I’ve never heard of this property before, but it is perfect for the people that are coming in with a big family, extra kids or just needing space. You’re able to cook your own meals there so you’re saving money on eating out if that’s your choice and it’s within walking distance to do some shopping. The kids are able to use the pool at the hotel across the parking lot which was perfect.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the underground parking was an excellent perk, and the gym across the road at the delta was great for a hotel gym. The condo unit style hotel rooms make it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are amazing!! Definitely worth the $220 bucks!! Stayed here with my boyfriend for only a night and we will definitely be back because this is the best hotel either of us have stayed in. The free underground parking is also amazing!

Front desk staff member seemed very overwhelmed by the check in process. Had to call up to see if our room was ready even though it was long after 3pm (check in time). Room itself was very roomy and had a great set up but was sticky as if cleaned with undiluted cleaner on all surfaces, room had a smell and there was dirt, dust and garbage (clothing tags, receipts, food wrappers) under the beds. No restaurant or pool onsite but were told about the sister property in the same lot but we did not use.

Grand Inn is our preferred place to stay in GP since we have a family of 6. The rooms are clean, the location is good, and we are never bothered by other guests. Staff is always friendly. Kitchens are great and being able to make our own meals helps to keep travel affordable. It’s also nice being able to access the pool & hot tub at the Delta across the street. Cons — No USB ports in any rooms for charging. When booking, even though our room says “Sleeps 6” we are always charged extra once we add more than 2 people. If the room can accommodate 6 people then the rate should be for up to 6 people.

Really liked this property. Liked using the amenities of the Delta next door as well. However, it is noisy. The truckers are revving their trucks all night long so maybe bring some ear plugs. The rooms are excellent. The staff is very helpful. All in all, a great place to stay!

Floors were dirty, walls in the bedroom and bedroom had food or whatever all over them. Tub in the bathroom did not drain. Front desk staff was very friendly but I will not stay here again with how dirty the room was. Yes, i could have let front desk know about the dirty room but my family and i had just spent 14 hours on the road and were exhausted.

We spent three nights here while visiting family in the area. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen. The room is beautiful and well appointed. It was clean, large, and definitely suited our needs. Our major complaint is the beds, but specifically the king sized bed in the seperate bedroom. Half of the bed had a DEEP groove with a sharp hump at the center. It was incredibly uncomfortable and my husband suffered severe back and shoulder pain. We have stayed at most of the hotels in the area, and while we feel like the room was an excellent value for what we paid, the bed was more than enough to make us wonder whether we would stay again. That and the poor insulation between rooms. One night there was a loud party down the hall all night, and early this morning a small dog started barking and continued all of the way until we checked out. It must have been above us because there was no where you could go in our suite that we couldn't hear it. I wish we had a better experience because I really enjoyed the hotel and staff. I just can't see myself paying to have such an uncomfortable sleep.

We decided to treat ourselves and book the two bedroom/ two suite that held two king beds and a jet tub. The pictures looked great, but the room was far more dated that the pictures showed. There were many maintenence problems in the room including multiple flickering lights (fully enclosed in domes so we couldn't just play around with the bulb), the jets weren't working on the jet tub- when we spoke to the front desk staff about this they were aware it was broken but didn't mention anything to us upon booking in. The worst was that the thermostat was locked at a preset temperature (19 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was blasting all night. We did phone down for the code, the front desk staff had no clue how to adjust it and instead gave us a space heater. Oh and no continental breakfast! Not what i would expect for a $200 room. The room was clean however, with very comfortable king size beds, soft duvets and what I suspect were down pillows. It was spacious and at least had separate rooms for us and the kids. I typically don't complete reviews but this was disappointing for something that was suppose to be a treat.

We had a suit booked for 6 people. They couldn’t accommodate an early check in. So I asked if they’d store a bit of luggage for us until we were able to check in that evening after our event. The staff was only able to say “maybe we can’t guarantee anything you’ll have to ask when you get here”. Such a vague answer for a little request was frustrating (especially when organizing a group of 6 people). Expedia map has this location wrong. So at one point we got dropped off at the wrong hotel.

Staff was extremely accommodating. I did have an issue with the bathtub. And they were very quick to fix it, was quick, and very respectful of me and my space. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Definitely. The cleanest and biggest places I have stayed in grand prairie for a super affordable price! Plus it was pet friendly, making me and my travel partner feel very safe! She actually slept this trip and felt at ease staying here!!

How was your drive." we got this contract shoved under our noses where we needed to initial a number of rules and conditions. This is the hospitality industry. Staff should be trained to be hospitable. Air conditioning in room was very noisy. The bathroom was about 200 square feet, but had 3 square feet of counter space (for 4 people!?). No full length mirror.

I’ve never heard of this property before, but it is perfect for the people that are coming in with a big family, extra kids or just needing space. You’re able to cook your own meals there so you’re saving money on eating out if that’s your choice and it’s within walking distance to do some shopping. The kids are able to use the pool at the hotel across the parking lot which was perfect.

We decided to treat ourselves and book the two bedroom/ two suite that held two king beds and a jet tub. The pictures looked great, but the room was far more dated that the pictures showed. There were many maintenence problems in the room including multiple flickering lights (fully enclosed in domes so we couldn't just play around with the bulb), the jets weren't working on the jet tub- when we spoke to the front desk staff about this they were aware it was broken but didn't mention anything to us upon booking in. The worst was that the thermostat was locked at a preset temperature (19 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was blasting all night. We did phone down for the code, the front desk staff had no clue how to adjust it and instead gave us a space heater. Oh and no continental breakfast! Not what i would expect for a $200 room. The room was clean however, with very comfortable king size beds, soft duvets and what I suspect were down pillows. It was spacious and at least had separate rooms for us and the kids. I typically don't complete reviews but this was disappointing for something that was suppose to be a treat.

Carpets in the hallway are starting to come up in places and have created a tripping hazard in some areas. The coffee in the rooms is not very good at all:( Luckily they have coffee out in the morning in the small lobby entrance.

The spacious 2 bedroom condo suite was exactly what we needed. The building is getting dated and in need of some updating though. Our toilet in the ensuite bath had a terrible stain in it from constant running water. Noting the kitchen to be fully stocked is a stretch but we found most of what we needed. Pleasant staff and great location.

Front desk staff member seemed very overwhelmed by the check in process. Had to call up to see if our room was ready even though it was long after 3pm (check in time). Room itself was very roomy and had a great set up but was sticky as if cleaned with undiluted cleaner on all surfaces, room had a smell and there was dirt, dust and garbage (clothing tags, receipts, food wrappers) under the beds. No restaurant or pool onsite but were told about the sister property in the same lot but we did not use.

Grand Inn is our preferred place to stay in GP since we have a family of 6. The rooms are clean, the location is good, and we are never bothered by other guests. Staff is always friendly. Kitchens are great and being able to make our own meals helps to keep travel affordable. It’s also nice being able to access the pool & hot tub at the Delta across the street. Cons — No USB ports in any rooms for charging. When booking, even though our room says “Sleeps 6” we are always charged extra once we add more than 2 people. If the room can accommodate 6 people then the rate should be for up to 6 people.

I appreciated the offer to access to the partner hotel’s amenities, though we hadn’t planned to use them. There was a strong “febreze” odor throughout the first floor, giving the impression that something was being covered up? And the plumbing is really loud.
