of the fact that the hotel's policy is to charge for last minute cancellations, she assured us that we would not be charged and that she would be there when we checked in. Thankfully, we were able to stay two nights (and she was there when we checked in). The room was clean and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen and living room areas were nice and provided plenty of space. It was nice to be to sit and relax and watch TV on the couch rather than sit on a bed. The separate bedroom was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The separate bathroom sink with lighted mirror and counter were wonderful for getting ready while the other person showered in the separate bath/toilet area. We took advantage of the gym. It was a little humid from the nearby pool area but we still had a good workout. We much appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast. There was a variety of food, including fruit, yogurt, cereal, an egg main dish, meat, a side (home fries), and breads. We were impressed by how quiet the rooms were, a nice change from most hotels we have stayed in. We will definitely stay in a Homewood Suites hotel again.

One bedroom suite with double queen was perfect for family of four for a week. Very roomy, with full kitchen, living room area and desk for working remotely. The convenience of daily breakfast was also great!

The AC in two different rooms wouldn't cool the rooms below 75 degrees until the weather dropped and we could crack the windows enough to get it to just slightly above the outside temperature. The second room was dirtier with paint peeling on the ceiling and a bad caulk job in the bathroom. We were chastised for helping our young children make 2 waffles (to split between the 5 of us) without going to the end of the line between waffles. Management did accommodate a room change after the first night of no AC at all and maintenance in our room until 11pm (my husband finally reminded him to check the breaker, which had blown- it then turned on, but didn't really cool the room), but not without a bit of condescension. Dogs barked in the rooms next to us, car alarms blared throughout the last night of our stay. We finally arranged an early check out after 4 nights. It definitely did not feel like a Hilton.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

I stayed for 5 days and always put in the notes to have a room that is quiet, as I’m a light sleeper. First night the hotel was full and I was moved from 4th floor to 1st right next to the entry door in the back of the hotel. Not too good for a light sleeper so I was up most of the night. I told the general manager and I was offered another room on a higher floor. No complimentary up grade or discount, although I was clear on my needs from the beginning. This experience was a horrible start to my trip but everything else in the hotel was great, from staff, hospitality to cleanliness of room. I did take off a star duet my initial experience. I did not walk away feeling valued and I travel a lot.

We were disappointed by the reception staff, who made us pay twice after we booked through Hotels on one card. We wanted to pay with just one credit card for both my law and myself. However, not sure if they thought we could not pay, (questionable) they made my mother-in-law pay on her card. Which I could not understand. My husband wanted to make sure that all charges went to us. They claim they fixed it but still charge my mother in laws credit card. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity of the staff.

Staff at check in were kind, professional and quick. I checked in with a dog and he was almost immediately given a treat (after asking for permission). Breakfast was delicious!

Right off the 95/93 highways, and close to the business park. Trillium brewing’s flagship location with excellent food and drink options is next door. Super comfortable and well appointed for a longer stay. Front desk was so helpful and kind

I didn't get the room that made reservations for, ADA Wheelchair accessible. The hotel staff was not accommodating to my sister's needs. We stayed there last year and everything was great. I was also told that I could get a refund/credit.. So between hotels.com and Homewood Suites. They eventually refused to accommodate again. My family will not start there again. Nor will I recommend them either.

This was easily the best experience my family and I have had at a hotel. The friendliest staff, every employee always greated us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

We stayed here because it is right Nextdoor to Trilluim Microbrewery. The hotel is very nice and quiet. We had a nice time.

Convenient location between Foxborough and Boston.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton, MA, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is convenient, with easy access to Boston and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

The place is accessible from the highway. It is quiet, clean with good amenities. It has a lot of parking, and I find it very convenient as it is a short drive to my work. I don't have a lot of interaction with staff except for the front desk when I checked in. They are always pleasant and professional.

Easy on off highway close to amtrak

This property is beautiful! Everything was incredibly clean and new. Staff was wonderful while checking in, so friendly. Rebecca texted me to ask how my stay was going and I was Able to request fresh towels and a quick mini room clean while we were out for the day. My only suggestion is I wish Breakfast was at 6am on the weekend also. We were there for a sporting event and breakfast would’ve been great on the way out but we had to leave at 6:30am both days so we missed out. Would absolutely stay here again.

In town for four nights for the Continental Youth Championships (CYC) held at the Irish Cultural Center a few miles away. Our stay was wonderful. Check-in & out was friendly and fast. Room was spacious & clean. Kitchen was fully appointed. Wonderful breakfast was definitely a highlight especially when traveling with kids who are athletes. Great way to start the day! Will definitely stay here again.

My family love the breakfast especially thank to alli she's friendly and professional service, nice hotel.
