Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Notre salle de bains mérite une visite du service technique.

Absoluement tout l'hotel est à refaire, la montée des escaliers sent déjà mauvais. À mon arrivée dans la chambre je constate des taches sur les murs, moquette hyper sale et une odeur horrible. Je décide de dormir fenêtre ouverte sinon pas possible de dormir et cherche la couverture. Je la trouve en haut d'une étagère balancée en désordre, impossible de savoir si elle est propre ou sale. J'ai donc dormi habillée sans couverture, fenêtre ouverte. Aucune chaise pour s'aseoir près du soi disons bureau. L'eau chaude met 15minutes à arriver au 2ème étage, je me suis rincée vite fait et partie pour un jour meilleur sans prendre de petit déjeuner....je me suis posée la question de l'hygiene en cuisine. Eh oui, malheureusement je suis arrivée après 23h, sans ça j'aurais quitté les lieux et serais allée chercher un autre hôtel.

Booked 5 rooms but on arrive they tried to put us in 2 for sharing! The hotel was full of people who were there to work in the vineyards

The staff was very helpful but we were very disappointed about the overall condition of the hotel and rooms which were very tired and in the process of being renovated. The restaurant was closed as a consequence. We paid quite a lot for the room much more than was advertised locally and had no knowledge of the disruption. Nothing on Expedia. Will think twice about using Expedia again. Don't like being taken for a ride.
