We had a good room facing both the pool and the river and it had a large balcony. The pool was enjoyed by my boy and breakfast was a nice touch in view of the hefty prices for breakfast in restaurants around. Parking was easy to find and free of charge. The hotel is close to malls and the highway and is located just across from a nice spa center.

The WIFI is terrible in the hotel, takes forever to log in and keeps dropping the connection. Could not get WIFI on any of my devices. Found hair strands on the bed once I pulled back the sheets. Looked like they did not full clean the sheets, just made the bed again. Luckily I had a room with two beds and just used the other one.

We had an ok stay. It’s not suitable for children at all. The breakfast is below basic and used over multiple days it’s extremely stale bread and packaged stuff. The room was okay but cleanliness was subpar. We had ants all over our room, we moved to another and the next day checking out we found more ants again. I would not come back

I would never go there again. One of the bad experience I have with this hotel. Beds were creaky. Air conditioning was really loud and poor cooling. Couldn’t sleep for the whole stay.I had kids with so many devices but they only had 2 free sockets which was loose. I paid $200 a night for this? I would not recommend to anyone.

The booking process was surprisingly complicated. It was difficult to reach someone at the hotel to make adjustments, calls to the reception were often picked up and then immediately hung up, and email responses were very slow. This created a rather disappointing first impression. Upon arrival, the welcome was not particularly warm and the staff did not seem fully informed about important details regarding our stay. We had booked two rooms for two nights, yet it was impossible, both during the reservation process and once on site, to keep the same rooms for the entire stay. This was unfortunate, as it would have made things easier for both us and the housekeeping team. The rooms themselves were quite basic, even spartan, considering the price. Mine was on the ground floor and directly exposed to a bright exterior spotlight that illuminated the building, which made the nights less comfortable. Overall, the hotel does not meet the level of service and comfort one would reasonably expect for this price range. With improvements in customer service, communication, and room comfort, the experience could be much more positive. As it stands, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel ambience was just an amazing. We had our breakfast outdoor while enjoying water view. Staff is very friendly and helpful I don’t speak French but staff communicate well in English. The receptionist is really rude to ask me to leave by phone, the thing is wéve already check out ! She made a mistake for my room number or she is so mean to give me the basement room~ with tiny washing room, I'm pretty sure I won't come back

We stayed for 3 nights at Le Rivage. The room was clean well equipped, and quiet, except for the window air conditioning which was loud. Breakfast was fine though nothing to rave about. The fairly dark/blue lighting in the hotel is unusual. The pool is nice. Parking is limited. There is a construction site next to the hotel which I was not aware of when I booked the room. That made walking to nearby restaurants tricky.

I chose this hotel because of its association with the spa which is across the street. Overall the experience wasn’t bad but there are definitely things that could be improved: 1. The tv didn’t work. They said that the service provider was down in the whole area, which seemed unlikely for the entire time I was there. They said it wasn’t their fault and offered nothing else. 2. Despite it being a non-smoking hotel, one day it smelled like cigarette smoke when I returned to my room midday. 3. The lighting in the halls is absolutely horrible. It is dark with blue track lighting that offers almost no visibility. 4. The continental breakfast was so basic and not replenished for the duration of the hours. What was provided (muffins, toast) did not taste fresh. 5. Construction - makes it difficult to access the hotel and noisy even early in the morning! 6. Bathroom was tiny, shower even smaller. 7. AC unit was extremely loud but if you turned it off the room was boiling hot. Some pros: 1. Bed was comfortable 2. Proximity to the spa. 3. Location on the river was nice and peaceful (when you block out the construction).
