At first everything was fine until when I came back one night, my room was wet and the ceiling started leaking. The technician came in with a black face, stepping into the room with his boots on, thus, dirtying the floor. Eventually, they offer to change room, so I had to pack up and move to another room. It would be great if they refund one night of my stay or upgraded my room. The Pros: Free breakfast and dine in or take out (but they dont provide box), rooftop garden and provides bottled water. Beside the hotel there is a McDonald.

This is by no stretch of the imagination a four star property. The food quality and choices was less than mediocre for breakfast, the room was sprayed with a terribly strong sanitizer, the terrace only had some wooden benches to sit on and was not true to pictures. This is definitely a 2.5 experience.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance to National BTS rail station & other shopping place Siam Center, MBK to name few. Automated Money Changer machine & ATM located just outside the entrance of this hotel. Clean & tidy room. Buffet breakfast was adequate & Standard.

親子２人で利用しました。クィーンベッドは寝相の悪い小学生とはキツかったけど、なんとか落ちずに済みました。浴槽はありませんが、シャワーの圧や温度も問題なかったです。部屋までの廊下がブルーライトで目がチカチカした以外は気持ちよく使えました。アイロンは無料で使えたし、洗濯も乾燥が1時間で終わってくれたのでとても助かりました。朝食は毎日ほぼ一緒ですが、この値段で朝食がつくだけでもありがたいです。 MBKまで歩いてすぐだし、駅もすぐそこ、ホテル前には客待ちのトゥクトゥクもいてるので便利です。ただ、目の前の道はとても混む主要ストリートなので、朝や夜はタクシーに乗るのはやめた方がいいと思います。

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, både i receptionen och restaurangen Städade rummet varje dag och barnens pyjamaser var fint ihop vikta varje dag. Nya flaskor med vatten och påfyllt med te och vatten. Frukosten med stekt ägg, äggröra, korv, pålägg, olika sorters kaffe, te och dryck allt som man kan tänka sig även för de kräsna. Gymmet var litet men lagom, trädgård på våning 24 med en fantastisk utsikt på kvällen. Bara positivt om det här hotellet.

The location of the hotel is superb, very convenient to get to the shopping malls on Siam. The lobby is rather small with limited seats around. The room is clean and spacious. Bed was made everyday. Both soft and hard pillows were provided. Drinking water was provided too on daily basis. Buffet breakfast was okay given this is an express hotel.

It was what I would expect from a typical Holiday Inn. Room was clean, wifi was decent. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was available until early evening which was nice. Hotel had a McDonalds attached to it that was open until midnight. The breakfast buffet was awesome with both breakfast and lunch foods. Only two complaints I have was there was occasionally a baby sized roach in the bathroom. I saw a total of 3 or 4 for the ten days I stayed there. Also, the TV did this weird thing where it would occasionally turn off or the volume or channel would change on its own. All in all not a bad place and I'd probably stay there again. The best thing was it was a easy walk to all the Siam malls within 10 minutes.

First of all, location was pretty good. Value-for-money accommodation for room type and locations. When we checked-in, SUPER friendly staff. Then came the lovely clean room which looked recently renovated. Don't expect 5-star. Good decent 3-start hotel. Next surprise? Free breakfast. I was expecting stale coffee and cold pastries but it was a full spread short of the egg-station. Then came the nasty bits. Shower mat was full of black stuff. Last day, there was a cockroach on the bathroom wall. These 2 were the biggest turnoff from the otherwise great experience of Bangkok. I had feedback with photos to the front desk but they didn't seem concerned with my feedback. I've stayed at other IHG properties without such issues.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and appreciate its fantastic, walkable location, especially for shopping. It was extremely convenient, with the BTS National Stadium station just a 2-minute walk away. The staff was courteous and professional, adding to a pleasant stay. However? The unreliable WiFi was a major drawback. Out of my 5-day stay, it was down for 3 days, which was quite inconvenient. Overall a great stay. Will be back again 😃

It is a good hotel to stay in. Water pressure was not good as I was on the 23rd floor room. Breakfast was good but it was hard to find vacant tables. Breakfast room was small to accommodate everybody staying at the hotel.

房間服務員非常好入住期間遇上大門開唔到找職員跟進好快處理好有一晚回酒店期間不小心跌傷找職員處理傷口即刻就去攞急救箱幫手處理原來因為有少少扭傷要求冰塊亦很快送到房間唯一對酒店wi-fi速度太慢及間唔中會斷線最高速度只有1M大部分時間都冇呢個速度酒店附近非常方便近BTS National Stadium 附近商場步行很方便

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer. Tagsüber wird es aber im Zimmer bis zu 28 Grad, trotz eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Auch hatte ich nicht immer warmes Wasser zum duschen. Das Internet war sehr langsam. Infolge eines Konzertes gegenüber war es auch 2 Tage lang sehr laut. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde zugesagt aber nicht eingehalten. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen obwohl es zu einer meiner Lieblings Hotelketten gehört.

The hotel is convenient, just walking distance to the National Stadium BTS train. However the problem is in the night, train pass-by and you can hear them when we are asleep and early in the morning first train. The loud tuktuk or motobike is another issue at night. They seems not to care one bit if we are asleep. Apart from that, the bed and pillow needs to improve further. Bed has no pocket spring. Hence my partner toss around, I am sure to feel it. Pillow were far too soft despite indicating it is firm. However I give credits to the friendly hotel staffs and room cleanliness. Service is great, breakfast was adequate. Overall the comfort of this hotel needs to improve further.

My family had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express Siam. I booked a double room and a family room for 4 nights (12-16/6) . The BTS and Siam shopping area is very near, about 5 mins by foot. The rooms were clean and good size, good amenities and the breakfast provided was better than expected. My mom hurt her knee while touring Bangkok on the last day and the hotel was very kind to provide a wheelchair, bathing chair and extra toilet mats. Thank you for the hospitality. Will recommend to others and will return for future stays.

De forma geral, tive uma boa experiência. Fiquei no 17º andar e adorei a vista para o Estádio Nacional – um ótimo ponto positivo. O quarto tinha um tamanho confortável, embora a iluminação fosse um pouco fraca. O banheiro era espaçoso, muito bem iluminado e com ducha funcionando perfeitamente. O serviço de quarto funcionou de forma eficiente e organizada sempre que solicitado. Roupas de cama e toalhas foram trocadas conforme esperado, mantendo um bom padrão de limpeza. O ponto que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã. Apesar do horário ser ótimo (das 6h às 10h), senti falta de opções para quem não está acostumado com refeições mais pesadas pela manhã. Sou do Brasil, e as poucas opções como pão de forma, manteiga e omelete não acompanharam a variedade extensa de pratos asiáticos oferecidos. A ausência de itens simples como frios ou queijo realmente fez falta para um café da manhã mais equilibrado. No geral, recomendaria o hotel pela localização, conforto e bom atendimento, mas com ressalvas quanto à adequação do café da manhã para hóspedes com hábitos ocidentais.

Good location for visiting many of Bangkok's biggest shopping malls. Clean, modern room. Excellent staff, always helpful. Only minor negative was despite a large breakfast room, it seemed to always be very busy and it could be difficult to find a seat.
