Hampton Inn & Suites- Denver/Airport-Gateway Park

Great choice for park and ride to the airport.

Not a single USB outlet in the hotel. Come on people.. do better

Booked a double queen bed for a one night stay after our road trip all over Colorado but before flying home. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had a shuttle and had free breakfast. After dropping off our rental car we spent the evening exploring the nearby areas on foot. I felt very safe walking around. There is a couple of small ponds with a walking path nearby. Several restaurants right outside the hotel. The room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a microwave. We had lunch at Casa Bonita across town and had a lot of leftovers, so we were able to enjoy it warm. The room also had a coffee maker on the counter in the bathroom which I thought was unsanitary. We didn’t end up using the coffee maker because of the free breakfast. The continental breakfast had a good selection. They had seasoned omelettes, sausage, biscuits, and gravy for their hot meal, as well as the usual selection for continentals. After breakfast we took the shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle was clean and the driver was helpful and very friendly and sociable.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Hot Tub was clean and relaxing. We had a nice view of the mountain range to enjoy the sunset. We recommend and will stay here again.
