Great place to stay! Quiet (only 4 rooms total), clean and comfortable,, great views of mountains, very nice common/dining room opening on a balcony frequented by crimson rosellas and sulphur crested cockatoos. Perhaps the best feature was the onsite manager, Fab, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and prepared an exquisite breakfast—fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli, breakfast egg wrap, and freshly baked bread. Our second morning we go up very early to hike up Mt Kosciusko, so she had breakfast (minus the egg wrap!) waiting for us in the fridge. Only caveat is that the property (like most of Thredbo) is on a steep hill with lots of stairs required to access it, so it would not be a good choice for anyone who has trouble with stairs. But if you are OK with that, you can’t go wrong staying here.

Really loved our short stay at Pure Chalet. Great accommodation with lovely little features like good coffee any time you want it & even a complimentary port if you feel like it! Plus Fab’s cooked breakfast is just wonderful. Well worth a try!

Room was not amazing (was small), but it was clean and the area, hosts, and breakfast were more than amazing! Parking space was tight. It is not handicap accessible (as far as I could tell). There were a number of stairs to get to the chalet. Thanks for the great advice and cook to order breakfast! Loved staying with you all!

My wife and I had such a pleasant stay at this chalet in Thredbo. Julie and Grant made us feel instantly at home, recommending ski routes, bush walks, and even providing a glass of port by the fire in the evening. Our room was very cozy and just the right size for two, and the homemade breakfast was delicious and the perfect fuel for a day of skiing. We can't wait to come back!

Breakfast was delicious! The host, Juniper was very friendly and good with communication throughout our stay. The shared area had a great view and a nice atmosphere with the fireplace gas heater. Good selection of games and a tv too. The heated room for drying our ski gear was very handy and appreciated after a rainy day on the slopes. Probably the only downside is that you can hear your neighbours a bit as the walls aren’t very thick, but apart from that nothing but good things to say!

The property has magnificent views and the chalet is well kept, warm and comforable as is the room used for eating and sitting. Fabienne , the manager, is helpful and obliging Access to the property is challenging with alot of stairs and this presents difficulties with luggage for older guests.

The rooms were well maintained, the common areas were clean and quiet, the location is great and the breakfast was a treat (fresh baked bread a winner) Fabs knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was so helpful with ideas for us to plan our days, during our time at Pure Chalet. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend away!

Really enjoyed our short stay at Pure Chalet. Room was really comfortable and clean. The inclusion of a cooked breakfast is a real value add...and Fab is an excellent and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Turned up towards the end of check in. But still great service! Delightful as can be! Morning wise. Breakfast included was great and flavourful. Someone obviously cared about what they were serving. (definitely not your usual included breakfast. By any means! Gave us time to settle. Before asking what we’d like from the selected menu. Along with happy to help with my partners dietary.) The accomodation itself? Clean, made, spacious. Cared for! It very quickly shows how much cares been given when you walk into your room! How many times have you walked into a room and though…. That’s it? Or really? Basically not feeling a sense of worth for what you paid? Not here! Fab

We loved our visit to Pure Chalet. Check-in arrangements were really clear, easy and convenient. It’s in a great location for Thredbo village. Everything was beautifully clean and well maintained. Fab was a wonderful host and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended

Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Thredbo and surrounds! The room was beautiful, toasty, clean and had epic views. The check in process was seamless and I was messaged all instructions in advance. I visited with my partner for his birthday and asked if there was something they could do as a welcome surprise. We went into the room with a personalised Happy Birthday note and a mini bottle of sparkling wine! The owner Fab was very friendly, she welcomed my partner and I on our first morning with breakfast that she made from scratch! We were able to pick from a menu and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough!

We loved our visit to Pure Chalet. Check-in arrangements were really clear, easy and convenient. It’s in a great location for Thredbo village. Everything was beautifully clean and well maintained. Fab was a wonderful host and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended

Great place to stay! Quiet (only 4 rooms total), clean and comfortable,, great views of mountains, very nice common/dining room opening on a balcony frequented by crimson rosellas and sulphur crested cockatoos. Perhaps the best feature was the onsite manager, Fab, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and prepared an exquisite breakfast—fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli, breakfast egg wrap, and freshly baked bread. Our second morning we go up very early to hike up Mt Kosciusko, so she had breakfast (minus the egg wrap!) waiting for us in the fridge. Only caveat is that the property (like most of Thredbo) is on a steep hill with lots of stairs required to access it, so it would not be a good choice for anyone who has trouble with stairs. But if you are OK with that, you can’t go wrong staying here.

Property was close to the mountain . Our room had a mountain view and it snowed the next morning and the view was spectacular. Hospitality was great.

It is a nice location and has fantastic hosts. We were there during the summer, so I can't speak to the winter amenities. Easy walk to local shops/restaurants.

The property has magnificent views and the chalet is well kept, warm and comforable as is the room used for eating and sitting. Fabienne , the manager, is helpful and obliging Access to the property is challenging with alot of stairs and this presents difficulties with luggage for older guests.

We had a magical stay at Pure Chalet. We went to Thredbo to hike Mount Kosciuszko and loved every moment of our long weekend away and having Fab as our host was the icing on the cake. Just note that being up high in the trees means you need to tackle a lot of stairs to get back to the chalet!

Breakfast was delicious! The host, Juniper was very friendly and good with communication throughout our stay. The shared area had a great view and a nice atmosphere with the fireplace gas heater. Good selection of games and a tv too. The heated room for drying our ski gear was very handy and appreciated after a rainy day on the slopes. Probably the only downside is that you can hear your neighbours a bit as the walls aren’t very thick, but apart from that nothing but good things to say!

Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Thredbo and surrounds! The room was beautiful, toasty, clean and had epic views. The check in process was seamless and I was messaged all instructions in advance. I visited with my partner for his birthday and asked if there was something they could do as a welcome surprise. We went into the room with a personalised Happy Birthday note and a mini bottle of sparkling wine! The owner Fab was very friendly, she welcomed my partner and I on our first morning with breakfast that she made from scratch! We were able to pick from a menu and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough!

Fab was a great host; shared local knowledge to climb Mt Kosciusko and delicious breakfast! The warming port at the end of the day was also terrific. Rooms warm and cosy.

Everything was flawless in terms of check in, our host Juniper was very hospitable and provided us with a delicious breakfast and juice that was filling enough to get us through our day hike up the mountain and everyone we met at Pure Chalet was very friendly.
