Music from beach and pool at the same time was not a good idea. Choose one source for everyone’s comfort. When the du on the beach started we left the area asap. Other than that a nice hotel, with friendly and service minded staff!

El personal fue lo mejor siempre.con una sonrisa y atentos a nuestras necesidades el.hotel es muy bueno para la.familia o el.que busca tranquilidad ,somos 5 y la.picina privada en nuetra villa estupenda nso refrescaba ,la comida bien lo.mejor fue los precios que eran mas bajos que bali ,la.picina grande perfecta de 3 a 5 pm debana cafe te y galletas gratis lo malo de todo fue que la playa no se puede bañar mucho coral y se aleja mucho se la costa imposible bañarse pero a pocos metros del.hotel habia cine gratis ,restuatantes y movimientos etc

This property is lovely, nice big rooms, the outdoor bathrooms were fun. The hotel has a very large pool, and three smaller ones, a spa, bike rental at a reasonable price. All the staff were really friendly, always said hello or good morning/ afternoon when passing, the hotel is opposite the beach which has great sunset views. We ended up extended our stay 2 extra nights due to the boats not running due to the weather and the staff helped us arrange an extension easily. Lots of good food options nearby and outdoor cinema slightly further up on the beach, really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a nice stay here. The staff were excellent, rooms were good, and the pool facilities were nice. In the afternoon they served complementary tea and coffee. The breakfast had a variety of different options and on our last day we were able to get a to go box as our ferry left early. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I only have two small things to comment on; the door to our island bungalow wouldn’t really close unless it was locked, this was a small annoyance as we only had one key. The food at the restaurant was OK, they served some nice snacks for daytime when we were by the pool but we went other places for dinner. With that said this would not hinder me in booking the exact same hotel again!

All the above and more. The reception was beautiful and easy. The gardens were beautiful. We did not expect such a lovely place to stay that had a beautiful big pool and tennis courts.

Hotel not as shown in photos at all. Buildings missing and run down. Had to move hotel after one night due to how bad the property was. Bed sheets had holes in them and sun loungers had stains.

It was nice however it wasn't the cleanest of rooms. We had a Lizard friends that joined us in the room and there some bugs. Sunsets were beautiful, and it was a hike to the busy area of the island. We asked for bikes but they didn't have any. There was hot water and an outdoor shower which was nice better and better than other places we stayed on the island.

Excellent séjour passé ici. Un endroit de rêve éloigné du bruit avec un cadre magnifique, des chambres propre et fonctionnel ! Un personnel incroyablement gentil,souriant,discret et réactif! Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um eine eigentlich sehr tolle Unterkunft mit luxuriöser Aufmachung, guter (ruhiger) Lage und toller Aussicht! Die Bungalows werden vom Personal sehr sauber gehalten und liebevoll jeden Tag wieder aufs Neue aufgefrischt und dekoriert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Einziges Manko ist, dass die Außenanlage wieder einer Renovierung Bedarf bzw. mehr gepflegt werden müsste so wie das Partnerhotel Villa Ombak.

Un accueil incroyable et une prise en charge aux petits soins. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et prêt à tout pour vous faire vivre une expérience magique . Le complexe est magnifique et probablement un des plus beaux de l’île. La suite avec piscine privée était juste parfaite pour notre famille de 4 puisqu’elle avait 2 chambres distinctes avec salle de bain individuelle. Les repas à la carte sont exceptionnels et digne d’un restaurant à minima semi gastro en France. Tout est préparé sur place vu l’attente pour être servi. En plus les prix sont extrêmement compétitifs compte tenu de la qualité. Ex : pour 4 personnes, 5 boissons 4 plats + 1 à partager, 4 excellents desserts : 800 000 roupies soit 40€ environ. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

We booked a Villa with two bedrooms and a plunge pool. The place was very well cared and maintained. The villa felt very relaxing and we easily rent the bikes to go around the island. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. Highly recommend Ombak Sunset.

I had a private villa with pool. I think it was located next door to family villas. Therefore it was loud in my opinion for most of my stay. I wouldn't stay here again, but it's preferable for those from India.The location is good on this side of the island.

My husband and I were travelling together. This hotel is a little further away from the night market so it was a little quicker than some of the other resorts which was nice. The staff were amazing and so friendly! We ended up extending our stay a night and it was super easy to do on the app. Breakfast was really good they had a buffet with lots of options.

BEST hotel I stayed at during my whole trip to Bali and near by islands. The room was beautiful and the entire location is perfect with 2 pools as well as beach access. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Évidemment que le staff est adorable mais la nourriture est clairement mauvaise, les clients sans gêne : un groupe a carrément amené son enceinte au bord de la piscine pour mettre sa propre musique qui couvrait celle de l’hôtel (et personne ne leur a rien dit), un groupe a décidé de passer la soirée sur sa terrasse et à empêcher de dormir tout le voisinage… vraiment je vous déconseille cet hôtel.

Lidt slidte værelser, skønt poolområde. Poolen åbner tidligt, men poolehåndklæderne kommer først v 9:00 tiden. Et fantastisk sted rolige omgivelser, smukt og lige ved stranden, helt sikkert et sted jeg kan anbefale til et længere ophold.

Hotel is ok, but you can tell that condition is going down. Also, happy hour food is not good, we order chicken wings and came literally 2 pieces of wings. Also, I believe they should be clear about distance by bike from port and the fact that it is ok to bike ride from port, as when I tried to contact hotel they just tried to sell their pick-up service with horses, which is super cruel :(
