Staff was amazingly helpful with our extremely late check in. We were hauling a cargo trailer across 3 provinces & they have a section specifically for trailers & buses. The night attendant walked the parking lot finding us a spot as regular cars were parked in the trailer/bus parking section. They upgraded us to jacuzzi room to make up for the struggle to find parking that first night. Second day they had the section marked off so we were able to move. Will definitely be back. No free continental breakfast but Moxies room service was a nice change. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, will be back again

Big room, small kitchen and washer/dryer. I liked the pool and hot tub. Staff very nice. My only area of opportunity is some material chosen at pool or in bathrrom had rust or spots on ground (humidity)

We just stayed for 3 nights and the hot tub was broken the entire time. We spoke to the maintenance person on the first day and he said “I have no idea what to do” to fix it. So, it never got fixed. They don’t even clean the rooms daily anymore, you have to ask. They jacked the prices way up for the Taylor Swift concert but their service didn’t go up. The beds are so hard, we were so sore every morning. Probably won’t stay there again.

Loved this place on the side of the Hiway, there are a lot of food options in the area. Nice pool & spa for the kids & ourselves. Laundry was in our little suite we loved it. Great coffee in the AM too

A clean modern hotel fairly priced. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room and you can refill your water bottle in the reception area, also free coffee there. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice as well. The only area of improvement may be housekeeping, that seems a little inconsistent. Eg beds not made unless you ask for it.

Overall it was pretty good - the staff was awesome - I arrived a few hours before check-in and was able to check-in early. Only issue was the there appeared to be black mold around the bathtub in some of the grout. I did let them know at the front desk and they seemed very responisve.

Room was clean, however the sheets on the pull out couch were not clean, they had crumbs and dirt throughout. That was a bit disappointing. Staff was awesome! Loved our check in! So quick and easy. Enjoyed having a kitchen for having our own coffee.

The first room we were given The bathroom was disgusting didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor either pubes or from when somebody was shaving their legs , there was water still in the tub as it wouldn’t drain. We then switched rooms to another room which was cleaner, but the bed was broken and the bathtub wouldn’t drain in this room either while having a shower. Will not stay again , I would recommend looking for another hotel as the price is pretty equal to hotels around. We picked this hotel because of its rating at a 4 star for cleanliness definitely not true. But the Moxies was good

Room was relatively quiet. It had a comfy bed, except for the lights hanging in your face. Dirty sofa. Dusty cupboards. Carpet was wrinkled; tripping hazzard. Shower and floor grout was dirty and what were they thinking??? Using wooden cove trim as tile trim in the shower; wooden!! Mould on sides of tub with cracks. This all must be original and very badly maintained and in need of some serious renos/upgrading. Do not stay here. Way overpriced for what you get. Very disappointing!! Won't be returning.

We arrived at hotel early evening and quickly checked in. We had heard good things about this hotel from friends that had stayed here a few years ago. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are showing their age. I didn't want to complain as we had two rooms and my travel partner had paid for our two night stay. The room i stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. These are non smoking rooms! At first I thought it was coming from outside, but it was definitely an old smell in the room. The tiles in shower showed mold which looked as though they'd tried to cover with black grout. The towels were paper thin and one had a hole. The carpet had rolls in it, possible from furniture that had been moved or from cleaning. This could be a safety issue. The base of some of the furniture showed wear in carpet or dirt I didnt want to look too closely. Thank goodness we didnt have to be in our rooms too much.

There was worms on the floor. Hotel management didn't arrange the other room until 1pm. Refused to refund me the next night. I had my kid with me, I wasn't feeling safe to stay in their rooms.

Hotel property definitely needs upgrade on furniture and do better on cleanliness. The bathtubs and showers need replacing. We unfortunately found a bug crawling in the tub as I was about to shower.

The bed was clean, but otherwise, the room itself needed sooooo much maintenance - battered furniture, bathroom had cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper, blackened caulking, uncleared exterior windows. Rooms are poorly insulated - loud road noise and people in hall. Costly room for what was provided.

The room was nice, however the shower head did not function well. The water barely came out and there was an issue with the lower knob. When lifting the knob to switch from faucet to shower, it popped out. It was broken. I also couldn't find a way to control the AC.

Convenient location. Nice to have moxies attached. No towels at the pool one night. The rooms were out dated, terrible lighting in the bathrooms and they need a facelift. Beds were comfortable. For the price, I expected more.

The room was clean, and comfortable. It is next to the freeway, but didn't bother us at night for sleeping. Easy access and easy to find. Located close to Langley Event Centre which was the big reason to stay here.

Requested room away from freeway as we knew it would be loud. They upgraded us to a suite, but still on the freeway side of the building. Road noise was loud. Rooms are showing their age: cracked tiles, wall and furniture dings, etc.

Great large size suite with small kitchen. Only minor complaints are that the sofa in living room is well worn and needs replacing. Also the flat screen TVs were both quite small and older cheap models call Dytek or something like that. Maybe from some former Soviet republic? Should be replaced with higher quality 50 or 55 inch screens. Other than that, all great. Very convenient having Moxies on site!

I did not like the checking. one of the things that check in person said to me right off the bat was no running in the halls. I had no kids with me and I am 61 years old. The other thing is that the check in person coded the card incorrectly - example: the number on my card cover looked like 201. I went to that room and it would not open. I though maybe it was suppose to be 2 instead of 1, so I tried 202. It opened the room but someone was already in that room. I had to drag my bags all the way back down stairs to get keys re-coded. was not impressed. Other than that, stay was fine.

Great room. Accommodated my dogs as well. The first room had a minor ant problem. We let the Front desk know and they immediately gave us a new room. They checked with us that the next room was good. The staff and service here are always friendly and quick to help.

I reserved this hotel for my wedding guests from overseas, and I deeply regret it. On their second night, they requested additional towels, and the concierge initially said they would be delivered. After waiting a few hours without hearing back, they called again, and this time the concierge said they would bring the towels tomorrow. Of course, they needed the towels right away. The concierge then told them to come down to get them. This is the worst hotel service I’ve ever encountered. The concierge woman seemed like she hates her job—why is she even working there?

No complaints whatsoever, the location off Trans Canada is easy and convenient. Ample free parking, easy and pleasant checkin, excellent restaurant on site, rooms spacious and well appointed, 5 star stop over. Only improvement would be an EV charger, but there are some within 3 minute drive.

No complaints whatsoever, the location off Trans Canada is easy and convenient. Ample free parking, easy and pleasant checkin, excellent restaurant on site, rooms spacious and well appointed, 5 star stop over. Only improvement would be an EV charger, but there are some within 3 minute drive.

Received gift cards for the Moxies restaurant as part of the Expedia VIP. The restaurant was closed for renovations. There was no where to eat on site. The ice machine was also broken on our floor. Was kind of disappointed in stay.

Great property, excellent staff and a pet friendly hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. The only let down was no breakfast and the restaurant prices are high. However, there is Starbucks and Tim Hortons that is about a mile drive from the hotel where you can get food.
