Newly renovated. Very generous sized rooms. Well run. Great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Pool on site (not heated). The owners are planning to expand the hotel - additional floor and glamping options. Can't wait for it to be completed. The only suggestion for the hotel is to change the color light in the room. Plantation shutters give a lovely fresh appearance. Grounds are beautiful too with pristine pool. Restaurant on site, disappointing and pricey. Lasagne and carbonara served alone on plate. $30 for a lasagne, would not recommend this restaurant.

Location great abd service very good. Restarant meals very good Italian food. A party by the pool till 1am directly below our room. No curfew for noise. No staff to respond to this.It was a good party just music and fun and noise at 1am not ideal.

Amenities such as pool advertised, but staff stated it wasn’t open to public due to duck faeces and have not cleaned it. When went to have a look at pool, it was pretty gross. Then I saw people swim in it, so very confused. Very far from hot springs and Mornington where all the shops are. Was a last minute booking which I regret. Won’t come back, and don’t recommend.

Nice Italian restaurant attached to Motel. Tasty food & attentive service given. Room was spacious, clean & well appointed. Location was close to the Marina & gave off a like a sleepy fishing village vibe, more peaceful than on the other side of the Mornington Peninsula, which we appreciated.The only issue that occurred was the level of the floor in Bathroom which created water buildup near Toilet when you used the shower. We reported it, they said it was being addressed when they finished some current new construction work. Would have given higher rating otherwise.

The property was not was what was depicted in the photos on line. It just had a strange vibe all together. Very isolated to the township of Hastings. Has an onsite restaurant that had very average reviews so we Uber ordered instead. No staff to assist with check in, just had to enter reception and grab key. We weren't sure that we had even paid for the night, turned out we hadn't - we could have just left but we aren't that type of person. Very odd hotel indeed!
