Propre calme bon service, avec un enfant il a une belle salle avec des jouet ,bricolage, jeux vidéo. Spa a lexterieur ,belle place Canoe, La piscine est pas en marche a lexterieur il en a pas a l'intérieur ses un peu dommage

Tout était parfait, le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas de contrôle sur les bornes électriques. Il y a des véhicules qui sont restés branchés tout le week-ends, gros incohérences pour les autres , nous avons dû aller recharger notre voiture à 15 minutes de l’hôtel!!! Il faudrait trouver un moyen pour remédier à la situation.

Beautiful Oasis in Lac-Beauport. We enjoyed the spa, pool & kayaking on the lake. Service was amazing.

Great hotel. Great amenities as most activities was included in the fees so there was no extra cost to do paddle boarding or kayaking. Great view of the lake.

This was a wonderful resort- and a perfect spot. Just about 30 min to most attractions- we did the touristy stuff in the morning then relaxed at the resort in the afternoon- by the beautiful beach and pool and a dip in the hot tub. There are kayaks and paddle boards- you can even rent the pontoon boat for an hour at a time. I highly recommend this resort. It is paradise!

Stay was wonderful and staff fantastic. Only downside (and it is little) was some sand in the pool and hot tub, although it didn’t affect the enjoyment aspect of either!!

Overall experience is very good, it’s just the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. When we checked in, the toilet has some dark spot on the side, and the there are hair and dust in the bathroom corner. The housekeeping is arranged the morning after our second night. That day,when we come back from downstair, the housekeeping is done, but they were not doing very good job. The floor is not vacuumed or sweeped, sheets not changed or made it tidy. They just took out the trash and dirty towel, that’s it. We stayed at other hotel before, it housekeeping comes, they will make bed, sweep the floor, and make the room clean. This is the first time we met such lousy housekeeping service. It is unfortunate because we love everything else in the hotel. I don’t know it’s the housekeeping person who did not do her job well or it’s just the standard of this hotel, which is unacceptable. We stayed at room 330A. Please, that lady clearly did not do her job well.

With a great location and view you can't go wrong. Main areas and amenities were well designed and kept clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The only drawback came with the bedroom bathroom. It would be nice to have towel hooks next to the back end of the shower near the door. The shower head had a decent crust of mineral deposits. It needed to be soaked off. Other than than those two things, the overall experience was positive and I would go back.

Location is great, and the hotel is very nice and clean.

Nice place and beautiful bedroom. My only issue was our bedroom floor was not very clean-need better vacuuming and so was the floor in the yoga studio. Food at the restaurant was awesome. The VIP coffee machine was always "not working-need cleaning- the 3 times we went. The staff was very nice.

J'ai été surprise de voir des bris sur les murs et sur l'ameublement alors que la chambre est très confortable et l'hôtel a quand même une bonne réputation Aussi dans le jacuzzi, il y avait beaucoup de saleté dans le fond. Il s'agit seulement de commentaires constructifs car pour le reste et surtout le service à la clientèle, c'était parfait.

Clean and spacious.

It's a nice resort with few, but major shortcomings. The room was very nice and spacious, but housekeeping was not. The room was very dark at night time, and on top of that reading lights were broken. The telephone didn't work. Every single towel they gave us was torn apart with shrubles hanging from it. I couldn't resist to take a few photos of this malfeasance. I had to go down to reception which located far from us to tell them about it since the phone in our room was broken. In my opinion, every single room must be checked by a supervisor for readiness and not be left up to the maid. And now let's talk about their restaurant. We tried it for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet had very limited selection of food, but it's price was not up to the quality and value. The lox I ordered from the menu smelled spoiled and fresh fruit salad was not fresh at all to the point of not being edible. I've never seen a restaurant in a hotel who takes reservations for breakfast instead of being able to come and wait your turn. We didn't know about it, so we couldn't have breakfast one day because they were completely booked. The dinner menu was a real "Masterpiece". The menu selection of weirdly combined food and ingredients with fancy names was very limited. The tiny portions were not even suitable for kids. So, the bottom line. There are better choices available. We wouldn't stay at this place again.

The room is spacious. We booked suite with lake view but got one with blocked partial view. The TV does not setup with casting.

I had Lake view and it was AMAZING! my mom and I really enjoyed our stay, we will definitly be back.

Clean room insane view

We had the worst ever experience. We booked a double room with 2 queen beds. It shows 500 sq ft on Expedia and on the hotel website. But actually the room is about 300 sq ft. When we tried to communicate with the front desk, one of the staff was very unfriendly and rude. We asked if we could change to a bigger room with lake view and we were willing to pay for the difference. She said no availability while Expedia showed there were availabilities. Finally the manager showed up, and then we started to feel a bit respect. The location is very good, but that is all. The food is terrible. Poor management can be easily seen almost everywhere.

I reserved what was described as a studio with lake views. What I actually got was a room with a view of the rock roof of the gym and restaurant below. I called ahead, from home, spoke to a man at the front desk to ensure it was a lake view room and was assured that the room overlooked the lake. What was true was it is on the side of the lake, but what is not true is that it had a lake view. If I positioned myself directly in front of the television with my back to it and looked out of a certain corner of the window, I could see a sliver of the lake. I went to the front desk and expressed my disappointment. I was told that the hotel was full, there were no other rooms available. That night there was a large party & a monster bass beat that shook my room until 1AM. The following day I returned to the front desk and I was offered the penthouse, for one night for an additional $50, or the room directly above mine. I wasn’t going to move a week’s worth of belongings, that included outdoor gear, to spend the night in the penthouse for one night. The views from the room directly above mine might show a tiny bit more of the lake. I felt, in the end, like it wasn’t worth the energy. I hadn’t had a vacation in over a year. I spent more than I routinely do on lodging & felt discouraged each time I looked toward the windows & saw a sea of rocks.

Room with lake view was incredible. A lot of activities to do. Staff very polite and the service is top. However if you are looking for a quiet and peace time, it is not the place. A lot of kids even in the jacuzzi and the rooms are not soundproof you can hear your neighbours.

Je suis arrivé à 23h et j’ai pu avoir la carte pour entrer dans ma chambre à 23h30. La personne a l’accueil était limite agressive et n’avait absolument une approche client approprié.

Food and service in the restaurant was wonderful. Check in was late, they said our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get into our room until 4:15 when check in is 4. We experienced kids screeching/dogs barking in the evenings in the hallways both nights and the shower was not clean upon arrival. The room had lights out and the air vent was left open and broken so it couldn’t close. We wish it was a more comfortable experience as it was our anniversary. It just seemed the place was quite understaffed and lacked attention to detail.

Check in was at 4pm. I did not get my room until 5:30 pm and no one could find a luggage carrier for an extra 30 min after I got the room. I won’t be coming back here.

Comfortable rooms, pet friendly, beautiful lake views. Upon arrival no one was there to help us with the luggage. We carried everything up to the room ourselves. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite. But service could use improvements. We had an issue with the bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, called the front desk twice to send someone up to look at it, after an hour and two calls someone finally came up and it was a quick fix. Called for room service on our first day, but were told they don’t have the capacity at the moment and asked me to call back in an hour. So we went to a nearby bakery instead, which was fabulous. The next day I went to the restaurant to order food to bring to our room because we had dogs and couldn’t go to the restaurant to sit and eat. They took my order and said will bring it up to the room in 10 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I went back to the restaurant and it turned out they never put my order through. They apologized and brought the food to our room after 10 minutes, but the food was cold and I was disappointed. Upon checkout, no one was at the front desk and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to help us. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel in a nice location if you’re traveling with pets. But if you’re expecting service this is not the place for you. I will still come to this hotel when traveling with my dogs, but will have to lower my expectations when it comes to service.

Great locations and amenities (gym, game room, pool, kayak, …) Terrible service and restaurant. Seems horribly understaffed with seasonal workers that have no idea what proper hospitality service is or should look like.

Je séjourne régulièrement à l’Hôtel Entourage sur-le-Lac pour le travail, et je tiens à remercier Jean Alix pour son accueil toujours exceptionnel. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention aux détails rendent chaque séjour agréable et sans faute. L’ambiance, le service et l’emplacement sont impeccables. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir !

Beautiful location so close to Quebec City. Easy 25 minute drive to Old Town. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Lots of staff.

Worth the short 20 min drive north of Quebec City. A gem overlooking the beauty of the lake and the mountains.

Beautiful view, great staff, not too many choices for dinner.

This property was very nice and comfortable. The hot tub and views were magnificent. Less than 25 min drive to Old Quebec which was great. Cleanliness and service were ok, nothing to brag about. Service at L'Ilot restaurant was disapointing; Id rather spend my money at Cora's.

I chose this hotel because it was right by lake. The staffs were kind and nice. But the restaurant was definitely over priced and quality was not impressive. The good thing was that we could use the kayaks for free:) so we can play around lake. Also the bike was free rental but one of the tire was flat… and I think they need to have a better gear bike since there are many inclined ways….. also only 4 bikes first come, first serve. The jacuzzi was good but they used strong Clorox:) but it was functional:) They have a meeting room area. You can play billiard. Also seat and relax:) I enjoyed it.

Food used to be great, which is not the case anymore. Options for lunch are very limited, it is pricy and nothing was good. Breakfast: terrible services, eggs too cooked, many items missing in the buffet.

L’hôtel est bien situé, en bordure du lac. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Chambre King avec vue sur le lac, spacieuse, bien pensée. Par contre, piscine petite, trop de gens partout, service lent au restaurant. Personnel gentil mais soit en sous effectif ou soit pas efficace. Carte du soir très intéressante. Le midi au grill, pas beaucoup de choix et pas très bon, voir dégueu. Bref, super pour le lac et la chambre mais si non trop de gens au m2. D’ailleurs la plage est petite et il manque de chaises. Des gens prennent possession des chaises avec leur matériel mais parte ailleurs.

This property is fabulous and has something for everyone. The staff, rooms and food were excellent. Highly recommended.
