Very nice hotel, no lift but able to get help with luggage. Free EV charging included was brilliant. Lovely lounge & close to everything, lucky to get parking right near front door. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good beds!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was the end of spring when I stayed so the village was quiet. The room is cosy and clean. The communal lounge with fire place was a highlight. Staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint…the walls are paper thin. I could hear a males feel voice and could almost make out the words in the room next to me. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.

Wonderful weekend, highly recommend Thredbo Alpine Hotel. Perfectly situated in the middle of Thredbo Village, easy access to restaurants and bars. FYI there are no lifts in this hotel, if you have trouble with stairs be mindful when booking.

Smooooth check in and Restaurant service was amazing ! Fireplace with a big comfy leather chair was awesome too ! Anthony and Zoe were gems in the dining room too ! Great service in the bar and super convenient location !

The hotel was really easy to find. They gave us a parking permit to park just outside the front door. The room was small, as one expects in a ski resort but the facilities were great. Lovely area with a fireplace to sit around and enjoy. Close to the few places that were open this time of the year. Great breakfast.

Excellent location - everything is close by, including affiliated restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent facilities: on-site restaurants, lounge area – nice area to relax and read a book. I particularly liked their policy of giving you $15 off your bill for every day you choose to not have your room cleaned. It's eco-friendly and saves the guest money. I personally don’t think it is necessary to clean the room or replenish towels, soap, etc everyday so works perfectly for me. On the negative side, room walls are wafer-thin: could hear my neighbours' conversations. Noise from the outside courtyard area also got through, which is not great as on my last night some people were having a party in the courtyard until very late at night. Bathroom is also a bit small.

Sadly the TAH has seen better days. The rooms whilst clean are very dated and in summer it was stifling with no air con and no fan! The Hotel used to be the hub of Thredbo once. Buffet breakfast was great with good coffee. At least we had on site parking as it was super busy with all the MTB crowd. The location is excellent to the lifts and general shopping area.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was clean and organised. The staff were lovely and at check in he explained everything perfectly. Great view and made our 1st wedding anniversary one to remember. Thank you.

The property is really showing it's age. What might have been "chalet charm" is now quite tired and noisy. The room was clean and comfortable, but really in need of an upgrade. And be careful of your timing for visiting Thredbo. Almost all the restaurants were closed when we were there. And what was open was quite expensive. There's a bit of a "Thredbo Tax" in general which was disappointing. And don't get me started on the petrol station charging $3.00 per litre when it was $2.40 just 20 minutes down the road.

Staying at the Thredbo Alpine Resort was a dream come true. So enjoyable, convenient, clean and central to everything in Thredbo. Will plan to stay again. All the staff are really knowledgeable and forthcoming when it comes to the knowledge of their area, wither its about the attractions or even the weather, they are helpful. Great food at the Pub, Cascades breakfast is delicious and the bakery has tge best Spice Chai Latte in town.

The hotel is well positioned and is central in Thredbo. The view was noce and the rooms were clean. There was an issue woth the water pressure and either the shower had to be on Hot or to get pressure, cold water needed to be added which made it luke warm at best. This was not ideal as mu daughter struggled to wash her hair due to the water pressure. Bteakfast was good value, but the hot selection was cold and the pastries went very early in the morning and selection was poor by 830am. The bed was comfortable.

Location is everything and this was great. Would be perfect for winter stays. We stayed in Summer and the rooms were hot with the only fan available being as loud as a jet plane - both options made it hard to sleep. But if it were winter this would be the ideal location.

The property is in the perfect place, close to lifts and good restaurants. It was clean and staff was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is there was this annoying noise in our room. We talked to the hotel about it and they said they would come and take a look, but they didn't. It was hard to fall asleep because of this noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Thredbo. It was convenient to lifts, restaurants and rental services. The staff were accommodating and with no lifts took our bags to our room.Parking was available for car. Remember to pay the national park usage fee at info center.

Wonderful weekend, highly recommend Thredbo Alpine Hotel. Perfectly situated in the middle of Thredbo Village, easy access to restaurants and bars. FYI there are no lifts in this hotel, if you have trouble with stairs be mindful when booking.

The hotel was really easy to find. They gave us a parking permit to park just outside the front door. The room was small, as one expects in a ski resort but the facilities were great. Lovely area with a fireplace to sit around and enjoy. Close to the few places that were open this time of the year. Great breakfast.

Snowy Mountain view from our room and very close access to many skiing and dining options. Everything within easy grasp and great staff, very welcoming crew and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We were here at end of season so if anyone was keen for a central stay in peak times get in early.

The property is really showing it's age. What might have been "chalet charm" is now quite tired and noisy. The room was clean and comfortable, but really in need of an upgrade. And be careful of your timing for visiting Thredbo. Almost all the restaurants were closed when we were there. And what was open was quite expensive. There's a bit of a "Thredbo Tax" in general which was disappointing. And don't get me started on the petrol station charging $3.00 per litre when it was $2.40 just 20 minutes down the road.

Staying at the Thredbo Alpine Resort was a dream come true. So enjoyable, convenient, clean and central to everything in Thredbo. Will plan to stay again. All the staff are really knowledgeable and forthcoming when it comes to the knowledge of their area, wither its about the attractions or even the weather, they are helpful. Great food at the Pub, Cascades breakfast is delicious and the bakery has tge best Spice Chai Latte in town.

The hotel is well positioned and is central in Thredbo. The view was noce and the rooms were clean. There was an issue woth the water pressure and either the shower had to be on Hot or to get pressure, cold water needed to be added which made it luke warm at best. This was not ideal as mu daughter struggled to wash her hair due to the water pressure. Bteakfast was good value, but the hot selection was cold and the pastries went very early in the morning and selection was poor by 830am. The bed was comfortable.

Very impressed with my stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff exceptionally friendly. Waking up to the view of Thredbo Mountain was a real treat. Great value for travellers wanting comfort and scenery.

It was raining hard and snow on the alps so very beautiful scenery. The stars at reception and in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries, hot drinks. I could go on. I’m sure in-season the place will be buzzing and amenities open so will Come back.
