Young girl checked us into n room hallway smelled really bad balcony was not even boards sticking up room itself wasn’t bad outside of hotel in disrepair and shows pool but actual pool boarded up and in disrepair luckily we didn’t want to use it nobody to check us out

Under the couch to sleep had dirty,and have blankets inside. All of this was inside to pick on the couch. Also the door to the bathroom it would not close outside and outdoor.. The very pool is not opened because it's the terrible place. Unfortunately the room we set was very closed to the pool.

This hotel is very outdated inside and out. The deck on the second floor rooms has some boards that are very unsafe, roofing wasn’t finished, very few outlets in the room, limited parking spaces and they had an old toilet sitting outside the entry way. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!!

We did not end up staying at this hotel. It was absolutely filthy!!! The lobby was dirty and check in was difficult. Was hoping rooms were in better condition than the lobby, but that was not the case. Walked into our room and immediately left. There was blood on the shower curtain, the room smelled of mold, and the room did not appear as presented in pictures.

Smelly, dirty and gross!! Our door was broken into. Fire alarm had tape covering it and was beeping constantly. Absolutely disgusting. Walked into our room, immediately called around to look for another hotel for the night, checked out and am trying to get a refund.

Awful! Probably in the top three of the worst accommodation that we have had in over 30 years of travelling. Dirty, blood stained duvet, hallway carpets covered in dirt and need a deep hoover and scrub. Room smelt stale, possibly of smoke. The ceiling was cracked and badly repaired, covered in water stains, Skirting boards covered in dust. Bathroom sink had no plug and the shower squirted more water out of the shower head to pipe joint thn the actual shower head. The toilet and bathroom was dirty. We wouldn’t walk anywhere in the room or corridors bare foot. Breakfast was poor, limited and some items still frozen! No pride in their motel - lazy cleaning inside, poor state outside including broken windows. Our advice to people considering booking - don’t bother.

The staff was rude and condescending, The room smelled musty and of mildew. There were dead bugs in the bath tub, The cabinet they were hiding the mini fridge in had a broken door, the coffee maker was filthy. But the worst of it was the blood and bodily fluid stained mattress protector. There was definite indication of a bed bug problem, to the point that we slept fully dressed on top of the covers, neither one of us was willing to sleep under the covers. The outside court yard area was overgrown with weeds and unkept. Part of the building was boarded up. Had it not been so late when we got back to our room, We would have left that night to stay somewhere else. I am putting in a claim to have my money refunded. My overall review of this place is that it is worse than a fleabag motel.

From the moment we walked into the lobby there was smell of mold or mildew? we got in late and hoped the room would be better. Still had a bad smell in the room but we were exhausted and spent one night of a planned 7. Both my wife and I had sore throats when we woke up. The toilet seat was broken, hot water ran out before i finished my 2 minute shower. The free breakfast was cereal, bagels bananas and prepackaged sandwiches.Checked out the next morning and got a refund on the remaining days.

There was a filthy film lining the tub, the bathroom door was seperating and coming apart, dirty cleaning cloths left in room, the outside door could not be deadbolted, and there were dirty hand prints on the walls and mirrors. There was a milky white stain on the couch cushions, m&m candies under side of microwave, and dirt, lint and a LONG curly que hair in the bed sheets. Not to mention dust and also something spilled on floor and dried was left and not cleaned. The bed was comfy, the staff seemed nice, over charge for dogs, easy parking and close to town. Drawers came with dirt, lint and crumbs of some sort.

Absolutely disgusting property. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor, leftover guest items in the shower, dirt and dust buildup in every corner. The building stunk of sewage and mold. No pride taken in this property whatsoever; it’s very clear that ownership cares only about their bottom line and not the guest experience. This room wasn’t worth $50, let alone what I paid for it. Front desk staff was completely non-existent. There was a group of very loud people outside our door until after 2:00 am and no one to ask for help. We felt very unsafe. Upon checkout there were at least 15 sets of keys piled on the front desk and no staff anywhere.

This motel had everything we needed. We were on Harley’s and wanted to be able to keep a close eye on the motorcycles so asked for a ground level room which they were happy to provide. The staff was very nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, I would be happy to stay here again if I visit this area in the future. Thank you so much. 😊

This hotel is in disrepair. The gentleman working the front desk was nice. Our room thankfully had a fairly new fake wood flooring and the sheets were clean. Otherwise we would not have stayed there at all. It was the only available place in the area weeks in advance. We were going to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for a concert. In the future if nothing else is available I would rather drive an hour and a half back home.

room was clean, low-end update seemed recent. very plain/basic. common areas were out of date and clean enough. thought I was getting a larger bed, room received had a full-size bed at most. A bit pricey for one-night verses what we received.... however, was convenient and at peak season.

The room was ok, but unfortunately there is very little insulation in those walls, which makes the stay pretty noisy. Investing in piping in some insulation would not only help with the privacy/noise, but would also help save with heating and cooling costs.

Was not clean it had dirty /stained sheets busted furniture,the bathroom wouldnt close due to it being previously kicked in. It looked like the type of room youd expect to see on breaking bad. The peopl running the place werent exactly welcoming either. Not at all friendly. Had to wait a long time just to get someone to come to the front desk. When returning the room key the man sitting in a chair reading his paper simply stated" throw it on the desk" that was the extent of my checkout..

Check in was easy and the girl on duty was pleasant. I asked where the breakfast room was and she pointed out the direction. We were on the 1sst floor, and I entered the room from the outside. It was clean, nothing fancy. The next morning I went to find the breakfast room and left our room thought the back door that led i to the hall, there was an awful stench, the breakfast room was dark, and no one at the frontt desk. Around 8 am the lights in the breakfast room were on and a pot of coffe was brewing. No breakfast, no bell at the front desk. Again, the next day there was no one to be found and about 8am there was coffee made. I knocked several ties on a door near the front desk (again no staff person at the front desk and the light was out). A woman opened the door and said they dont provide breakfast. IThere was a sign stating breakfast was 7-10 on the wall.The smell in the halls was worse and was noticeable in the mmain lobby. Fortunately the room we stayed in didn't have the smell.

Extremely strong odor of urine in the room and cleanliness was certainly not up to domestic standards. I was locked out of my smelly room twice because of key card failures. Rather than apologizing and graciously letting me into my room the apparent proprietor suggested that I leave the safety latch open on the rear entrance which I did until bedtime. When the key card failed the second time the apparent proprietor called me stupid and accused me of being drunk and not leaving the other door unlocked. It should be noted that this was not the kind of establisment that a prudent person would not double lock the door.

The hotel is outdated, but very clean rooms, I did not check bathtub, but toilet and sink area we're fine. I care more about cleanliness of floor and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a single bed room, we requested a refrigerator for diabetic supplies and it was fine. No microwave in room, but microwaves at end of hallway. Breakfast was fine sausage egg cheese croissant that I heated in microwave, and bagels and toaster and fresh fruit and yogurt and coffee, orange juice and milk. Staff was kind and helpful when asked for anything. I will definitely come back and save money. Thank you so much!!!

The floors had not been mopped prior to checking in, the bathtub would not drain while showering, and there was no pool as advertised. Continental breakfast was not bad, but the juice machine didnt work. Only coffee.

Walls are paper thin you can hear right through them complete conversations. But overall if you dont have any renters on either side of you. The room is clean staff is friendly. The breakfast isnt worth the trip out of the room, but are any of them? Lol
